        인공 신경회로망을 이용한 전자비례 감압밸브의 솔레노이드 형상 최적화

        Unlike the commonly used On/Off solenoid, constant attraction force which is independent of plunger displacement is a considerably important characteristic to proportional solenoid of the EPPR Valve. Attraction force uniformity is mainly affected by the internal shape design parameters. Due to a number of shape design parameters, the optimal parameter values are very complex and time consuming to find by trial and error method. Much research has been conducted or are still in progress to find the optimal parameter values by applying various optimization techniques like Genetic Algorithm, Evolution Strategy, Simulated Annealing, or the Taguchi method. In this paper, the design parameters which have primary effects on the attraction force uniformity and the average attraction force are decided by main effects analysis of Design of Experiments. Optimal parameter values are derived using finite-element analysis and a neural network model.

        강황이 수종의 암세포에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : The Purpose of this study was to identify anti-tumor effects of Curcuma longa L. on some kinds of cancer cells through molecular biologic methods. Materials & Methods : We used 4 kinds of cancer cell lines such as glioma cells(A172), cervical cancer cells(HeLa), Prostate cancer cells(PC3), lung cancer cells(A549). We injected the boiled extract of Curcuma longa L. $5{\mu}g,\;10{\mu}g$ to culture media(ml) for 24 hours. We measured the cytotoxic effect on 4 kinds of cancer cells through trypan blue exclusion test and the suppressive effect on viability of 4 kinds of cancer cells via MTT assay. We measured the change of mitochondria membrane potential via flow cytometry. The quantitative RT-PCR was used to examine the effect on the revelation of Bcl-2 and Bax which genes are related to apoptosis. We examined the effect on the revelation of Bcl-2 protein and Bax protein by western blot analysis. Results: 1. Extract of Curcuma longa L. showed significant cytotoxic effect on A172, HeLa, PC3 compared to the control group with density dependent manner. 2. Extract of Curcuma longs L. showed significant suppressive effect on viability of A172, HeLa, PC3 compared to the control group with density dependent manner. 3. Curcuma longs L. induced apoptosis by decreasing the membrane potential of mitochondria in A172, HeLa, PC3. 4. In the test about the revelation of genes related to apoptosis, the revelation of Bcl-2 decreased and the revelation of Bax increased in A172. HeLa, PC3 treated with Curcuma longa L. with density dependent manner. 5. In the test about the revelation of protein related to apoptosis, the protein levels of Bcl-2 decreased and the protein levels of Bax increased in A172, HeLa, PC3 treated with Curcuma longa L. Conclusions: This experiment shewed that Curcuma longs L. has anti-tumor effect on glioma, cervical, Prostate cancer cells except on lung cancer. We hope that anti-tumor effects of Curcuma longa L. will be more Practically identified.

        Recently linear accelerator in radiation therapy in asymmetric field has been easily used since the improvement and capability of asymmetrical field adjustment attached to the machine. It has been thought there have been some significant errors in dose calculation when asymmetrical radiation fields have been utilized in practice of radiation treatments if the fundamental data for dose calculation have been measured in symmetrical standard fields. This study investigated how much the measured data of dose distributions and their isodose curves are different between in asymmetrical and symmetrical standard fields, and how much there difference affect the error in dose calculation in conventional method measured in symmetrical standard field. The distributions of radiation dose were measured by photon diode detector in the water phantom (RFA-300P, Scanditronix, Sweden) as tissue equivalent material on utilization of 6 MV linear accelerator with source surface distance (SSD) 1000 mm. The photon diode detector has the velocity of 1 mm per second from water surface to 250 mm depth in the field size of $40mm{\times}40mm\;to\;250mm{\times}250mm\;symmetric\;field\;and\;40mm{\times}20mm\;to\;250mm{\times}125mm$ asymmetrical fields. The measurements of percent depth dose (PDD) and subsequent plotting of their isodose curves were performed from water surface to 250mm dmm from Y-center axis in $100mm{\times}50mm$ field in order to absence the variability of depth dose according to increasing field sizes and their affects to plotted isodose curves. The difference of PDD between symmetric and asymmetric field was maximum $4.1\%\;decrease\;in\;40mm{\times}20mm\;field,\;maximum\;6.6\%\;decrease\;in\;100mm{\times}50mm\;and\;maximum\;10.2\%\;decrease\;200mm{\times}100mm$, the larger decrease difference of PDD as the greater field size and as greater the depth, The difference of PDD between asymmetrical field and equivalent square field showed maximum $2.4\%\;decrease\;in\;60mm{\times}30mm\;field,\;maximum\;4.8\%\;decrease\;in\;150mm{\times}75mm\;and\;maximum\;6.1\%\;decrease\;in\;250mm{\times}125mm$, and the larger decreased differenced PDD as the greater field size and as greater the depth, these differences of PDD were out of $5\%$ of dose calculation as defined by international Commission on radiation unit and Measurements(ICRU). In the dose distribution of asymmetrical field (half beam) the plotted isodose curves were observed to have deviations by decreased PDD as greater as the blocking of the beam moved closer to the central axis, and as the asymmetrical field increased by moving the block 10 mm keeping away from the central axis, the PDD increased and plotted isodose curves were gradually more flattened, due to reduced amount of the primary beam and the fraction of low energy soft radiations by passing thougepth in asymmetrical field by moving independent jaw each 10 h beam flattening filter. As asymmetrical radiation field as half beam radiation technique is used, the radiation dosimetry calculated in utilizing the fundamental data which measured in standard symmetrical field should be converted on bases of nearly measured data in asymmetrical field, measured beam data flies of various asymmetrical field in various energy and be necessary in each institution.

        PVDF 압전막을 이용한 초고주파 집속 초음파 트랜스듀서의 제작 및 특성 평가

        In order to obtain high resolution images, a focusing ultrasonic transducer operated in very high frequency (VHF) range was fabricated and its characteristics were evaluated. A 9-${\mu}m$ thick PVDF film with only one metalized surface for electric ground was adhered to a CCP (Copper-clad polyimide) film by using epoxy. It was pressed by a metal ball to form a concave surface and its rear side was filled with the epoxy. The radius of curvature and the f-number of the fabricated transducer are 7.5 mm and 1.7, respectively. The pulse-echo measurement results from a target located at the focal point showed that the frequency bandwidth was 35.0 MHz and the insertion loss near the peak frequency of approximately 40 MHz was about 60 dB. Those values agreed well with the simulation results by the KLM equivalent circuit analysis including the effect of the epoxy bonding layer. When the image of thin copper lines by the 35 MHz transducer of the UBM (Ultrasonic Backscattering Microscope) system was compared with the image by the transducer fabricated in this study, the fabricated transducer was observed that the axial resolution was improved although the lateral resolution was degraded. 높은 분해능의 영상을 얻는데 사용하기 위하여 초고주파 대역에서 동작하는 집속 초음파 트랜스듀서를 제작하고 그 특성을 평가하였다. 그 트랜스듀서는 한쪽 면에만 접지용 전극이 있는 두께 9 ${\mu}m$의 PVDF 압전막의 다른 쪽 면에 CCP (Copper Clad Polyimide)막을 에폭시로 접착한 후, 금속구로 압착함에 의해 구각형을 형성시키고, 그 뒷면에 에폭시를 채워 몰딩 시키는 방법에 의해 만들어졌다. 제작된 곡률반경 7.5 mm, f-number 1.7의 트랜스듀서는 초점에 있는 표적에 대한 펄스에 코 측정결과 35.0 MHz의 대역폭을 가지며, 약 40 MHz인 피크주파수 부근에서의 삽입손실은 약 60 dB 을 나타내었는데, 그 측정결과는 에폭시 접착층의 두께를 고려한 KLM 등가회로 해석에 의한 시뮬레이션 결과와 유사한 것이었다. 나아가, 그 트랜스듀서에 의해 얻어진 가는 구리선 표적에 대한 영상을 35 MHz 트랜스듀서를 장착한 UBM (Ultrasonic Backscattering Microscope) 장치에 의한 영상과 비교한 결과, 측방향 분해능은 떨어지나 축방향 분해능은 다소 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.

        대한민국 일인당 연간 평균 술 소비량은 매년 증가하는 추세를 보이며 음주문화는 어느새 우리의 여러 문화중 하나로 자리매김하였다. 그만큼 우리나라에서는 여러 종류의 술을 판매하는 사업장이 늘어났고 해외에서 수입해온 칵테일,위스키 등을 쉽게 접할 수 있었다. 하지만 다양한 종류의 주류들이 늘어나면서 자신의 취향에 맞는 주류를 찾기에는 쉽지 않았다. 그래서 본 어플리케이션을 통해 제공되는 여러 선택지 중에서 사용자는 선택을 하여 도출되는 결과로 사용자는 자신의 주류 취향을 알아보고, 그에 맞는 주류 리스트를 크롤링하여 추천해주는 어플리케이션 시스템을 제안한다.

        건축 BIM 스튜디오의 창의교수법 연구

        이 연구는 3년제 과정의 건축BIM 스튜디오에서 학생들의 능력향상과 창의성 증진을 위한 교수법과 교육 효과를 증진시키기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 학생들의 수학능력에 대한 수준은 매년 점차 낮아지는 상황에서 건축 직무능력의 향상을 위한 교육과 질적인 향상이라는 관점에서 구체적이고 효과적인 건축BIM의 창의적 교수법에 대한 연구의 필요성이 있다. 건축BIM의 창의교수법에 대한 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 분석하고 BIM교과와 연계된 건축스튜디오에서 한 학기의 관찰과 지도를 실시하여 학생들에게 나타난 교육내용의 이해 및 창의기법의 적용검토와 교수법유형을 다루고 학생의 수준과 교육내용에 대한 회귀분석과 분산분석을 통하여 건축BIM 교육의 개선점을 모색하였다. 건축BIM교과에 대한 학생들의 직무능력 향상과 창의성 증진을 위해 필요한 교수법적 전략과 대안을 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to explore teaching methods for improving students` learning competence and creativity in the 3-year course of BIM studio. With students` learning competence getting lowered, there is all the more necessary to find creative teaching methods for improve their architectural job competence. This study first reviews some theories and precedent research on creative teaching methods of architectural BIM and, based on the one-year teaching in the architectural studio related to the BIM curriculum, analyses students` learning comprehension and creativity according to each teaching method type, and last suggests some teaching strategies and alternatives to improve students` academic competence and creativity in the BIM subjects.
