다문화 가정 이주여성의 구강건강 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인

본 연구는 다문화 가정 이주 여성의 구강건강행위, 치과 의료기관 이용, 식생활 실태와 구강건강 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하여 이들을 위한 구강 인식개선 및 관리에 도움을 제공하고자 하였다. 그 결과 남편학력이 높은 국제결혼 이주여성이 올바른 잇솔질 행위를 하고 있었고, 필리핀 국적의 국제결혼 이주 여성들이 나머지 국적의 국제결혼 이주여성들에 비해 치과처치빈도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 일본 국적의 국제결혼 이주여성들도 마찬가지로 치과처치빈도가 높았다. 또한 국제결혼 이주여성들의 나이와 월소득이 많을수록 치과처치빈도가 높았다. 따라서 결혼이주여성의 구강건강관리 개선을 위해서는 국가별, 소득별, 직업별로 사회문화 적응의 차이를 심도 깊게 분석한 정책이 마련되어야져야 한다. The Purpose of research was conducted to study the effect on the behavior for oral cavity health management, use of dentistry, realities of the diet and state of oral cavity in order to increase awareness and management by women from multicultural families to ensure health of their oral cavity. Women of the Philippines nationality who migrated to Korea after tended to manifest higher frequency of getting treatment at dentistry compared to women of the other nationality. Women of the Japanese nationality who migrated to Korea tended to manifest high frequency of getting treatment at dentistry as well. It is necessary to analyze the difference in the adaption to the society and to the Korean culture in depth by each nation, income level, occupation to be considerate by alleviating financial burden on them.

초임 치과위생사의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 초임 치과위생사의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 실시하였다. 2013년 9월부터 10월까지 대구?경북 초임 치과위생사 214명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였고, 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석으로 SPSS 17.0 프로그램을 이용하여 자료분석을 실시하였다. 결과는 임상경력에 따라 직무스트레스 요인 중 역할갈등에는 3년 미만의 군이 다른 군보다 낮았으며 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 직무스트레스와 조직몰입, 직무만족에서는 부적(-)관계, 이직의도와는 정적(+)상관관계를 나타냈고 초임 치과위생사의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 초임 치과위생사의 이직률을 최소화하고, 보다 효과적인 치과위생사의 조직 적 응력을 높이기 위한 구체적인 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다고 생각한다. The purpose of this study was to validate the effect that the job stress of the newly appointed dental hygienists would have on the organization effectiveness. In this study, 214 newly appointed dental hygienists in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, were surveyed from September to October, 2013 through the structured questionnaires, and the collected data were electro-statistically computerized under SPSS 17.0 program and analyzed based on the frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of analysis showed that the dental hygienists with less than 3-year experience had the lower role conflict compared to other groups in relation to the job stress factors based on the clinical experience, and there was a significant difference. A negative(-) relation was found among the job stress, organization commitment, and job satisfaction, while a positive(+) relationship with the turnover intention was found. Moreover, it turned out that the job stress of newly appointed dental hygienists had a significant effect on the organization effectiveness. Thus, it is considered necessary to explore the specific measures that can help reduce the turnover rate of newly appointed dental hygienists and improve their adaptation to the organization in a more effective manner.

동아시아 국내 이주여성의 치과방문여부와 구강건강교육유무가 구강건강상태에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to figure out and establish the basic data that can help improve management of oral healthcare for the international marriage immigrant women. Methods : In this sense, we surveyed questions on 237 women out of 1,300 immigrant women, who have participated in the program by multi-cultural household supporting center, in a fashion of face-to-face investigation and on-the-spot direct cavity inspection simultaneously from May 1 to October 31, 2010. Collected data were electro-statistically computerized under SPSS 17.0 program and analyzed with frequency analysis, recurrence analysis and logistic regression analysis respectively. Results : The number of filled teeth got lower when they had lower number of dental visits. Women from the Philippines had the highest number of defect teeth, and the number of fixed prosthetic appliance became less when they had less number of dental visits. When they had no experience of oral health education, they had less fixed prosthetic appliances. There was higher percentage of periodontal disease when they did not have dental visit compared with the dental visit cases. Conclusions : Preparation of a policy for east Asian immigrant women for them to visit dentist comfortably and expansion of systematic oral health education are highly recommended.

노인 성교육 프로그램이 요양보호사의 성에 대한 지식, 태도 및 대처에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 노인요양시설에서 노인에게 전인적 돌봄을 제공하는 요양보호사의 노인의 성에 대한 긍정적 태도와 지식을 가지고 적절하게 대응할 수 있도록 하기 위해 요양보호사를 위한 노인 성교육 프로그램을 개발하고 노인 성교육 프로그램이 요양보호사의 성에 대한 지식, 태도 및 대처에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 노인 성교육 프로그램은 4주 프로그램으로 주 1회 120분씩 총 4회 실시하였다. 2012년 9월 10일부터 10월 10일까지 H지역의 H노인요양시설에서 요양보호사 실험군 19명과 S지역의 S노인요양시설 요양보호사 대조군 18명 총 37명을 대상으로 프로그램 실시 전·후 사전 사후조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, Shapiro-Wilk test, Fisher의 정확한 검증, Paired t-test, Indepent Samples t-test, Wilcox signed rank test, Mann-Whitney test로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 성교육프로그램을 받은 요양보호사는 교육을 받지 않은 요양보호사에 비해 성교육프로그램을 적용한 후 성에 대한 지식은 증가하였으나, 태도와 대처는 유의한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 노인요양시설 요양보호사의 개방적인 성태도와 효율적인 대처를 위해서는 대상자의 특성을 고려한 장기적이고 구체적인 교육프로그램의 개발이 필요하다고 하겠다. The objectives of this study is to identify the Effects of Sex Education Program on careworkers Knowledge, Attitudes and Coping toward sexuality of the Elders. The experimental design for this study was nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Research was done from September 10, 2013 to October 10, 2013. Participants included a total of 37 subjects. 19 in the experimental group and 18 in the control group. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, Pearsons correlation coefficients, Shapiro - Wilk test, χ²-test, Independent Samples t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, paired t-test, Wilcox signed rank test using SPSS/PC WIN 18.0 program. The results showed that program was effective in increasing the knowledge of sex, but attitude and positive coping, negative coping did not differ significantly between the groups. In conclusion, this study showed that sex education could be effective higher sex knowledge of careworkers, but could not be effective sex attitudes and coping. Therefore, it is necessary that develop sex education program to be effective sex attitudes and coping of careworkers.

드론을 활용한 협업기반의 효율적인 대상물 추적 알고리즘

본 논문은 기동성은 있지만 한정된 비행시간과 비행거리를 가진 드론을 이용한 영상보안 감시 시스템을 제안한다. 드론이 가지는 한계점을 보완하기 위해 그리드 기반으로 시스템을 구성하며 분할된 영역에서 다중 드론간 대상물의 효율적인 추적 및 감시 모니터링을 위해 연계 추적 방식을 이용한다. 먼저, 한정된 비행거리를 위해 각 드론스테이션 간의 최적 거리를 제안한다. 제안한 최적 거리를 통해 생성된 중첩 감시영여에서 효율적 연계 추적을 위해 드론의 전력상태와 대상물의 이동방법을 고려한 최적의 드론 선정 알고리즘을 제시한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 케이스 스터디를 통해 그 응용 가능성을 검토한다.

멘토의 역할기능과 인성특성이 초임 치과위생사의 역할스트레스와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to examine the role function and personalitycharacteristics of mentors on the role stress and organization effectiveness of newly-appointeddental hygienists. Methods : The data were analyzed by the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis,and structured equation model(SEM) using AMOS 18.0. The subjects were 214 newly appointeddental hygienists in the hospitals and clinics in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province fromJanuary to May, 2013. Results : The hypothesis model proved to be appropriate for high validity. A significant resultswere observed in sociopsychological function and role ambiguity, personality characteristics androle ambiguity, role ambiguity and role conflict, role ambiguity and job satisfaction, role ambiguityand organization commitment, role ambiguity and turnover intention, and career function andorganization commitment. Conclusions : It is important to help manage the job-related role stress of newly appointeddental hygienist and increase organizational effectiveness by developing and applying the``standardized role functions of mentor`` which can increase the adaptability of newly appointeddental hygienists.

베이비붐 세대의 스마트기기 이용과 정보검색 이용이 정신건강에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 베이비붐 세대의 스마트기기 이용과 정보검색 이용이 정신건강에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고자 2021년 한국 미디어 패널조사를 이용하였다. 연구대상자는 베이비붐 세대(1955년-1963년)로서 총 1,498명이었으며, 통계분석은 탐색적 요인분석과 빈도분석, 기술통계량, 상관분석, 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 요인들 간의 상관관계 분석에서는 이메일·인터넷 이용과 문자·인스턴트 메신저 이용, 이메일·인터넷 이용과 정보검색 이용, 문자·인스턴트 메신저 이용과 정보검색 이용, 정보검색 이용과 정신건강에서 양(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 문자·인스턴트 메신저 이용과 정신건강에서는 음(-)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다중 회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 문자·인스턴트 메신저 이용이 정신건강에 유의한 음(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 베이비붐 세대들의 정신건강 증진을 위한 스마트기기의 올바른 이용 방법과 이용 능력 향상에 도움이 되는 교육 제공과 더불어 스마트기기 이용과 관련한 베이비붐 세대들의 정신건강증진 프로그램개발과 올바른 스마트기기 이용에 대한 교육프로그램이 필요하다고 생각한다. This study used data from the Korea media panel survey of 2021 to investigate the effect of smart device use by baby boomers and information search/utilization on mental health. Statistical analysis was performed using exploratory factor analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Correlation analysis revealed positive(+) correlations between email/internet use and text/instant messenger use, email/internet use and information search/utilization, text/instant messenger use and information search/utilization, and information search/utilization and mental health. On the other hand, a negative(-) correlation was observed between text/instant messenger use and mental health. In addition, multiple regression analysis showed that text/instant messaging had a significant negative(-) effect on mental health. Programs are required that address the negative effect of smart devices on the mental health of baby boomers. Furthermore, educational programs are needed that focus on the desirable use of smart devices, offer guidance, and strengthen the ability of baby boomers to use such devices to promote mental health.

드론을 이용한 다중 임무수행 시스템 설계

본 논문에서는 드론을 이용하여 재난 현장에서 다수의 조난자를 구조하기 위한 다중임무 수행 시스템을 설계하고 직접 제작한 드론을 이용하여 시스템을 검증해 보았다. 먼저, 조난 영역을 설정하고 라즈베리파이를 이용한 사진 매핑을 통해 조난자의 위치를 파악한다. 다음으로, 우선순위에 따라 임무 수행 순서가 정해지고 이에 따른 임무를 마치는 방식으로 구성된다. 재난 현장에서 제안한 시스템을 사용한다면 드론이 스스로 판단하여 임무를 수행하므로 위급상황에 대한 빠른 대처가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

멘토의 기능이 신입 치과위생사의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 이직의도에 미치는 영향

Objectives: The objective of this study was to examine the effect of mentoring function on job satisfaction, organization commitment, and turnover intention in the newly employed dental hygienists. Methods: Two hundred and fourteen dental hygienists in Daegu and Gyeongbuk completed a self-reported questionnaire from January to May 2013. The instrument for the questionnaire consisted of mentoring function, mentoring personality, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The longer duration of the mentoring for the newly employees strengthened job satisfaction and organization commitment. The mentoring function had a positive effect on job satisfaction and organization commitment, and decreased turnover intention. The higher quality of personality overcome the turnover intention. Conclusions: The mentoring is very important to enhance the job satisfaction and organization commitment in the newly employees. Loner duration of work(β =.268, p=0.008) explained higher job satisfaction. Higher quality of personality(β=0.279, p<0.001) also had higher job satisfaction. The explanation power of the model was 36.5% and the revised model explanation was 35.6%. The effective mentoring is closely related to job satisfaction and organization commitment and it can reduce turnover intention.

치면세마 실습 대상자의 스케일링 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to establish the regular scaling checkup service and to improve oral health care on the basis of knowledge, attitude, and belief by Dental Prophylaxis Practice Lab in A university. Methods : Subjects were 324 patients who visited Dental Prophylaxis Practice Lab in A university for the preventive removal of tartar from April to June 8, 2012. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0 through the frequency analysis, chi-test, and logistics regression analysis. Results : In relation to scaling experience by age, 65.3% had experienced scaling checkup and those between 20 to 29 (34.7%) did not receive the scaling therapy. Smokers tended to have received more scaling experience than nonsmokers. Second, the number of untreated dental caries and missing teeth due to dental caries were important because the variables of oral health condition affected the scaling experience. Conclusions : It is necessary to increase the scaling experience and regular dental checkup by providing the education to improve dental clinics visit based on the knowledge and belief towards the scaling.
