        LNG 운반선용 펌프타워의 구조해석 GUI개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 LNG 펌프타워 구조물의 전용 구조해석 GUI를 개발하는데 있다. 이 시스템은 펌프타워 구조물의 유한요소모델을 가장 적절한 형태로 만들어 주며, 가장 적합한 과정을 통하여 해석이 자동으로 수행되도록 해준다. 펌프타워 구조물은 LNG선의 가장 중요한 것 중의 하나이다. 펌프타워 구조물은 주로 카고탱크 안의 LNG가 채워져 있는 양과 선박의 운동에 의한 슬로싱(sloshing) 하중이 주가된다. 그 밖에 하중의 형태는 열, 관성, 자중 등의 세 가지에 대하여도 고려하였다. 이러한 하중들을 범용 유한요소해석 프로그램인 ANSYS에 적용하여 구조해석을 수행하였다. 미국선급협회(ABS) 내의 API Unity check를 통하여 구조부재의 강도 계산과 조인트(Joint)에서의 Punching shear unity 값도 검토하여 그 건전성 여부를 판단할 수 있도록 하였다. 상위의 과정을 새로운 형태의 GUI로 개발하였다. 펌프타워 전용해석 툴(tool)은 Tcl/tk언어로 개발되었다. 위의 모든 과정들이 GUI 성공적으로 적용되었다. The purpose of this study is to develop a structural analysis system of LNG pump tower structure. The system affords to build optimized finite element model and procedure of the pump tower structure. The pump tower structure is one of the most important components of LNG (liquefied natural gas) carriers. The pump tower structure is subject to sloshing load of LNG induced by ship motion depending on filling ratio. Three typer of loading components, which are thermal, inertia and self-gravity are considered in the analysis. The finite element analysis is performed with ANSYS commercial code. The failure of each members can be evaluated of API unity and punching shear in ABS rule. The GUI is newly developed using Tcl/tk script language. All these design and analysis procedures are embedded in to the analysis system successfully.

        침치료(동씨기혈(董氏奇穴))로 임상증상이 호전된 뇌수막종 환자 1례

        방사선 촬영 및 임상증상을 토대로 수막종 진단을 받은 환자의 증상을 침치료(동씨기혈(董氏奇穴))로 호전시켰기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. Acupuncture is a complementary medical treatment whose use in cancer patients has been recommended by the American Cancer Society (ACS) for the treatment of cancer and treatment-related symptoms. Pain, nausea, breathlessness, vasomotor symptoms and limb edema have all been found to respond to this treatment modality. This has become quite familiar to many Koreans not only for pain, but also for many other health problems, both in acute and chronic conditions. Actually, acupuncture is a therapeutic technique that is part of a larger system of traditional oriental medicine. There are several styles of acupuncture. We treated one 72-year-old female patient with Dongshiqixue Acupuncture Technique who had refused surgical operation for brain meningioma showing right hemiparesis, dysarthria, headache and dizziness. During the acupuncture treatment, there were no other adverse effects. After six day's treatment, she could ambulate and make usual life all by herself. On her brain magnetic resonence image follow-up, there was no interval change in meningioma. After discharged from our hospital, she has kept up her independent daily life as before. So it is suggested that some acupuncture treatment should be effect on brain meningioma clinically.

        급성 근육기인성 요배부 통증환자에 대한 간이정신진단검사를 통한 고찰

        Objectives : The causative pathology of acute muscular pain cannot be defined in many patients. To evaluate the relations between mental state and acute muscular pain patients, the author surveyed symptom check list-90-Revision(SCL-90-R) in patients with acute muscular pain. Materials and Methods : From November 2004 to June 2005, a questionnaire including SCL-90-R was given to patients(52 persons) who visited our department for acute(<7days)muscular pain of neck(22 persons) or low back(30 persons). Fifty two patients(30 male, 22 female) completed SCL-90-R Results : 1. Mean values of T-scores on all 9 basic scales in the patients groups were within normal range. but T-scores SOM in the patients groups were significantly very higher than those in Normal groups(p<0.01). 2. The T-scores of SOM In low back pain patients were significantly higher than those in Normal groups(p<0.05). 3. There was no significant difference in all scales between acute muscular pain and L-spine HIVD patients groups. 4. There was no significant difference in all scales between acute muscular pain and general back pain patients groups. 5. There was no significant difference in all scales between male and female in the patients groups. Conclusion : It is concerned between T-scores on all 9 bas κ scales of SCL-90-R and acute muscular pain. Especially acute muscular pain of back has a relation to somatization of T-scores on all 9 basic scales of SCL-90-R.

        해상 풍력 발전용 Tubular와 Jacket Type Tower의 진동 특성에 관한 연구

        풍력 발전 분야는 앞으로 에너지 대란에 있어서 이를 해결해 줄 중요한 돌파구 중의 하나이다. 지금까지 연구되어 온 풍력발전기의 Tower에 대한 분야는 정적인 해석에 그치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 타워의 형태를 크게 두 가지 Tubular Type와 Jacket Type으로 정하고 이것에 대한 각각의 특성을 파악하며, 그 경향을 찾아내 이를 실제 설계 및 제작에 적용하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 타워의 모드별 고유진동수를 파악하고 이것에 대한 특성을 연구하였으며, 작동 중 발생하는 하중과 해상 설치 시 작용하는 부가질량의 영향에 대하여 고려하여 그 특성을 파악하였고 두가지 유형의 타워의 특성을 비교하여 그 경향을 예측 할 수 있었다. Wind power generation is one of the promising gateways that will solve the energy crisis in the future. The wind power generator studied so far is limited to static interpretation in the areas related to tower. This study broadly sets the form of tower as tubular and jacket, identifies the characteristics of each and aims to find and apply their trend to in actual design and manufacturing process. This paper identified the resonance frequency of tower at each mode and studied their features. Furthermore, this study identified the characteristics of the load that occurs in operation and the effect of additional mass incurring when installed in sea, and it compared the two types of tower and was able to predict their trend.

        동충하초와 상황버섯으로 임상상 호전된 폐편평세포암 환자 1례

        페 편평세포암으로 진단받고 퇴원하여 환자 및 보호자의 의사에 따라 일체의 서향의학적 치료를 배재한 채 동충하초(冬蟲夏草) 및 상황(桑黃)버섯 전탕액에 의존한 자가치료로 흉부방사선사진상 호전되고 생존이 연장된 환자 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Lung cancer is classified into squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma. large-cell carcinoma and small-cell carcinoma by histology. Squamous cell carcinoma which is frequently reported in Korea is not effected by anti-cancer chemotherapy but effected by surgery or radiotherapy. We experienced a 70 year-old male patient who had been discharged after having been diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma(stage III) and considered of a viable period of 3 month. However 2 years' taking boiled water of paecilomyces japonica and phellinus linteus, he showed normal chest X-ray and more healthy life. So it is suggested that paecilomyces japonica and phellinus linteus should be effect on squamous cell carcinoma of lung.

        제 5요추­제 1천추간의 후관절각 비대칭성이추간판탈출증에 미치는 영향

        Objective: To study the role of orientation and asymmetry of facet joints(tropism) whether it causes the herniation of intervertebral disc and direction of the herniation or not. Methods: The orientation of lumbar facet joints was studied with lumbar computed tomography(CT) in 315 subjects to determine if there is an association between facet tropism and herniation of intervertebral disc. We investigated frequency of tropism of L5-S1 in 315 subjects and tropism with disc herniation. Finally Authors studied relation tropism to direction of disc herniation. Results: 1. Angle of facet joint is 48.93±7.34° in Rhigt and 50.3±9.99° in Left Incidence of asymmetry of facet joints(tropism) was 32.6% 2. There is not significant association between tropism of L5-S1 and disc herniation. 3. There is not significant association between tropism of L5-S1 and direction of disc herniation. Conclusions: Statistically tropism of facet joints are not related to the frequency and direction of herniation of intervertebral disc.
