        성인태권도 참여자의 여가제약, 회복탄력성 및 생활만족의 관계분석

        The purpose of this study was conducted to identify the relationship among leisure constraints, resilience, and life satisfaction in the adult Taekwondo participants. For the analysis of this study, a total of 289 samples were collected and analyzed from people participating in adult Taekwondo using a non-probability sampling method among purposive sampling methods. SPSS and AMOS statistical programs were used, and data analysis was conducted through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The results from the analysis are as follows. First, leisure constraints for adult Taekwondo participants have a negatively effect on resilience. Second, leisure constraints for adult Taekwondo participants have no significant impact on life satisfaction. Third, the resilience of adult Taekwondo participants have a positively effect on life satisfaction. Fourth, it was confirmed that resilience a role as a mediator between leisure constraints and life satisfaction. This study found the relationship between leisure constraints, resilience, and life satisfaction among adult Taekwondo participants. It is meaningful in that it explored the validity of leisure constraints, resilience and the value of Taekwondo training for adults as leisure sports.

        부산지역 교실배식 초등학교생들의 손 씻기 인식 및 이행 실태

        The principal objective of this study was to evaluate elementary students` awareness of the importance of hand washing, as well as their hand-washing behavior. The data was collected by self-reported questionnaire from 697 students in elementary schools with serving food in a classroom in Busan. Their hand-washing frequency was high, at `3∼4 times per day (37.0%)`. 51.0% of the respondents did not wash their hands that often because they were `not accustomed` to washing their hands, and 35.9% of respondents regarded washing their hands as `annoying`. The most frequently reported hand washing agent was `soap and water (71.4%)`. Approximately 95∼98% of the respondents always washed their hands after using the bathroom, 87.9% of them washed their hands before eating food, and 86.7% of them washed their hands upon returning home. However, 27.3%, 34.1% and 65.9% of the respondents did not wash their hands after handling money, after eating, and after coughing or sneezing, respectively. Significant factors related to increased hand-washing frequency were gender (p<0.001) and the period of attendance at kindergarten (p<0.05). The mean scores of importance and performance of hand washing were significantly higher for girls than for boys. The group with higher rate (over 4.5/5.0) for the importance of sanitary hand-washing behavior showed significantly higher scores in hand-washing behavior before serving food and before eating than those of the lower rated group (below 4.0/5.0). This study shows that sanitation education is required not only for food handlers but also for students in school foodservices.

        한국산 무우 Peroxidase의 열변성 및 재활성화에 미치는 요인

        한국산 무우(Rhapanus sativus) peroxidase의 열안정성에 미치는 요인 및 열처리에 의해 불활성화된 peroxidase의 재활성화에 미치는 요인들을 검토하였다. 효소는 60℃이하의 열처리에는 안정하였으나, 80℃에서는 10분 후에 완전히 불활성화하였다. 효소의 불활성화에 미치는 PH의 효과 PH 6.0에서는 매우 안정하였으나, PH 4.0이하 및 PH 8.0이상에서는 매우 불안정하였다. 효소의 열안정성은 당, 염 및 단백질의 첨가에 의하여 증가하였다. 효소의 재활성화는 PH 9.0에서 재활성화율이 가장 높았으며, 그리고 열에 의한 불활성화와 다르게 첨가한 당, 염 및 단백질에 의해 거의 영향을 받지 않았다. 열에 의해 불활성화된 효소는 환원제인 dithiothreitol의 첨가에 의하여 재활성화가 억제되었다. Factors affecting thermal inactivation and reactivation of korean radish peroxidase were investigated. The enzyme was stable below 60℃, but it was completely inactivated by heat treatment at 80℃ for 10 min. The enzyme was stable at pH 6.0, but it was unstable below pH 4.0 and above pH 8.0. The thermostablity of the enzyme was increased by addition of glucose, sodium chloride and albumin. The inactivated enzyme by heat treatment was reactivated at room temperature. The optimal pH for reactivation of the enzyme was pH of 9.0. The reactivation rate of the enzyme was not affected by addition of glucose, sodium chloride and albumin. The reactivation was completely inhibited by addition of sulfhydryl reagent such as dithiothreitol.

        보행 시 농작업 종사자들의 슬관절 퇴행성 등급에 따른 지면반력 특성 분석

        Objective : This study was conducted with an aim to use it as basic data for developing assistive devices, such as insoles that can suppress the progress of degenerative diseases and strategies, to improve early degenerative diseases by assessing walking characteristics of farm workers who were classified as KL-grade in the perspective of motor mechanics. Method : 38 male and female adults who complained of knee joint pain for more than six months were selected, and they were classified according to KL-grade. KL-grade was assessed by an orthopaedic specialist and an occupational environment health specialist. Filming equipment (FX-1, CASIO, Japan) and a ground reaction force system (AMTI OR6, AMTI, USA) were used to identify ground reaction force characteristics, and WOMAC was used for a pain rating scale. Results : There was a difference between the right and left side (axis-X) according to KL-grade, and when the grade was higher, the internal ground reaction force was also higher. Changes in COP were not affected by KL-grade of the knee joint, but it tended to increase as the grade increased. There were differences in the time required for limb support while walking according to the grades, and when the grade was higher, walking was more inefficient with long braking force and short propulsion forces. Also, pain rating scale, the right and left side, and COP changes while in support phase were related. Conclusion : There was a partial, statically significant difference in KL-grade and ground reaction force occurring during the support phase, and there were differences in ground reaction forces according to the grades of degenerative arthritis in the knee joint, indicating that this study is worthy as basic data for future studies.

        확장된 목표지향적 행동모델을 적용한 Covid-19 Pandemic 상황에서의 캠핑 참여의도 연구

        본 연구에서는 Covid-19로 인한 팬데믹 시대의 캠핑 참여자를 대상으로 확장된 목표지향적 행동모델과 위험지각의 관계를 규명하기 위해 진행되었다. 본 연구의 분석을 위해 비확률 표본 추출법 중 유의 표본 추출법을 사용하여 Covid-19로 인한 팬데믹 시대에 캠핑에 참여하는 사람들을 대상으로 총 272명의 표본을 수집하여 분석을 진행하였다. 분석을 위해, SPSS, AMOS 통계 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 경로분석을 통해 자료 분석을 진행하였다. 분석을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 확장된 목표지향적 행동모형의 구성변수 중 주관적 규범을 제외한 태도, 긍정적 기대감정, 부정적 기대감정, 지각된 행동통제는 열망에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 본 연구의 확장된 목표지향적 행동모형의 설명 변인으로 추가된 위험지각은 열망과 행동의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 열망과 지각된 행동통제는 행동의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 Covid-19로 인한 팬데믹 시대의 캠핑 참여자의 지각되고 있는 위험수준과 의사결정 과정에 대하여 알아볼 수 있었으며, 레저관광 활동 트렌드의 변화로 나타난 안전힐링, 사회적 거리두기가 가능한 캠핑여가의 가치를 탐색했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was conducted to identify the relationship among extended model of goal-directed behaviors and risk perception in the for those who participated in camping the Pandemic era due to Covid-19. For the analysis of this study, a total of 272 samples were collected and analyzed from people participating in camping in the Pandemic era due to Covid-19 using a non-probability sampling method among purposive sampling methods. SPSS and AMOS statistical programs were used, and data analysis was conducted through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The results from the analysis are as follows. First, attitude, positive anticipatory, negative anticipatory, and perceived behavioral control, except for subjective norms of the extended model of goal-directed behavioral model, showed significant edffect on desire. Second, the risk perception added as an explanatory variable of the extended model of goal-directed behavioral model of this study, affect on desire and behavior intention. Third, desire and perceived behavioral control was significantly related to behavior intention. This study was meaningful in that it was able to learn about perceived risk levels and decision-making processes of campers in the Pandemics era due to Covid-19 and explored the value of safety healing and social distanceable camping leisure as a result of changes in leisure tourism activity trends.

        병원성 식중독 미생물에 대한 천년초 선인장 추출물의 항균 활성

        본 연구에서는 천년초 손바닥 선인장 유기용매 추출물의 항균성을 비교, 검토하고자 하였다. 70% ethanol로 추출하여 hexan, chloroform, ethyl acetate, buthanol, water로 순차 분획하여 ascorbic acid, benzoic acid와 항균효과를 비교하여 보았다. Escherichia coli 등 Gram positive bacteria 2종, Gram negative bacteria 2종, yeast 1종 등 총 6개의 병원성 식중독 미생물에 대해 항균효과를 검토한 결과 ethyl acetate 분획물이 가장 우수한 항균효과를 나타내었고 이는 동량의 benzoic acid보다 월등히 우수하였다. Gram positive bacteria와 Gram negative bacteria에 대해 유의적 차이가 없는 비슷한 항균효과를 보여주었으나 bacteria에 비해 yeast에서 항균효과는 낮게 나타났다. The 70% ethanol extract from cactus Chounnyouncho (Opuntia humifusa) was fractionated subsequently by hexan, chloroform, ethyl acetate, buthanol and water. The ethyl acetate fraction exhibited strong antimicrobial activities by paper disk diffusion method on the five strains of food born bacteria Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium and Pseudomonas fluorescens. It has a heat resistance to show inhibitory effect after heat treatment at 110℃ for 1 hr. The ethyl acetate fraction showed almost perfect growth inhibition at over 700 ppm on the tested strains.

        간세포암에서 담관 침범으로 다량 출혈을 일으킨 혈액담즙증

        Massive bleeding hemobilia occurs rarely in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) without any invasive procedure. Upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patient with cirrhosis and abdominal pain with progressive jaundice in patient with HCC were usually thought as variceal bleeding and HCC progression respectively. We experienced recently massive bleeding hemobilia in patient with HCC who was a 73-year old man and showed sudden abdominal pain, jaundice and hematochezia. He had alcoholic cirrhosis and history of variceal bleeding. One year ago, he was diagnosed as HCC and treated with transarterial chemoembolization periodically. Sudden right upper abdominal pain occurred then subsided with onset of hemotochezia. Computed tomography showed bile duct thrombosis spreading in the intrahepatic and extrahepatic ducts, while an ampulla of vater bleeding was observed during duodenoscopy. Hemobilia could be one of the causes of massive bleeding in patients with cirrhosis and HCC especially when they had sudden abdominal pain and abrupt elevation of bilirubin.         연잎 에탄올 추출물의 항산화 효과

        본 연구에서는 연잎 추출분획물의 항산화 활성을 비교, 검토하고자 하였다. 70% ethanol로 추출한 추출수율은 8.16%였으며 이를 hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol, water로 순차 분획한 수율은 butanol층이 36.12%로 가장 높은 수율을 보였으나 대체적으로 극성이 높을수록 높은 분획수율을 나타내었다. 분획물간 총 페놀함량 측정결과 ethyl acetate 분획물의 총 페놀함량이 가장 높게 나왔으며 전자공여능 측정결과 또한 ethyl acetate 분획물에서 가장 우수한 결과를 나타내었다. Ethyl acetate 분획물의 전자공여능은 BHA, BHT와 비교한 결과 BHA와 유사한 결과를 나타내었으며 BHT보다 우수한 값을 나타내었다. 항산화 활성이 높게 나타난 ethyl acetate 분획물을 취하여 TBA가에 의한 지질과산화를 측정한 결과 BHA가 가장 우수한 활성을 보여주었으며 ethyl acetate 분획물은 BHT보다도 활성이 떨어졌으나 이는 ethyl acetate 분획물이 단일물질로 분리정제가 이루어지지 않은 것으로 malonaldehyde 이외 다른 성분이 TBA와 반응하여 발색한 것으로 추측되어졌다. AV와 POV 측정결과 BHA가 가장 우수한 활성을 보여주었으나 ethyl acetate 분획물과 유의적인 차이는 없었으며 BHT에 비해서는 우수한 활성을 나타내었다. This study was investigated on the antioxidative activity of 70% ethanol extracts from lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) leaf. The extraction yields of 70% ethanol extract was 8.16%. The extract was further fractionated subsequently by hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol and water. Antioxidative activity was examined by electron donating ability (EDA) using DPPH, TBA value, acid value (AV), and peroxide value (POV), in comparison with commercial antioxidants. Butanol fraction showed the highest extraction yields but ethyl acetate fraction showed the highest phenol content. The ethyl acetate fraction showed the highest EDA. Theantioxidative activity of ethyl acetate fraction determined by AV and POV in accelerated oxidation condition of lard was similar to that of BHA.

        칠면초 추출물의 항산화 효과

        본 연구는 염생식물이라는 특성으로 인해 갯벌이 발달한 우리나라에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 칠면초의 항산화활성을 검토하고자 이루어졌다. 70% ethanol로 추출한 추출수율은 9.74%였으며 이를 hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol, water로 순차 분획한 수율은 water 층이 원물대비 8.73%로 가장 높은 수율을 보였고 대체적으로 극성이 높을수록 높은 분획 수율을 나타내었다. 하지만 분획물간 총 페놀과 총 플라보노이드 함량 측정 결과 ethyl acetate 분획물의 에서 가장 높게 측정되었다. Ethyl acetate 분획물의 항산화력을 hydroxyl radical 소거능, hydrogen peroxide 소거능, xanthine oxidase 소거능 등을 측정하여 합성항산화제인 BHA와 비교한 결과 BHA의 80~90% 가량의 활성을 보여주었다. We studied the antioxidant activity of Suaedajaponica, found in Korean mud flats. A 70% ethanol extraction yielded 9.74%. The 70% ethanol extract was further fractionated with hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol, and water. The water fraction resulted in the highest extraction yields, but the ethyl acetate fraction resulted in the highest total phenol content and also total flavonoid content. The antioxidative activity of the fractions was evaluated using several methods and compared to commercial antioxidants. The scavenging activities of the hydroxyl radical, hydrogen radical, hydrogen peroxide, and xanthine oxidase of the ethyl acetate fraction were equivalent to that of BHA. The scavenging activities of the hydroxyl radical, hydrogen peroxide, and xanthine oxidase of the ethanol extracts were approximately 80~90% of that of BHA.
