        걷기운동참여빈도가 중년여성의 혈중지질, 혈압, 근골격계 통증, 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        The effect of exercise frequency on the blood lipid, blood pressure, musculoskeletal pain, and health related quality of life in middle aged womenThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the physical and mental variables and the relationship between the variables according to the frequency of participation in walking exercise in middle-aged women. 61 middle-aged women participating in the walking exercise were grouped according to the frequency of exercise participation. Physical health defined blood lipid, blood pressure, subjective musculoskeletal pain and health-related quality of life as a measure of mental health(KEQ-5D). There was no significant difference in physical fitness variables such as blood lipid, blood pressure, and subjective musculoskeletal pain according to frequency of walking exercise. However, the correlation between HDL-C and exercise frequency in the KEQ-5D index, a measure of health-related quality of life, was suggested, suggesting future research. In conclusion, walking exercise did not contribute significantly to the improvement of blood lipids, and there was no difference according to frequency. If the relationship is discussed from a long-term viewpoint through a cohort study rather than a cross-sectional study, the causal relationship between physical health and quality of life, frequency of walking exercise and quality of life can be established.

        드롭랜딩 시 Hamstring/Quadriceps ratio 불균형에 따른하지의 동적 안정성 차이 분석

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to present quantitative data and basic references to decrease the accident risk of soccer instructors· Methods : To obtain data, we conducted an investigation on how H/Q ratio affects the dynamic stability of the lower extremity at the time of droplanding· The study targeted 13 soccer players from C University who have not had any injuries or wounds in the lower extremity joints and in anyother parts of their bodies over the last 6 months· By using CMIS (USA), the players were divided into two groups according to H/Q ratios higherand lower than 69%, respectively· The subjects in each group were instructed to perform a drop landing· Results : The H/Q ratio did not affect the maximal flexion angle of the knee joints at the time of drop landing· In addition the dominant group witha relatively high H/Q ratio was observed to have increased time to reduce shock and to efficiently absorb the ground reaction force during drop landing· Also, the dominant group with a relatively high H/Q ratio utilized the strong performances of the antagonistic muscles around the hamstrings and thecontrolled rotatory powers of the thighs that were applied to the tibias supported by the ground· Finally, H/Q ratio, load factors, and mean and maximumEMG were significantly negatively related, whereas GRFx showed a positive relationship· In fact, these factors all affected the impact of the load fromthe H/Q ratio to the knee joints· Conclusion : From these findings it can be concluded that unbalanced H/Q ratio can be considered as a predictor of knee joint injury at the time ofdrop landing·

        야구 투구수 증가에 따른 생체역학적 변화 분석

        This study was carried out to suggest the basis of training method for the prevention of injury by analyzing the Biomechanical of release along the increase of pitch of a baseball pitcher and the change of Ulnar Collateral Ligament. To achieve this purpose, two starting pitchers belonged to S university was instructed to implement the exercise pitches more than 10 times and pitch 15 balls for each inning for 7 innings, total 105 balls. The condition before pitching and the last pitching actions were selected out of each inning from the 4th inning when the number of pitch exceeds 50 for collecting of data and the ground reactions and ultrasound(Accuvix V10, Korea) were measure, and pitch fast balls whose ball speed was above 130km during the initial time. It was shot by 5 units of infrared camera(MotionMaster 200, visol, Korea) at 200 f/s and measured by 2 units of measuring equipment of ground reaction(AMTI ORG-6, MA) at sampling speed of 2000 Hz/s through Kwon 3D XP(visol, Korea). As a result, negative change of UCL was observed when the number of pitches increased, and change of UCL increased with higher shoulder angular velocity. When the change of maximum vertical reaction increased, change of UCL decreased. In conclusion, to prevent UCL, pitches must be performed by using the lower body. Future research will need to secure more subjects to ensure reliability and include variables like change of lower body angle and upper body rotation angle that influences ball velocity.

        장애물 넘기 보행 시 편평족과 정상족의 동적보행 안정성 차이 연구 : 초등학생을 대상으로

        본 연구는 편평족과 정상족을 가진 초등학생의 실내화 착용이 장애물 넘기 보행 시 동적 안정성에 차이가 있는지 알아보기위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 대상자는 발배뼈(주상골) 하강검사(navicular drop test: ND test)로 평가된 편평족 초등학생8명(11.6세)과 정상족 8명(11.5세)이며, 실내화 착용 후 하지장의 30% 높이의 장애물 넘기 보행 시 나타나는 동적안정성지수와 정강뼈 하강변화량, 부하율을 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 편평족의 전후 및 수직 안정성 지수와 전체 안정성지수가정상족 보다 높았으며, 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<.05). 정강뼈 하강 변화량은 편평족이 정상족보다 높아지는 경향이있었고, 부하율은 편평족이 정상족보다 유의하게 낮았다(p<.05). 결과적으로 편평족을 가진 초등학생의 보행안정성은정상족보다 불안정하고 한발지지 시 중심축이 되는 정강뼈의 큰 움직임이 나타났다. 편평족의 전후 및 수직 동적 보행불안정성이 나타남이 확인되었고, 유소년 시기 편평족을 보정할 수 있는 보조기기 활용이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. This study was conducted to find out if the wearing of indoor shoes by elementary school studentswith Pes Planus and Normal Foot differed in dynamic stability when walking Obstacle Crossing. Thesubjects were 8 Pes Planus elementary school students(11.5 year.) and 8 normal Normal Foot (11.5 year)evaluated by the navicular drop test (ND test), and the dynamic stability index, shinbone descent, andload rate were compared to those shown when walking over obstacles of 30% of the lower extremitiesafter wearing indoor shoes. As a result, Pes Planus A-P and vertical stability indices and overall stabilityindices were significantly higher (p<.05). The tibia descent change tended to be higher than that of PesPlanus, with significantly lower Loading rate (p<.05). As a result, the walking stability of elementaryschool students with Pes Planus is more unstable than normal foot, and the large movement of theshinbone, which becomes the central axis when supported by one foot, was shown. It was confirmed thatthe Pes Planus showed dynamic walking instability, and it was necessary to utilize auxiliary devices tocorrect Pes Planus during youth.

        도마 스카하라 트리플 도약 구간의 정성적 및 정량적 분석 연구

        This study is intended to investigate the differences between success and failure of Tsukahara Tripple Jump motion performed by Hak-seon Yang, Olympics gold medalist in vault, and thereby propose quantitative data necessary to understand the highest level of technique and improve athletic performance. To achieve the purpose, one success and one failure among four motions performed in practices three days before a contest were chosen and a video analysis was conducted to calculate and compare the body centered displacement, elapsed time and projection factor. Image analysis was performed using Kwon3D XP program after taking images at 300 frames/sec with 3 ultra-high speed cameras (EX-F1, Japan). Qualitative analysis was carried out based on the opinions presented by 4 gymnastic experts with over 19 years of experience as athletes, and the conclusion is as follows. The factor of determining a success was the technique of converting into a vertical component rather than improving a horizontal speed prior to jump. The important factor to high-level technique is to enlarge die time of touching a jump vault board. In the case of a success, horizontal displacement was increased in jump zone, and after the touch of a vault, the take off point of hands fast occurred through short vertical and horizontal displacement. In the case of a success, the center of the body was projected at a fast projection speed in a relatively lower projection angle than a failure. Pushing of hands, rather than placement of hands in front, is presented as the most important success factor of Tsukahara Triple.

        드롭랜딩 시 심박수 증가에 따른 하지의 생체역학적 차이 분석

        Objective: This study aimed to understand how increased heart rates at the time of drop landing during a step test would affect biomechanical variables of the lower extremity limbs. Background: Ballet performers do more than 200 landings in a daily training. This training raises the heart rate and the fatigability of the lower extremity limbs. Ballet performance high heart rate can trigger lower extremity limb injury. Method :We instructed eight female ballet dancers with no instability in their ankle joints(mean ± SD: age, 20.7 ± 0.7 yr; body mass index, 19.5 ± 1.2 kg/m2, career duration, 8.7± 2.0 yr) to perform the drop landing under the following conditions: rest, 60% heart rate reserve (HRR) and 80% HRR. Results: First, the study confirmed that the increased heart rates of the female ballet dancers did not affect the working ranges of the knee joints during drop landing but only increased angular speeds, which was considered a negative shock-absorption strategy. Second, 80% HRR, which was increased through the step tests, led to severe fatigue among the female ballet dancers, which made them unable to perform a lower extremity limb-neutral position. Hence, their drop landing was unstable, with increased introversion and extroversion moments. Third, we observed that the increasing 80% HRR failed to help the dancers effectively control ground reaction forces but improved the muscular activities of the rectus femoris and vastus medialis oblique muscles. Fourth, the increasing heart rates were positively related to the muscular activities of the vastus medialis oblique and rectus femoris muscles, and the extroversion and introversion moments. Conclusion/Application : Our results prove that increased HRR during a step test negatively affects the biomechanical variables of the lower extremity limbs at the time of drop landing.

        낙상 위험도에 따른 여성 노인의 보행 특성 연구

        This study was conducted to examine obstacle gait characteristics in the female elderly who were vulnerable to falls and showed an increasing rate of fall. The Tinetti performance oriented mobility assessment, a fall risk assessment tool, was used to classify subjects into a fall risk group of 16 people and a control group of 11 people. Comparison and analysis were performed by calculating kinetic variables after studying the obstacle gait. The findings are as follows. First, the female elderly subjects with a high fall risk recorded high values in TC and HC and showed the characteristics of inefficient gait with unnecessary horizontal redundancy in case of obstacle gait. Second, the female elderly subjects with high fall risk registered low values in peak 1 and peak 2 and showed the characteristics of trying to overcome obstacles safely without utilizing braking and driving force appropriately. A psychology improvement program is proposed to provide differentiated information in an effort to improve the gait of the subjects in the fall risk group.

        MRI로 측정한 하지의 피하 지방두께와 근육량이 sEMG 진폭에 미치는 영향

        The study was conducted to see if the subcutaneous fat thickness of the thigh measured by the MRI affects the Cross-Sectional Area(CSA) and surface-electromyography(sEMG). To achieve the goal, 79 adult men and women were analyzed for correlation by measuring the maximum and average muscular activity of inner and vastus medialis oblique(VMO) and vastus lateralis(VL) that occur during MRI and squats, including BMI, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, the subcutaneous fat layer had an adverse effect on the sEMG of the VMO muscle that occurred during squatting. Second, the CSA of the VMO muscle did not affect the sEMG. Third, the subcutaneous fat layer had an adverse effect on the sEMG of the VL that occurs during squats operation. Fourth, the CSA of the VL did not affect the sEMG. Fifth, BMI is related to CSA, but not to subcutaneous fat layer.

        슬개대퇴통증증후군(PFPS) 유무에 따른 근횡단면적과 표면 근전도, 최대근력의 차이 분석

        The purpose of this study was to raise the basis of efficient exerciser methods for Patellofemoral pain syndrome(PFPS) patients by examining the area of the transverse section of the thighs, maximum muscle strength, and surface nearness that appears when the maximum muscle force is displayed. Forty-two adult women were tested for MRI, constant muscle function test, and surface near field (EMGs). The derived results were compared and analyzed as a stand-alone sample t-test. The conclusions drawn are as follows First, there was no statistical difference in the area of the proximal cross section (PCA) according to the existence of PFPS, but a relatively high tendency was shown in the normal group. Second, with or without PFPS, there was no statistical difference in maximal muscular activity (sEMG) of the thighs. Third, statistical difference of maximal muscle of femoral according to the presence of PFPS was shown, and knee renal forearm was high in normal group and high in oysters/sin ratio.

        초등학생의 등속성 근 기능과 외발 최대수직점프와의 상관관계 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 초등학생의 운동기능 평가항목으로 등속성 근력측정이 적합한지를 평가하기 위한 것으로 등속성 근기능 측정과 외발 최대수직점프 측정 시 변인들의 상관관계를 통해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 발목관절의 불안정성이 없는 초등체육영재 15명을 대상으로 하였으며, 모든 피험자들은 60?° /sec으로 등속성 근기능 측정하였으며, 적외선 카메라 6대와 지면반력기, 근전도를 통해 얻은 자료를 Kwon3D XP와 Myoresearch 이용해 산출하였다. 그 결과 선행연구에서 검증된 최대수직점프는 운동기능의 높은 재현성을 가지지만 초등학생들의 경우 하지의 근기능을 통해 이루어지기보다 또 다른 변인에 의해 해석될 수 있다. 따라서 초등학생들을 대상으로 한 등속성 근기능 측정은 운동능력을 평가하는 항목으로 신중히 선택되어야 한다는 결론을 보였다. 향후 연구에서는 중학생, 고등학생, 엘리트 선수와의 비교를 통해 등속성 근기능 측정의 신뢰성을 보다 심도 있게 연구되어야 할 것이다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to supplement the problem of the sports events measured in selecting kinesthetic elementary students. Methods: The subjects fifteen elementary student(mean age: 11.4±1.25 yrs; mean mass: 43.21±4.1kg; mean height: 151.0±6.0cm) with no lower extremity symptoms or injuries were recruited for this study. Isokinetic muscle measuring equipment(HumacNorm, USA) was used five times at 60 degree/sec to measure the knee joint peak torque value(extension) of each study subject. In this case, EMG(Noraxon, USA) was also used to measure the maximum muscular activity of rectus femoris muscle and vastus medialis muscle. To look into correlations between variables, the data were applied to Pearson’s correlations. To transmit explanatory power of correlations, simple regression analysis was conducted by SPSS 20.0 at p<.05. Results: When isokinetic muscle function was measured, peak torque, the representative value, had no correlation with other variables than knee joint power at the time of maximum vertical jump. In particular, muscle activity showed high explanatory power in maximum vertical jump, but peak torque had no relation with muscle activity. Conclusion: It indicates that peak torque of isokinetic measuring equipment is not a proper item to evaluate the muscle function of elementary school students whose muscle is not formed completely.
