        유아체육 프로그램이 자폐아동의 기초운동능력 및 운동성취능력에 미치는 효과

        This study examined the effect of Physical Education Program on fundamental motor ability changes, based on the result from 16 week program 12 boys (7 with light symptom and 5 with heavy symptom) who were judged suffering autism by a pediatric neuropsychiatrist and a clinical pathologist of neuropsychiatry at C University Hospital in C City, in order to survey if the Kindergarten Physical Education Program can affect positively in fundamental motor ability.

        Polydopamine Nanoparticle-Incorporated Fluorescent Hydrogel for Fluorescence Imaging-Guided Photothermal Therapy of Cancers

        In this study, we report a fluorescent polydopamine nanoparticle-incorporated hydrogel (FPNP-hydrogel) for fluorescence imaging-guided photothermal cancer therapy. The FPNP-hydrogel was prepared by combining fluorescent polydopamine nanoparticles (FPNPs) with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) using a simple method. The unique optical properties of the FPNPs facilitated the FPNP-hydrogel the excellent biocompatibility, strong fluorescence, and high photostability, showing an availability of fluorescence imaging in BALB/c nude mice. When combined with near-infrared laser irradiation, the FPNP-hydrogel noticeably reduced tumor volumes in 4T1 tumor-bearing mice within 14 days without inducing the inflammatory response in major organs. In conclusion, the results suggest that multifunctional hydrogels with excellent fluorescence properties and high photothermal conversion efficiency could be useful for designing novel therapeutic methods for cancer treatment.

        자연과학편 : 방과 후 체육활동이 정신지체 청소년의 체력향상에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 정신지체 청소년들의 수준에 맞는 방과 후 체육활동을 실시함으로써 체력향상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 기본적인 운동능력 및 운동기능을 향상시켜 학교에서 이루어지고 있는 체육교과 과정을 수행하는데 무리가 없도록 도움을 주고자하는 목적을 가지고 실시하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 충북 청주시에 소재한 C고등학교 2학년에 재학 중인 정신지체 청소년 7명으로 하였다. 연구결과 사전사후의 평균점수가 전체적으로 향상되는 경향을 볼 수 있었으며, 장애분류별 종목에 따른 공분산분석을 실시한 결과 순발력과 유연성에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈으나, 근지구력민첩성지구력에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않아 본 연구에서 실시한 신체활동 프로그램은 정신지체 청소년의 순발력과 유연성에서만 긍정적인 효과가 있었던 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of after school sports activities on the physical fitness of mentally disabled adolescents and to improve their basic physical abilities and functions so that they could adequately cope with P.E. classes. To examine the effects of after school sports activities, a program of sports activities was implemented for seven(mild disability-3, and severe disability-4) 11th graders at C high school in Cheongju-si, Chungbuk. It can be said that the program of sports activities has a positive effect on the improvement of quickness, flexibility of the mentally disabled adolescents. But, it can be said that the program of sports activities does not have any effect on the improvement of muscular endurance, agility, endurance of the mentally disabled adolescents. Therefore, it can be said that the program of sports activities has a positive effect on the improvement of flexibility of the mentally disabled adolescents.

        First, in order to review what changes occur in the way of stress from the nurturing of children with autism before and after the leisure sports activities, the on-way ANOVA test was conducted based on the measurement result, and significant difference at all the lower categories of stresses with the tendency of reduction of stress.Second, in order to review what changes occur in the way of stress following the age of mothers, the on-way ANOVA test was conducted based on the measurement result, there was no significant difference in statistics on stress related to ordinary living, family community, and negative psychological relevance, but significant level of difference was shown in the stress related to the mutual reaction and aftereffects.Third, in order to review what changes occur in the way of stress following the monthly income of the families, the on-way ANOVA test was conducted based on the measurement result, there was noticeable difference in statistics on stress related to family community, and mutual reaction and aftereffects, but no significant level of difference was shown in the stress related to the ordinary living and psychology of denial.Forth, in order to review what changes occur in the way of stress following the level of education of the mothers, the on-way ANOVA test was conducted based on the measurement result, there was noticeable difference in statistics on stress related to family community, mutual reaction, aftereffects and psychology of denial, but no significant level of difference was shown in the stress related to the ordinary living.Fifth, in order to review what changes occur in the way of stress following the degree of disability of the child, the on-way ANOVA test was conducted based on the measurement result, there was no noticeable difference in statistics on stress related to ordinary living, and psychology of denial, but noticeable difference was shown in the stress related to the family community, mutual reaction and after effects.

        12주간의 음악줄넘기운동이 비만중년여성의 신체조성, 체력 및 혈중지질에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 12주간의 음악줄넘기운동이 비만중년여성의 신체조성, 체력 및 혈중지질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위하여 실시한 연구이다. 대상자는 충청북도 C시에 거주하고 있는 40세 이상~50세 미만의 폐경 전 비만여성(체지방률 30% 이상) 28명으로 하였고, 프로그램의 실시는 주3회(월, 수, 금요일), 60분간, 12주 동안 실시하였으며, 사전검사 및 사후검사결과를 토대로 대응표본 t-test 및 이원변량분석(tow-way ANOVA)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 12주간의 음악줄넘기운동은 비만중년여성의 신체조성, 체력 및 혈중지질에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 모든 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 음악줄넘기운동 집단과 통제집단 간에 신체조성, 체력 및 혈중지질의 모든 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 비만중년여성의 신체조성, 체력 및 혈중지질에 긍정적인 효과를 얻기 위해서는 음악줄넘기운동을 실시하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of the this study was to find about how 12 weeks' music jump-rope exercise influences body composition, physical strength and blood lipid of fat middle-aged women. The surveyed persons were 28 fat women(over 30% of fat percent) aged over 40~below 50 before menopause, who live in C city of North Chungcheong Province, and the program was carried out 3 times a week(Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 60 minutes during 12 weeks. The t-test and tow-way ANOVA analysis of paired samples based on prior-post inspection results were executed, so the following conclusions could be obtained. It appeared that the 12 weeks' music jump-rope exercise has positive effects on body composition, physical strength and blood lipid of fat middle-aged women, and there was statistically a significant difference in all items. There was statistically a significant difference between a music jump-rope exercise group and a control group in all items of body composition, physical strength and blood lipid. Accordingly, it is thought that execution of aerobic exercise including music jump-rope exercise will be desirable in order to obtain positive effects on body composition, physical strength and blood lipid of fat middle-aged women.

        자폐아동의 신체활동 참가가 문제행동 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed with an objective of examining what changes take place in the frequency of problematic behaviors of the subjects depending on the types of physical activities(mobile, stable and manipulating) through applying a physical activity program to children with autism for a period of 16 weeks and the conclusion we could make was as follows. First, as the physical activity program was applied, the frequency of the problematic behaviors gradually decreased in the pre-test and in the tests of the introduction and adaptation stages but the frequency of the problematic behaviors again increased as the degree of difficulty rose to adventure stage. Second, in the result of analyzing the changes in problematic behaviors of the subjects depending on the types of physical activities (mobile, stable and manipulating), physical activities of mobile type showed the highest frequency of problematic behaviors and, though physical activities of non-mobile/stable type(activities on mats) showed a lower frequency of problematic behaviors than that of the physical activities of mobile type, it was higher than that of the physical activities of manipulating type. Problematic behaviors showed the lowest frequency in physical activities of manipulating type(sand play). Third, in the result of analyzing changes in the frequency of problematic behaviors of the subjects during a period without physical activity treatment, it showed gradual decrease of the frequency of problematic behaviors in the pre-test and in the follow-up test as well.

        유아체육프로그램이 자폐아동의 기초운동능력에 미치는 효과

First, One-Way ANOVA based result of motor performance test depending the period, shows that children developed in muscular strength, fast-starting, agility, flexibility, balance, with high distinct difference. Second, One-Way ANOVA based result of achievement test (locomotion) depending the period, shows that children developed in walk-on-balance beam, backward walking along the line, jumping over the unibar, and galloping movement, with high distinct difference. Third, One-Way ANOVA based result of achievement test (manipulation) depending the period, shows that children developed in ball-throwing, ball-bouncing, ball-catching, and ball-kicking, with high distinct difference. Fourth, One-Way ANOVA based result of achievement test (stability) depending the period, shows that children developed in one-leg standing, toe-touching, tumbling, and ball-dodging, with high distinct difference. Fifth, One-Way ANOVA based result of achievement test (stability) depending the period, shows that children developed in balloon program, rubber-ring program, ball program, scarf program, and hurdle program.
