교사의 창의적 인성과 창의성 증진을 위한 교사역할 관계에서 인성적 언어통제의 매개효과

본 연구는 교사의 창의적 인성과 창의성 증진을 위한 교사역할과의 관계에서 교사의 인성적 언어통제 가 가지는 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 교사를 대상으로 창의적 인성과 창의 성 증진을 위한 교사역할, 인성적 언어통제를 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 Baron과 Kennny(1986)가 제시 한 3단계 매개회귀분석기법에 따라 분석하였으며, 그 결과 교사의 연령과 학력, 경력에 따라 창의적 인 성과 창의성 증진을 위한 교사의 역할 하위 변인이 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 교사의 인성적 언어통제는 창의적 인성과 창의성 증진을 위한 교사역할 관계에서 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 교사의 인성적 언어통제는 교사의 인성이 창의성 증진을 위한 역할을 수행하는 과정에서 매개변인으로 서의 역할을 하는 것으로 보인다. 따라서 교사가 창의적 인성을 지니고 있더라도 언어통제에 따라 창의성 증진을 위한 교사역할에 영향을 미치는 것으로, 교사의 상호작용 중요성을 시사한다. This study aims to validate the mediating effect of teachers' personal verbal control type in the teacher role relationship to promote teachers' creative personality and creativity. Participating teachers were inspected their creative personalities, teacher roles to promote creativity, and personal verbal control type. Collected data were analyzed through the 3-step mediated regression analysis by Baron and Kennny (1986). As a result, there were significant differences in lower factors of the teacher role to promote creative personality and creativity according to the teachers' age, academic background, and career. In addition, teachers' personal verbal control type partly influenced the teacher role relationship to promote creative personality and creativity. In other words, teachers' personal verbal control type plays a role of a mediating variable when their personality acts to promote creativity. Therefore, it suggests how important teachers' interaction is while the verbal control type has an impact on teachers' role to promote creativity even though they already have creative personality.

취학 전 유아의 사회적 규범이해와 의사결정능력과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 병렬매개분석

본 연구의 목적은 취학 전 유아의 의사결정능력에 영향을 미치는 변인을 살펴보고, 변인 간의 관계성을 규명하는데 있다. 연구대상은 만 5세 유아 213명 이었으며 적응기간을 완료한 2019년 4월부터 2주간 교사의 관찰 및 유아면담을 통한 설문지로 유아의 의사결정능력, 사회적 규범이해, 회복탄력성에 관한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 결과는 SPSS 21.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro를 통해 상관분석, 회귀분석, 매개효과 검증을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아의 사회적 규범이해와 회복탄력성은 의사결정능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 유아의 사회적 규범이해와 의사결정능력과의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부분매개효과가 나타난 회복탄력성의 하위요인들을 병렬매개분석한 결과 회복탄력성의 하위요인 중 원인분석능력과 적극적 도전성이 유의미한 변인으로 나타났다. 즉, 유아의 의사결정능력은 사회적 규범이해의 영향을 받기도 하지만 원인분석능력과 적극적 도전성을 통해 영향을 받는 것이라 해석된다. 본 연구를 통해 가정과 기관에서는 사회적으로 전수할 수 있는 사회적 규범에 대한 지식과 함께 당면한 문제에 대해 원인을 찾고 적극성을 갖고 새로운 시도를 장려하는 환경을 조성함으로서 유아의 의사결정능력 발달을 지원할 수 있음을 시사하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that influence decision-making ability of preschool children and investigate the relationship between them. The subjects of the study were 213 children aged 5, and the data on their decision-making ability, understanding of social norms, and resilience were collected based on the teachers’ observation and interview with the children. The collected data were analyzed based on correlation analysis, regression analysis, and mediation effect verification by using SPSS 21.0 and SPSS PROCESS macro. The findings were as follows: first, understanding of social norms and resilience had significant effects on decision making ability of preschool children. Second, there was partial mediation effect found between understanding of social norms and resilience of preschool children. Third, in the parallel analysis of subvariables of resilience, which showed a partial mediation effect, cause analysis and proactive attitude had significant effects. In other words, while the decision-making ability of children are influenced by their understanding of social norms, it is also influenced by their cause analysis ability and proactive attitude. The findings in this study suggest homes and organizations must create an environment in which children can gain an understanding of social norms and grow the ability to find the cause of problems facing them and the attitude to try new things with proactive attitude in order to support development of their decision-making ability.

To predict the Hub Bearing Unit(HBU)'s fatigue life, a non-linear equation including effects of preload or initial axial clearance should be calculated. However, the equation is composed of complex elliptic integrals and stiffness matrix. In order to solve the equation, this program is developed by using numerical analysis and analytical approach. As a result of using the program, The HBU’s performance data, such as load distribution, max. contact stress and fatigue life, are obtained easily and promptly.<br/> In this paper, The preprocessor of the program helps users to prepare input data through a dialog box and the postprocessor makes the graph presentation of solved results.
