The purpose of this study is to verify the fitness difference between groups when the play-oriented infant physical education program and the general infant physical education program are applied to infants. As a research method, a play-oriented infant physical education program was applied to 264 experimental groups and a general infant physical education program to 203 comparison groups once a week, once a week for 30 minutes and 24 weeks of physical education. Stamina was measured for static strength, wits, agility, flexibility, balance, and coordination. As for the data processing method, the differences between groups were analyzed using the independent sample T-test. The results of the study showed that the play-oriented infant physical education program had a positive effect on the development of the child"s wits, balance, and coordination than the general infant physical education program.

In order to audit the comfort of passenger car seats, various dummy models are developed based on the data of standard human body. Those dummies are generally composed of joint style skeleton structures and the outside of the body structures are covered with soft materials such as latex or silicon rubber, which has similar material characteristics such as skin, fat and muscle. The existing dummy models for comfort assessment uses the same skeletal structures with human body that has kinematical similarity. But those do not have systematic posture monitoring system that it is impossible to assess the global posture change according to relative joint rotations. In this paper, vertebral column and hip joints which has spring preload, are developed that it is possible to follow the kinematically similar seating behavior with human motion. Furthermore, realtime monitoring system is developed for all the rotation angle of the joints that it is possible to audit the comfort of passenger car seats on the basis of standard human body dummy, which is developed in this paper.
