        멘토의 역할기능과 인성특성이 초임 치과위생사의 역할스트레스와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine the role function and personalitycharacteristics of mentors on the role stress and organization effectiveness of newly-appointeddental hygienists. Methods : The data were analyzed by the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis,and structured equation model(SEM) using AMOS 18.0. The subjects were 214 newly appointeddental hygienists in the hospitals and clinics in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province fromJanuary to May, 2013. Results : The hypothesis model proved to be appropriate for high validity. A significant resultswere observed in sociopsychological function and role ambiguity, personality characteristics androle ambiguity, role ambiguity and role conflict, role ambiguity and job satisfaction, role ambiguityand organization commitment, role ambiguity and turnover intention, and career function andorganization commitment. Conclusions : It is important to help manage the job-related role stress of newly appointeddental hygienist and increase organizational effectiveness by developing and applying the``standardized role functions of mentor`` which can increase the adaptability of newly appointeddental hygienists.

        초임 치과위생사의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 초임 치과위생사의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 실시하였다. 2013년 9월부터 10월까지 대구?경북 초임 치과위생사 214명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였고, 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석으로 SPSS 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 자료분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 임상경력에 따라 직무스트레스 요인 중 역할갈등에는 3년 미만의 군이 다른 군보다 낮았으며 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 직무스트레스와 조직몰입, 직무만족에서는 부적(-)관계, 이직의도와는 정적(+)상관관계를 나타냈고 초임 치과위생사의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 초임 치과위생사의 이직률을 최소화하고, 보다 효과적인 치과위생사의 조직 적 응력을 높이기 위한 구체적인 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다고 생각한다. The purpose of this study was to validate the effect that the job stress of the newly appointed dental hygienists would have on the organization effectiveness. In this study, 214 newly appointed dental hygienists in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, were surveyed from September to October, 2013 through the structured questionnaires, and the collected data were electro-statistically computerized under SPSS 17.0 program and analyzed based on the frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of analysis showed that the dental hygienists with less than 3-year experience had the lower role conflict compared to other groups in relation to the job stress factors based on the clinical experience, and there was a significant difference. A negative(-) relation was found among the job stress, organization commitment, and job satisfaction, while a positive(+) relationship with the turnover intention was found. Moreover, it turned out that the job stress of newly appointed dental hygienists had a significant effect on the organization effectiveness. Thus, it is considered necessary to explore the specific measures that can help reduce the turnover rate of newly appointed dental hygienists and improve their adaptation to the organization in a more effective manner.

        국제결혼 이주여성의 인구사회학적 특성과 구강건강상태와의 관계 연구

        본 연구는 국제 결혼 이주여성들의 구강건강 상태를 파악하여 국제 결혼 이주여성의 구강 건강을 향상 시키는데 도움을 주기 위한 기초연구이다. 국제결혼 이주여성 약 1,300명 중 다문화가정 지원센터에서 운영하는 프로그램에 참여하는 국제결혼 이주여성 237명을 대상으로 직접 면접 조사방식으로 설문에 응답하게 한 후 일반 과 직접구강검사법을 이용하여 2010년 5월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 17.0 프로그 램을 이용하여 전산통계 처리하였으며, 분석방법은 빈도분석 회귀분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 결과는 첫째, ‘국적’을 보면 ‘베트남’ 38.8%, ‘필리핀’ 29.1%, ‘중국’ 12.2%, ‘일본’ 6.8%, 이었으며 ‘현재의 구강상태’는 ‘우식치아’가 있는 경우 60%, ‘우식증이 없는 경우’ 40%로 조사되었다. 필리핀 국적의 국제결혼 이주여성들이 결 손치아가 많은 것으로 나타났고, 일본 국적의 국제결혼 이주여성들은 여타 국적의 국제결혼 이주여성들에 비해 결 손치아 수가 더 적은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 월 소득이 높은 국제결혼 이주여성들일수록 결손치아 수가 적은 것 으로 조사되었다. ‘나이가 많을수록 우식치아의 숫자는 적어지고 있는 경향을 확인해볼 수 있었다. 남편 학력이 높 은 국제결혼 이주여성들일수록 치주질환이 없을 확률이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 전업주부인 국제결혼 이주여성들일 수록 치주질환을 가지고 있을 확률이 높은 것으로 조사되었다. The purpose of this study is to figure out and establish the basic data that can help improve management of oral healthcare for the international marriage migrantwomen. In this sense, we surveyed questions on 237 women out of 1,300 immigrant women, who have participated the program in operation by multi-cultural household supporting center, in a fashion of face-to-face investigation and on-the-spot direct cavity inspection simultaneously from May 1th to October 31th, 2010. Collected data were electro-statistically computerized under SPSS 17.0 program and analyzed with frequency analysis, recurrence analysis and logistic regression analysis respectively. Foundings were revealed as follows; On the nationality base, show the data in the ratio of 38.8% for Vietnamese, 29.1% for Philippine, 12.2% for Chinese and 6.8% for Japanese respectively. Current oral cavity status shows in the ratio of 60% with carious tooth symptoms, 40% without carious tooth symptom. Philippine women have irregular sets of tooth in many a case. (i.e., in short of numbers of teeth, due to removing individual tooth.) Japanese ladies are indicated to have less irregular sets of tooth, in comparison with that of the other immigrants from overseas. And lastly, high-income immigrant women in general were found having less numbers of unhealthy sets of tooth. Getting older, it appears that decayed tooth symptom is on the tendency of getting less in the field of dentistry circles. Immigrant ladies living with husbands under higher education background usually are found living a life in the less ratio of having toothache. A full-time immigrant housewives, however, are living everyday life in more times of suffering with tooth disease.

        베이비붐 세대의 스마트기기 이용과 정보검색 이용이 정신건강에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 베이비붐 세대의 스마트기기 이용과 정보검색 이용이 정신건강에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고자 2021년 한국 미디어 패널조사를 이용하였다. 연구대상자는 베이비붐 세대(1955년-1963년)로서 총 1,498명이었으며, 통계분석은 탐색적 요인분석과 빈도분석, 기술통계량, 상관분석, 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 요인들 간의 상관관계 분석에서는 이메일·인터넷 이용과 문자·인스턴트 메신저 이용, 이메일·인터넷 이용과 정보검색 이용, 문자·인스턴트 메신저 이용과 정보검색 이용, 정보검색 이용과 정신건강에서 양(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 문자·인스턴트 메신저 이용과 정신건강에서는 음(-)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다중 회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 문자·인스턴트 메신저 이용이 정신건강에 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 베이비붐 세대들의 정신건강 증진을 위한 스마트기기의 올바른 이용 방법과 이용 능력 향상에 도움이 되는 교육 제공과 더불어 스마트기기 이용과 관련한 베이비붐 세대들의 정신건강증진 프로그램개발과 올바른 스마트기기 이용에 대한 교육프로그램이 필요하다고 생각한다. This study used data from the Korea media panel survey of 2021 to investigate the effect of smart device use by baby boomers and information search/utilization on mental health. Statistical analysis was performed using exploratory factor analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Correlation analysis revealed positive(+) correlations between email/internet use and text/instant messenger use, email/internet use and information search/utilization, text/instant messenger use and information search/utilization, and information search/utilization and mental health. On the other hand, a negative(-) correlation was observed between text/instant messenger use and mental health. In addition, multiple regression analysis showed that text/instant messaging had a significant negative(-) effect on mental health. Programs are required that address the negative effect of smart devices on the mental health of baby boomers. Furthermore, educational programs are needed that focus on the desirable use of smart devices, offer guidance, and strengthen the ability of baby boomers to use such devices to promote mental health.

        치면세마 실습 대상자의 스케일링 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to establish the regular scaling checkup service and to improve oral health care on the basis of knowledge, attitude, and belief by Dental Prophylaxis Practice Lab in A university. Methods : Subjects were 324 patients who visited Dental Prophylaxis Practice Lab in A university for the preventive removal of tartar from April to June 8, 2012. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0 through the frequency analysis, chi-test, and logistics regression analysis. Results : In relation to scaling experience by age, 65.3% had experienced scaling checkup and those between 20 to 29 (34.7%) did not receive the scaling therapy. Smokers tended to have received more scaling experience than nonsmokers. Second, the number of untreated dental caries and missing teeth due to dental caries were important because the variables of oral health condition affected the scaling experience. Conclusions : It is necessary to increase the scaling experience and regular dental checkup by providing the education to improve dental clinics visit based on the knowledge and belief towards the scaling.

        멘토의 기능이 신입 치과위생사의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The objective of this study was to examine the effect of mentoring function on job satisfaction, organization commitment, and turnover intention in the newly employed dental hygienists. Methods: Two hundred and fourteen dental hygienists in Daegu and Gyeongbuk completed a self-reported questionnaire from January to May 2013. The instrument for the questionnaire consisted of mentoring function, mentoring personality, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The longer duration of the mentoring for the newly employees strengthened job satisfaction and organization commitment. The mentoring function had a positive effect on job satisfaction and organization commitment, and decreased turnover intention. The higher quality of personality overcome the turnover intention. Conclusions: The mentoring is very important to enhance the job satisfaction and organization commitment in the newly employees. Loner duration of work(β =.268, p=0.008) explained higher job satisfaction. Higher quality of personality(β=0.279, p<0.001) also had higher job satisfaction. The explanation power of the model was 36.5% and the revised model explanation was 35.6%. The effective mentoring is closely related to job satisfaction and organization commitment and it can reduce turnover intention.

        일부 전문대학 보건계열 대학생의 취업 스트레스와 구강 증상발현에 관한 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between employment stress and oral symptoms in health college students. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 275 health college students in Seoul from October 7 to November 29, 2013. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 14.0 program. Results : Female students tended to have higher employment stress oral symptoms than male. The higher the employment stress was, the more oral symptoms were. There was a close relationship between personal trait, environmental stress and oral symptoms. Regression analysis showed that tongue, teeth, gum, temporomandibular joint(TMJ) were influenced by the employment stress. Conclusions : It is important to reduce the environmental stress in the students. The students themselves must try to overcome the agonal condition by diverting stress into positive way of living.

        치열교정환자의 투명 교정장치에 대한 지식 및 자가관리행태

        Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate the knowledge and self care behaviors of orthodontic patients using clear aligner. Methods : A total of 181 orthodontic patients using clear aligner in Daegu filled out the self-reported questionnaire from September 6 to October 18, 2010. and 162 subjects completed orthodontic treatment. Results : There existed a significant difference in knowledge and self care behaviors between gender and wearing duration of clear aligner(p<0.01). Treatment duration influenced significantly on the score of self care behaviors(p<0.01) and the high score of self care behavior showed in short duration of treatment. Conclusions : Self care behaviors were closely correlated with treatment duration. An information for the clear aligner will be helpful to improve the knowledge and self care behaviors.

        치위생(학)과 학생의 셀프 리더십이 임상실습 스트레스와 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향 -대구 경북 중심으로-

        Objectives: This study aims to investigate the relationship between the self-leadership and stress of students majoring in dental hygiene in clinical practice. This study will be helpful to cope with clinical practice effectively. Methods: Subjects were 221 dental hygiene students from 4 universities in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. Data were abalyzed by independent t-test and multiple regression analysis. Results: Stress-response was 60.36 points in high self-leadership group and 57.20 points in kow self-leadership group. It was statistically significant. Clinical practice-induced stress was made by self-expectation, rehearsal, and self-criticism. Stress was able to be overcome by self-reward and positive mind. Conclusions: It is necessary to take the curriculum into consideration which can improve the self-leadership before the clinical practice or at the early phase of clinical practice in order to ensure that the students majoring in dental hygiene are exposed to less stress arising from clinical practice and better cope with such stress.

        다문화 가정 여성의 한국 사회 적응도가 의료기관 이용과정 만족도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 연구목적은 다문화가정 여성들이 우리사회에 적응하는 과정에서 겪는 많은 문제들을 한국적응도 와 관련하여 의료기관이용과정과 만족에 관련된 요인을 파악함으로써 보다 나은 양질의 의료서비스를 다문화가정여 성들에게 제공할 수 있는 자료로 사용하는 것이다. 연구대상은 다문화가정 여성 188명을 대상으로 설문지를 조사하 여 빈도분석 및 기술통계, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석 연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 국가별에 따른 각급 의 료기관의 만족도 중 보건소는 베트남이 가장 높은 만족도를 나타내고 있으며, 다음으로 필리핀, 중국 순이었고 일본 이 가장 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 한방병원의 경우 보건소와는 반대로 일본이 가장 만족도가 높았고, 필리핀, 중국 순이었고 베트남이 가장 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘국적, 학력, 소득, 적응도와 의료기관 교통접근 도 만족도’에서는 한국사회 적응도가 영향력 있는 변수로 나타났는데, 한국사회에 대한 적응도가 높을수록 의료기관 교통 접근도에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, ‘국적, 학력, 소득, 적응도와 병원행정수준 만족도’는 소득 면에서는 먼저 100만원-150만원 보다 150만원-200만원이 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 한국사회에 대한 적응도가 높을수록 의료기관 병원행정수준에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따른 연구 결론은 국적, 학력, 소득, 한국사회의 적응도는 의료기관의 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있다. 의료기관의 만족요인을 높이기 위해서는 국적별, 학 력별, 소득별로 다각적 접근이 요구되고 특히 기본적인 한국적응도를 높이는 것은 중요하다고 할 수 있다. Research objectives: This research is focused on the multicultural families based on the existing studies. The problems that the women of the multicultural families experience in this society were studied, in relation to the adaptability to Korea by identifying the elements related to the use of and satisfaction level towards medical institutions. As such, this research is expected to be used as a data that can help to provide quality medical service to the women of the multicultural families. Research method: 188 women of the multicultural families were targeted to carry out research by conducting interview and by leveraging translated survey questionnaire. Then, SPSS 18.0 program was used to conduct statistical analysis. As for the analysis methods, frequency analysis, technical statistics, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis method were used. The results of the research were as follows. First, for the satisfaction level towards medical institutions for each class following each nation, Vietnam manifested highest satisfaction level when it comes to the public sanitation clinic, followed by the Philippines and China in the order listed. Meanwhile, Japan manifested the lowest satisfaction level. In case of the Asian medicine hospital, Japan manifested the highest satisfaction level contrary to the public sanitation clinic, followed by Philippines and China in the order listed. Meanwhile, Vietnam manifested the lowest satisfaction level. Second, ‘satisfaction level towards nationality, education level, income, degree of adaptation and access to the medical institutions via transportation,’ degree of adaptation towards the Korean society was manifested as an influential variable. As the degree of adaptation towards the Korean society increased, satisfaction level towards the degree of access to the medical institutions via transportation was proven to be high. Third, 'Nationality, education, income, hospital administration to help adapt the level of satisfaction' income if the first 1,5 million to 2,0 million won that low satisfaction than from 1 million to 1,5 million won and Higher of Korean society to adapt was higher Hospital Administrationon the level of satisfaction Conclusion: Nationality, education level, income, degree of adaptation towards the Korean society affect satisfaction level towards medical institutions. To increase the elements that increase the satisfaction level towards the medical institutions, multi-dimensional approach by each nationality, education level and income is required. In particular, it would be considered necessary to increase the level of adaptability to Korea.
