        유아기 아토피 피부염에 있어서 식품 알레르기의 역할에 대한 고찰

        Infantile atopic dermatitis(AD) may be developed by food allergens due to immature intestinal epithelium and its mechanism, which may have no clear-cut evidence, is thought to be IgE mediated immediate and late phase hypersensitivity. It is not easy to diagnose AD caused by food allergens exactly so it is likely to be underestimated more than it be. But we must consider it as a major factor of not only infantile AD but childhood and adult AD. We can see similar theory at previous Oriental medicine. Allergens can be transmitted to a fetus through the placenta and infantile AD is inflammatory condition by food allergens and immature function of intestines. So we must consider those factors at infantile AD treatment. We expect a new model of infantile AD treatment combining the conventional therapy with the diet therapy based on the Oriental medical theory.

        알레르기 환자에서 식품 알레르기의 빈도 및 식이요법에 대한 의식 조사

        Objectives : This study is to suggest a kind of guide line of dietary therapy in allergic diseases. Methods : We investigated frequency, symptoms and implicating foods of food allergy, and experience, methods, periods, results and necessity of dietary therapy of 49 patients with allergic diseases by using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed by SPSS/PC+ program using frequency, Chi-square test(p〈0.05) and Pearson correlation coefficient(p〈0.01). Results : 1. The frequency of food allergy was 49% and skin symptoms were the most common. 2. The most implicating foods were chicken, flour, milk, pork and egg in order. 3. 36.7% of patients had experienced dietary therapy and 47.4% of them had stated mild improvement. 4. Over 80% of patients perceived necessity of dietary therapy and there is significant correlation between necessity of dietary therapy and sum of food allergens(r=368). Conclusions : Dietary therapy is recommended as supplementary therapy in allergic diseases and it needs to be established based on the real conditions and Korean Oriental medical theory.

      • 만성 두드러기에 대한 임상 연구

        Objective: This study was designed to investigate clinical features of chronic urticaria and assess Korean traditional medical therapy on that. Methods: The ratio of male and female, duration of symptoms, personal history and family history of allergic diseases, serum IgE level, and suspected causes and provocation factors were investigated in 41 patients with chronic urticaria. And frequency of wheals, duration of wheals, number of wheals, itch severity, and antihistamine counts of 6-point(0-5) score was assessed in 26 patients. The change of total scores between baseline and follow up were analyzed using Wilcoxon signed-rank test(p〈0.05). Results: 1. The ratio of male and female was 1:1.28 and the mean duration of symptoms was 26.0 months. 2. The frequency of personal history and family history of allergic diseases was each 53.7$\%$ and 48.8$\%$ and 30.6$\%$ had over 200 IU/mL serum IgE level. 3. The suspected causes were none(43.9$\%$), foods(29.3$\%$), drugs(9.8$\%$) and stress(7.3$\%$). 4. The suspected provocation factors were foods(39.0$\%$), none(19.5$\%$), fatigue(17.0$\%$), heat and sweating(l4.6$\%$), pressure(12.2$\%$) and stress(9.8). 5. The total scores between baseline and follow up of 26 patients was lowered from 14.85${\pm}$3.80 to 7.65${\pm}$4.31 and it was significant statistically. Conclusions: Korean traditional medical therapy was proved to be effective on the chronic urticaria and we need to consider foods as important factor in both treatment and patient education of urticaria.

      • 인체 부착형 무선통신시스템의 전파모드에 관한 연구

        이 논문에서는 먼저 VHF에서 X 밴드에 이르는 주파수 영역에서 인체의 전자기적인 특성에 대해 조사하였다. 그 결과 인체의 전자기적인 특성은 주파수와 인체 조직의 종류에 따라 변하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이 특성을 기준으로 인체 조직은 크게 수분을 많이 함유한 조직과 적게 함유한 조직으로 분류될 수 있었다. 또한 이 논문에서는 각각 인체 내부 안테나와의 통신, 동일 인체에 부착된 안테나 간 통신 및 인체에 부착된 안테나와 외부 안테나 간 통신 해석을 위한 안테나 전파 특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 이로부터 우리는 각 통신 시스템을 위한 적절한 안테나의 종류와 부착 조건을 도출해 낼 수 있었고, 이 결과는 향후 인체에 부착하는 안테나를 설계할 때 유용한 가이드라인이 될 것이다. This paper reviews electromagnetic properties of human body from VHF to X-band. The results show that the electromagnetic properties of the human body depend on both frequency and tissue type. Based on this study, human body tissues are categorized into high water content tissue and low water content tissue according to their electromagnetic properties. The paper also provides the analysis of the antenna propagation on the surface of the human body for in-body, on-body, and off-body communication, respectively. The results determine which antenna type and mounting configuration are proper for each body-centric wireless communication and provide a guideline for body-worn antenna design.

      • 전자전 시스템의 국내개발 중요성과 군·산·학·연 협력 방안

        본 논문에서는 전자전의 개념과 근·현대 전쟁의 역사를 통해 전자전 및 전자전 체계 국내개발의 중요성을 분석하였다. 이어서 전자전체계에 대한 국내 기술수준을 살펴보고 미래 소요 핵심기술에 대해 분석하였고, 관련된 각 기관의 능력과 임무를 분석하여 성공적인 전자전 국내기술 발전을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 최근 새로 개설된 전자전 특화연구센터와 신호정보 특화연구센터를 위시한 학계 및 연구기관과 전자전 시스템을 운용하고 있는 군, 기존의 전자전 시스템을 구현해 본 방위산업체가 서로 유기적으로 협력하고, 주요 핵심기술 개발을 위해 서로 기 획득한 자료 및 전자정보 등의 가공전 데이터(raw data)를 적절한 제도 수립과 신뢰를 갖고 공유할 수 있는 협의체 구성안을 제시하였다. This study analyzed the significance of the domestic development of the electronic warfare system by providing the electronic warfare history of the recent and modern age. The study follows by examining the domestic technology level on the electronic warfare system fields and analyzing the crucial technology demanded in the future, analyzing the related institutions` abilities and missions. Therefore the study suggests successful methods for domestic electronic warfare technology development. The establishment of appropriate organizations and the drafted measures on new councils to be trusted sharing on acquired core raw data and electronic intelligence were suggested in this paper. The relevant institutions such as the recently established Electronic Warfare Specialized Research Center and the Signal Intelligence Specialized Research Center, the academic institutions, research institutions, the defense industries, and military, should cooperate each other in trust and under the proper regulations such as ITAR(International Traffic in Arms Regulations).

      • RCS 효과를 고려한 레이다 탐지 모의논리 개발

        본 논문은 공대공 임무상황에서 다양한 교전상황을 모의하기 위한 교전급 항공무장효과 분석모델 개발에 있어, 실전과 유사한 교전상황을 모의하기 위한 논문이다. 좀 더 실전과 유사한 교전상황을 고려하기 위해 표적 항공기의 시선각에 따른 RCS 모의 및 이를 고려한 표적의 레이다 탐지 여부를 모의하였다. 이를 위해, 대표 항공기의 RCS를 전자기 수치해석 프로그램인 FEKO를 이용하여 먼저 계산한 후, 이를 항공기마다 고유하게 알려진 RCS 대푯값을 이용하여 표준화하여 표적의 시선각에 따른 RCS를 모의하였고, 시선각에 따른 RCS 값을 이용하여 레이다의 탐지거리를 구하여, 실제 표적과 레이다 간 이격거리와 앞에서 구한 탐지거리를 비교함으로써 레이다 탐지 여부를 판단하였다. 이 과정을 통해 표적 항공기의 RCS 대푯값 뿐 아니라 바라보는 시선각에 따라 달라지는 RCS 값을 고려하여, 조금 더 실전과 유사한 국방 M&S 체계를 개발하는 데 기여하였다. In this paper, the simulation logic for radar detection considering RCS effect is proposed in the process of developing an engagement-level aviation armament effect analysis model. For this, the RCS of the representative aircraft was first calculated using FEKO, an electromagnetic numerical analysis program, and then normalized using the RCS representative value uniquely known for each aircraft to simulate the RCS according to the target's orientation, and to this RCS value the detection distance of the radar, which varies depending on it, was obtained and compared with the separation distance between the actual target and the radar to determine whether or not the radar was detected. Through this process, not only the RCS representative value of the target aircraft, but also the RCS value that varies depending on the viewing angle were considered to determine the radar detection range and contributed to the development of a defense M&S system that is more similar to actual combat.

      • 전자연동장치용 연동도표작성 알고리즘 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper will be presented an algorithm for designing of a railway interlocking table which is a document describing the functional specification of the interlocking device. The ability to produce an interlocking table has been handed down in the signalling engineers society. And the signalling engineer makes the most of his expertise to produce an interlocking table. But, the expertise has not yet been organized into technical system, the core of the expertise is a hard nut to crack. Therefore, we analyze into signal engineering expertise, and propose a generalization of interlocking notion. Also, an algorithm is drawn up based on a train route setting principle to solve practical and general problems by computer. And the performance of the algorithm is evaluated for test program based on AutoCAD technology. The evaluation result shows that it can be utilized as the effective algorithm for computer control of the signalling system as interlocking device, that it improved in safety.
