Banti 씨 증후군의 (症候群) 간 (肝 ) Scintigram 에 관한 연구

The pnrpose of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic usefulness of liver scanning with radiogold in cases of Bantis syndrome. Patients with Bantis syn3rome were admitted to the Department of internal Medicine at the Busan '.Vational Universitiy Hospital from Jan. 19ol to Dec. 1977 or studies. L.iver scanning ivith ra(lioactive colloid1 gold was carried out in 45 cases of Banti's syndrome. Correlation between scintigraphic lindings and chemical liver function studies including clinical fe:tnres ivere also observed. In patients with Banti's syndrome, hypertrophy pvttern of the ]iver ivas found in 14 cases (31.1.,), atrophy pattern of the liver in 20 cases (44.4,) and normal size in 11 cases (2-l. Yqr) Mottling was not significant in cases with hypertrophy and less significant even in patients of atrophy pattern. In patients having marked spleen visualization, the spleen is enlarged more than the size of the liver on scintigram. Che!niczl lievr function studies show ivithin normal limits in cases of hypertrophy pst.ern of the liver. The spleen was visualized in all of the patients (100.), moderate visualization in 15 cses (33.3,4) and marked visualization in 30 cases (66.7g). The author found atrophy pattern of the liver and marked visualization of the spleen in the scintigram of the advanced cases of Bantis syndrome, which suggested diagnostic usefulness of radiogo!d scanning of Bantis syndrome.

대두 ( Glycine max ) 하배축 (下胚軸) 유래 칼루스의 원형질체 분리 및 배양

The isolation and culture of protoplasts from hypocotyl-derived calluses of Glycine max (L.) Merr. cv. Jangyeop were carried out. The maximum protoplast yield of 5.3×10 exp (6) per gram fresh callus was obtained by digestion for 6 hrs in an enzyme solution containing 3.5% cellulase, 1.5% macerozyme, 10% sorbitol and 0.1% CaCl_2·2H_2O at pH 5.8. Newly formed cell wall of protoplasts cultured in MS agar medium containing 10 μM α-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and 32 μM N^6-benzylaminopurine(BAP) could be observed after 24 hrs culture. The first cell division of the protoplasts was observed after 3 days of culture; cell clusters after 2 weeks of culture. When transferred to solid media, the protoplasts formed cell clusters gave rise to proliferating calluses.
