한국군은 전시 상당량의 전략물자를 미국으로부터 항공수송을 통해 도입하고자 한다. 이 연구는 항공수송 모델을 형성하고 전시 동원될 민간 항공기를 포함한 동원자원의 항공수송 능력을 평가하는 것이다. 전략 항공수송계획은 국군수송사령부에 의해 매년 조정 수립되고 있으나 항공수송 과정의 불확실성으로 인해 시뮬레이션을 통해 실현가능성을 평가할 필요가 있다. 불확실한 요인은 미국 공항에서의 전략물자 도착에 대한 불확실성, 적하역 시간, 동원령 발령시 항공기 최초 위치 지점 등이다. 시뮬레이션은 두 개의 시나리오 하에서 실행되었으며 결과에 대한 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 항공수송 능력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인들은 미국 공항에서의 물자 도착 불규칙성과 항공기 동원 대수이었다. It is required to transport a considerable amount of wartime strategic materials from US to Korea via airlift operation. This study attempts to formulate the wartime airlift operation model and evaluate the airlift capability of mobilized resources, including civil aircrafts. Although an airlift plan has been annually updated by the Korea Transportation Command, it is necessary to evaluate the feasibility through simulation due to uncertainties in the process of airlift operation. Uncertain parameters are as follows; the inter-arrival time of materials in the US airfields, loading and unloading times, the distribution of aircraft's initial location at the time of mobilization order. The simulation is executed under two scenarios and the results are analyzed through a sensitivity analysis. Simulation result shows that the irregularity of inter-arrival time and the number of mobilized civil aircrafts are the most critical factors in influencing airlift capability.

The Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome has three cardinal features; gastrointestinal polyposis, mucocutaneous pigmenation and transmission of autosomal dominant trait. A case of Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome was experienced in the department of Internal Medicine, Yeung Nam University Hospital. This 14 years old female patient was admitted, because of severe abdominal pain with rectal bleeding for one day. On physieal examination, melanin pigmentations were revealed on lip, oral mucosa, face and digits and child fist sized movable mass was palpated on lower abdomen. Upper G-I series, colon study, gastrofiberscopy, and colonoscopy revealed multiple intestinal polyposis. Polypectomy was done under the colonoscopy, and then rectal bleeding was stopped and abdominal mass was disappeared. A case of Peutz-Jegher Syndrome was reported here with the review of the literature.

두강내 출혈 및 출혈성 경향을 동반한 선천성 담관 낭종 : 1예 보고와 문헌보고 Report of a case and review of literature

저자들은 3개월 된 남아에서 생긴 선천성 담관낭종으로 인해 vitamin K 흡수 장애로 출혈성 경향이 생기면서 두강내 혈종을 동반한 1예를 치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. vitamin K를 주사하여 출혈성 경향을 교정하고 두강내혈종을 제거한 뒤 담관낭종 절제 및 담관공장 문합술을 시행하였으며, 술후 경과는 양호 했다. Congenital dilatation of the common bile duct is relatively rare anomaly. Its pathogenesis has not been completely understood. Complications of the choledochal cyst are mainly suppuratneous and traumatic rupture. We experienced one case of choledochal cyst associated with hemorrhagic tendency and a cerebral hematoma, which is extremely rare complication. The 3 months old male patient reported here was treated with complete excision of cyst and Roux-en- Y choledochojejunostomy after correction of bleeding tendency and removal of cerebral hematoma. Postoperative course was relatively uneventful. 11 days after operation, the patient was discharged with full improvement.
