        여행서비스의 가치평가에 관한 연구

        Value denotes the optimal concept that represents the consumer behavior. It is noted that the evaluation of the consumers` value has brought about a competitive edge to the company. Against this background, the study aims to evaluate the value in the travel agencies. The study shows that the frequency analysis of service quality results in orders of empathy, tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance. The value evaluation in the determinants of service quality reveals that the service quality of tangibles and empathy ranks high while that of assurance, reliability, and responsiveness rates low. The value types in the travel service divulge that the value of psychological, effort, and time indicates high while the monetary value does otherwise. The study concludes that the travel service is not satisfactory because the travel agencies fail to provide the expectant value to the customers. The implication is that the travel agencies should redesign their service systems that enhance the traveler`s value to a great extent.

        They are using that sailing the Hwangpo Sailer in the Baekma River with a historic background as a tourist attractions in Buyeo-gun Chungnam Province. The purpose of this study is analyzing value of a tourist attractions of the Hwangpo Sailer, and groping for making tourism product plan. Making tourism product of the Hwangpo Sailer that has intelligence and grace of our ancestor who is using nature is forecasted not only to revive tradition that is disappearing but to contribute to revitalization of Buyeo tourism because it is very valuable as a tourist attractions.

      • 축제참여자의 지각된 가치, 만족, 행동의도와의 영향관계

        Festivals are increasingly being used as an instruments for promoting tourism and boosting the regional economy. The purpose of this study was to evaluate visitors' perceived value, and to analysis the relationship among perceived values, choice appropriation, overall satisfaction, and behavior intention(revisit and WOM) of festival visitors. The Buyeo SeoDongㆍLotus Festival in 2008 was investigated for our field survey. The results are as like follows. Hrst, festival visitors' perceived value had positive effects on the customer satisfaction, choice appropriation, and behavior intentions. Second perceived satisfaction and choice appropriation had positive effects on behavioral attitude.

        These days, the advance of information technology are bringing lots of changes to relationship between customers and companies in the travel agency. One of the changes is an enlargement of technology's roles, that is, todey's changing world is characterized by various dealings with technologies. The main purpose of this study is to establish service-value factors that self-service technology offers in travel agency, to investigate that which value self-service technology creates and affects to the tourist's satisfaction and behavioral intention (repurchase intention and recommendation intention), and eventually to give basic materials of customer value creation strategies for security in competitive advantages.

      • 지역 축제에 대한 주민 인식에 관한 연구

        This study has studied to analyses of the general tendency and status of the participants of the Nonsan city regional festival. Through this survey it can be summarized which was founded of their recognition as follow: First, they don't get the exact purpose of the holding festival. Second, they regard as harden the festival itself as the reason why it organised by government. Third, they don't understand of the festival programme exactly due to the lack of promotion. Fourth, complain ratio is quiet high particularly on not enough visitor's facilities. For the long-term visioned developments of the Nonsan city regional festival programme these problems should be solved one by one and through this it can be improve of the tourism attractions of the Nonsan city in the future.

        The purpose of this study is research the problem about Jinam memorial festival in Yeosu. Local festival is the essence of culture because it represents the life of the people in community and culture intensively and implicatively. In particular, Regional festival has the advantage of promoting regional culture, increasement of regional income directly and indirectly, improvement of the latent powers for community development, and suitability to demands for dynamic modern tourism. But Jinam memorial festival has a lot of problems which are insufficiency of festival characteristic, uncertainty of festival theme and purpose consciousness, uniformity of festival program, festival management insufficiency of independent management and festival expert, deficiency of tourism infrastructure. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to compare with Cultural Tourism Festivals and research some problems and improvements about Jinam memorial festival in Yeosu.

        국외여행인솔자의 역할갈등, 모호성, 과부하와 서비스 제공 수준과의 영향관계

        여행서비스 품질, 종사원 만족, 그리고 여행자 만족 등의 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 여행서비스 제공에 있어 국외여행인솔자가 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있음에도 불구하고, 인솔자의 역할, 역할관련 스트레스, 그리고 서비스 제공 수준 등에 대한 연구는 미진한 형편이다. 그래서 이번 연구에서는 역할 관련 스트레스인 역할 갈등, 모호성, 그리고 과부하와 서비스 제공수준에 대한 개념적 정의에 대한 논의를 수행하고, 이들 변수들에 대한 조사를 수행한다. 또한 서비스 제공수준의 영향 요소를 파악하고 역할 갈등 등의 스트레스 요인이 국외여행인솔자의 서비스 제공수준에 미치는 영향 관계를 파악한다. 분석 결과를 보게 되면, 역할 갈등, 역할 모호성, 그리고 역할 과부하 등의 요소들이 국외여행인솔자의 서비스 제공수준에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 볼 수 있다. 특히, 서비스 접점과정에서 역할 갈등과 모호성은 응대성과 감정이입에 영향을 미치는 것을 볼 수 있으며, 역할 과부하는 전문성과 외모연출과 영향관계를 갖는 것을 볼 수 있다. 결론적으로 국외여행인솔자의 스트레스를 줄이고 서비스 제공수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 인솔자 개인의 노력뿐만 아니라 조직차원의 정책 등이 필수적인 요소이다. Many approaches exist for studying travel service quality, employee's satisfaction, and traveler' satisfaction. Although tour conductor play an important role in travel service, there is a lack of research on how to conceptualize and measure tour conductor's role, role stress and service delivery level. So this paper presents a conceptual framework and research approach for examining the role conflict, ambiguity, overload, and service delivery level of tour conductor in group package and the impacts of role stress on service delivery level. Results indicate that there are significant affection on service delivery level of TC among the role conflict, ambiguity, and overload. For the most part, the role conflict and ambiguity more impacted on responsibility and empathy with service encounter, the role overload affected on professional and tangibles. In conclusion, the studies reported here highlight the importance of individual effort as well as organizational police in reducing strain and improving service delivery level.
