This paper aim to clarify some characteristics of planning methodology and techniques of MACHITUKURY and effect of region. The conclusion are as follows: The program is mainly consist of historical and traditional culture and executed by the method of preservation and restoration. Most areas shows high level of an advanced age. As the result, 1) In historical type of ‘MACHI TUKURI’, there is relation between the effects of local culture preservation and the effects of participation to the social activity by the people 2) In art type of ‘MACHICHUKURI’, there is relation between the effects of participation to the social activity by the people and the effects of the local environment! preservation. 3) In natural type of ‘MACHI TUKURI’, there is relation between the effects of improvement on social basis, the effects of development on tourism business, and the effects of the local environment preservation.
셀프모니터링의 수준별 집단의 인구통계학, 감정부조화, 직무만족의 차이에 관한 연구

The objectives of this study are to analyze the difference of self -monitoring of Hotel employee on emotional dissonance and job satisfaction. A questionnaire consisted of 35 items for a self -monitoring scale, Emotional Dissonance and Job Satisfaction, these items used Likert scales with 5 points. Total 500 sheets of questionnaire were distributed to them, and 278 valid and complete questionnaires were collected from them for empirical data analysis. As a result of this study could come to the following findings: There was a significant difference in self -monitoring scores of hotel employee in the Emotional Dissonance and Job Satisfaction. And there was a significant difference in self -monitoring scores of socio -demographic characteristics.

This study is a case study which contains examples of activities of fifty eight old people in the 22nd area. They found the following characteristics. 1. The activities of the old: Guide type, Performance type, Sales type, Maintenance type, Administrator type, Merchandise making type 2. The position of the host: Using the talents of the old, Providing the finance source to the old, Helping the organizing the community of the old, Providing the opportunities of participation to the old to the public activities in the local area. 3. Methods to provide the old with participating in the local community activities: By the local union, By the local administration, By the cooperation between the local union and administration. Based on the above characteristics, the participating program by the old Japanese can be divided into four types: Duty type (8 cases), The old club type (20 cases), Cultivating the sales route type (10 cases), Human resource center type (10 cases).

본 연구는 관광개발에 대한 지역주민의 태도와 참여의사에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위해, 충남 논산시 지역주민을 대상으로 관광개발에 대한 태도, 관광개발의 참여의식, 개인의 자기검색성향에 대하여 연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 지역주민의 자기검색성향과 관광개발에 대한 태도와의 영향관계에 있어서 자기검색성향이 관광개발의 경제적 태도와 관광개발의 사회적 태도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 자기검색성향과 관련하여 관광개발에 대한 참여의식에 대한 영향관계를 확인하고자 로지스틱회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 관광개발의 참여의식에 모든 요인들이 2배에 가까운 영향관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이것은 자기검색에서 타인지향성 성향을 갖춘 지역주민들이 증가되면 될수록 관광개발에 있어서 관광개발의 참여 활동에 적극적인 행동을 보여 질 것으로 기대된다. This article was examines an attitude towards Tourism Development that has relevance to social psychological differences of individuals in terms of social psychological research on Tourism Development. It used the self-monitoring scale developed by Snyder(1974) who focused on individual behavior, which has been recently paid attention in the field of social psychology. It is considered that the result of this study contributes to academic world from two extensive points of view. One is that this study was conducted without any previous studies on self-monitoring and was performed to arrange the concept of Tourism Development Attitude in the stream. Another one is that this research proved the influence of self-monitoring on the citizen's propensity towards Tourism Development Attitude toward economic impact, Tourism Development Attitude toward social impact and with the tendency of participating in tourism development. Finally, Tourism Development Attitude that has relevance to social psychological differences of individuals.
호텔인턴쉽 참가자의 스트레스 요인과 사회적(학교)지원이 인턴쉽 만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔인턴쉽 참가자의 스트레스요인과 인턴쉽 만족, 사회적(학교)지원의 중요성을 논하기 위해 일본호텔에서 인턴쉽으로 참가하고 있는 대학생을 대상으로 분석을 하였다. 그 결과, 인턴쉽 스트레스는 인구통계학적인 특성에 따라 스트레스를 받는 집단이 상이하였고, 인턴쉽 만족은 인턴부서에 따라 만족도가 상이하게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 인턴쉽 스트레스 요인은 인턴쉽 만족에 음(-)의 관련성을 나타내는 것으로 분석되었으며, 특히 ‘직무자체요인’ 스트레스가 클 경우 직무만족이 상대적으로 크게 감소하는 것으로 나타나 ‘직무자체요인’의 스트레가 상대적으로 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 호텔인턴쉽 참가자에 대한 사회적(학교)지원이 높을수록 그리고 인턴쉽 스트레스가 낮을수록 인턴쉽 만족이 높게 나타나 인턴쉽 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 사회적 지원을 증가시키고 인턴쉽 스트레스를 감소시켜야 함을 알 수 있다. This study is designed to figure out internship stress factors which took place in their work place of Hotel. Then, the relationship between these internship stress factors and internship satisfaction were explored. Lastly, the internship satisfaction of student under high stress in each stress factor and that of students under low stress were compared each other. five internship stress factors(internship-related stress, human relation stress, regulation stress regarding human resources, organization stress, and Foreign language barrier stress) were delineated from factor analysis. The levels of each internship stress sere significantly different based on several demographic variables. As like as other studies, there were negative relationship between stress and internship satisfaction. finally, the students with low stress in each stress factor except language barrier stress were more satisfied with their internship than those under high stress.
