The purpose of this study is to reveal use characteristics of family restaurant according to the lifestyles' variables and empirically to investigate the factors, specially related to the lifestyles of customers on the choices of family restaurant. Survey for this study was used by self-administered questionnaires. 395 usable questionnaires were collected from customers patronizing 8 family style restaurants in Busan area through Dec. 10th to 30th of 2004. The analysis of the empirical tests were executed by SPSS 12.0 Statistical Packages.Three hypotheses were established by the relationships between the customer's lifestyle types and buying behavior, and preferences of family restaurant, and choice of family restaurant. The result drawn from empirical test proved that relationship marketing activities actually are the significant determinants of relationship quality and thus to the customer's switching behaviors. Additional managerial implications can be drawn from the finding that restaurants companies can identify the activities of relationship marketing to continue the long-term relationship with their customers. For restaurant companies, we can suggest for finding useful affection factors in developing differentiating strategies of resources allocation and marketing-oriented systems which will be available to compare and analyze on- and off-line lifestyles of customers.Limitations exist. The empirical survey of this study carried out only focusing on customers of family restaurants in Busan metropolitan area. In addition, this study fails to consider variables of lifestyles of customers. thus there seems to be needed to study further on the effects of market segments and purchase attributes of the lifestyles to the satisfaction and repurchase of restaurant customers. 급성장하는 국내의 외식시장에서 고객들의 변화를 알아보기 위해 본 연구는 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 구매행동의 차이를 살펴본다. 또한 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 레스토랑 선택속성에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아보며, 패밀리레스토랑 선호업체는 라이프스타일 유형에 따라 어떻게 다른지를 살펴본다. 부산지역에 거주하는 만 16세부터 60세까지 남녀를 대상으로 2004년 12월 10일에서 12월 30일까지 20일간에 걸쳐서 실시한 조사는 편의표본추출법으로 총 400부를 배포하여 395부를 회수하였다. 그리고 자료의 분석은 SPSS 12.0 통계패키지를 이용하였다. 라이프스타일 유형별 레스토랑 선택속성의 중요도를 살펴보면, “건실노력형”은 ‘레스토랑의 청결성 및 위생’을, “자기중심적 과시성향”은 ‘음식의 맛’을, “가족중심적 여가활동형”은 ‘식재료의 신선도’를 가장 중요하게 평가하였다. 대체로 패밀리레스토랑 이용객은 레스토랑을 선택할 때 ‘레스토랑의 청결성’, ‘음식의 맛과 신선도’, ‘가치(value)’ 등을 중요한 평가항목으로 간주하고 있다.

Recently, enterprises were concerned about the relationship marketing for getting a powerful competitiveness, as the managerial environments were changing from mass marketing in the 1970s to recognizing the importance of customer in a turbulent market in the mid-1980s. There appeared CRM(customer relationship management) as an important method for satisfying the customer. Especially, it was important issue for companies the keeping of existing customer for long time in a competitive environment. In this paper, it is used general multivariate analysis methods and data mining analysis methods such as discriminant analysis, logit model, decision tree analysis, and neural networks. Also, it is tried to find the most efficient model of the data mining analysis in insurance CRM. In addition, it is analyzed and verified the most agreeable model of the data mining estimation about the secession of customers in an insurance company. Finally, effective marketing strategies and some tasks on this issue hereafter based on the results were suggested.

This study was intended to identify how the performance of firms founded by women manager was affected by the characteristics of women's founder. The characteristics of the founders are classified by entrepreneurial skills, technical skills, and business management skills. The performance of firms were analyzed into sales volume, growth rate, market share, profitability, and cost reduction. The results of analyses were that the degree of education was significant with the performance of the women's firms. And entrepreneurial skills, technical skills, and business management skills were affected significantly to the sales volume, market share, and profitability. But the characteristics of women's founder were not significantly related with the cost reduction.This article may contribute for a guideline of research works on the women's venture businesses in future, but have limitations on the not fully included environmental variables of the firm's performances. 본 연구는 여성창업자의 특성이 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 여성창업자의 특성과 그 성과에 대한 문헌을 고찰하고 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 인구통계적 특성 중 학력이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 관리적 능력, 기업가정신, 기술적 능력이 매출액, 시장점유율, 수익성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 원가절감에는 창업자특성의 상호작용효과가 없는 것이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 본 연구의 시사점은 기존 연구에서 단순히 여성창업자의 특성에 대한 실태 중심으로 여성창업기업의 성장을 위한 노력과정에서 창업자의 특성이 지니는 효과를 실증연구를 통해 규명함으로써 여성창업에 대한 새로운 연구방향성을 제공하였다. 그러나 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 기업조직의 내·외적 환경요인을 모두 고려하지 못하였다는 점과 여성창업기업에 대한 결과를 여성기업 전체에 적용할 수 있는 연구의 일반화에 한계점을 지닌다.
