High porous silica aerogel/polyurethane polymer composite was manufactured by cross-linking polymeriza tion of polyurethane foaming process. The properties of microstructure, mechanical strength, and thermal properties were investigated for its various applications. The superhydrophobic silica aerogel powders were used for highly thermal insulation filler materials. The thermal conductivities can be resulted 0.07 W/mK to 0.13 W/mK, by decreasing the contents of silica aerogels in composite materials. It is found that the polymerization formulation by organic binders can be applied to heavy industires, building materials, and various industries.
실리카/고분자 복합체를 이용한 실란트 페이스트의 구조 및 물리적 특성

Sealant paste with silica immersed in cross-linked epoxy-acrylate polymer resin was prepared by thermal and UV curing process. The curing mechanism of polymer resin resulted from 2 functional groups of epoxy and acrylic structure. The properties of microstructure, thermal conductivity and mechanical strength were investigated for its various applications. The adhesion strength is increased by increasing the thermal curing time until 15 minutes, and curing efficiency is saturated over 20 minutes. The increase rate per day of pot life and viscosity is 4.8%, indicating it has excellent storage stability. It is found that the formulation of silica pastes can be applied to heavy industries, building materials, display and various industries.

The behavior of ozone micro bubble cleaning system was investigated to evaluate the solution as a new method of solar cell wafer cleaning in comparison with former conventional RCA cleaning. We have developed the ozone dissolution system in the ozonated water for more efficient cleaning conditions. The optimized cleaning conditions for solar cell wafer process were 10 ppm of ozone concentration and 12 minutes in cleaning periods, respectively. We have confirmed the cleaning reliability and cell efficiencies after ozone micro bubble cleaning. Using this new cleaning technology, it was possible to obtain higher efficiency, higher productivity, and fast tact time for applying cleaning in the fields on bare ingot wafer, LED wafers as well as the solar cell wafer.
저분자화된 Polydeoxynucleotide (PDRN)의 흰쥐에 대한 외과적 창상 치유 효과

본 연구에서는 피부재생 화장품 소재로 활용하고자 저분자화 시킨 Polydeoxynucleotide (PDRN)의 창상 치유 효과를 조사하였다. 이를 위하여 연어 정소 유래 PDRN 단백질 제거공정, 내독소 제거공정을 거쳐 순수 분리 정제하였고 분자량 저감공정을 거쳐 기존 PDRN 보다 피부 침투율을 높인 고순도 PDRN을 제조하였다. 상처 치료 과정 중 PDRN 처리에 의한 효능을 평가하기 위해 sprague-dawley rats (SD)의 배부에 bioxy punch를 이용한 4개의 창상을 유발하고, 시료를 포함한 총 5종의 실험시료를 마리당 500 μL씩 도포한 후 7일 간격으로 4주간 피부조직 변화를 관찰하였다. 상처에 PDRN을 도포한 후, 절개된 상처의 표피화와 수축이 더 빨라졌고, 창상면적에 있어서 PDRN의 도포는 양성대조군인 Fucidin<sup>Ⓡ</sup> 도포군과 비교하여 유의하게 줄어들었다. 염색한 조직의 현미경 관찰 결과에서는 양성대조군이 가장 빠르게 재상피화가 이루어졌으며, 그 다음으로는 PH군, PD군, HA군으로 교원질 재합성 및 형성 수준을 보였다. 또한, 병변의 형질전환성장인자(TGF-β) 및 혈관 내피성장인자(VEGF) 등의 성장인자에서도 염색 조직의 결과와 유사하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 저분자화된 PDRN은 창상에 치료효과가 있다고 판단되며, 화장품 및 의료산업 분야의 기능성 소재로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단되어 진다. This study was performed to investigate the wound healing effect of skin regeneration cosmetics utilizing low molecular weight Polydeoxynucleotide (PDRN). High purity PDRN was prepared from salmon testes poly-deoxyribonucleotide through protein and toxin removal process and molecular weight reduction. In order to evaluate the wound healing effect of PDRN in SD rats, 4 sites of dorsal skin of each animal were excised by using biopsy punch and 500 μL of test solution was topically applied once daily for 4 weeks. The tissue changes were observed for every week during the application periods. After applying the PDRN to the wound, the skin was cut flower and contraction of the wounds more quickly, and the coating of PDRN in the wound area was reduced significantly as compared to the positive control group Fucidin<sup>Ⓡ</sup> applied. The microscopic observation of stained tissue showed that a positive control was most rapid in re-epithelialization ability followed by the PH group, PDRN group, HA group. In addition, transforming growth factor (TGF-β) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), such as in the growth factor was similar to the results of staining of tissue lesions. In conclusion, it is determined that the low molecular weight PDRN has the therapeutic effect to the wound, and could be used as a functional material of cosmetics and medical industries.

The wafer carrier is made of PP, PC, PE resin which have excellent heat and chemical resistance and electrical properties. However, particle generation has become a problem due to static electricity generated in the carrier. Some conductive material such as carbon black (CB) and carbon fiber (CF) are added for the purpose of anti-static, however, additional for motility and particle contamination problems due to high carbon content occurs. In this paper, the electrical characteristics and workability are observed and compared by adding low Carbon Nono Tube(CNT) to each PP, PC and PE resin to solve the problem.
측면연마 광섬유형 자외선센서의 광강도 변화에 따른 감도특성

A novel UV sensor was manufactured and characterized using evanescent field coupling between photochromic dye dispersed polymer waveguide and side polished fiber. The spiroxazine (photochromic dye) dispersed polymer was used as planar waveguides. The resonant wavelength was shifted owing to refractive index variation of planar waveguide on exposed UV because of its photo-functional properties. The sensitivities are $1.21{\mu}W/mw$ and $2.75{\mu}W/mw$ when UV intensities increased after exposure times were fixed at 3 seconds and 5 seconds, respectively. Output optical power according to UV intensity increases and saturation time decreases as the intensity of UV radiations increases. 광기능성 색소가 분산된 평면도파로 결합기와 측면연마된 광섬유를 이용한 자외선 센서를 제작하여 광강도 변화에 따른 감도특성을 측정하였다. 광변색성 색소인 스파이록사진이 분간된 폴리머를 평면도파로로 사용하였다. 조사되는 자외선의 강도와 시간에 의해 유효굴절률이 변화하는 성질을 이용하였다. 자외선 조사시간을 3 초와 5 초로 고정한 상태에서 자외선 조사강도를 점차 증가시켰을 때 센서감도가 자각 $1.21{\mu}W/mw$와 $2.75{\mu}W/mw$로 나타났다. 자외선 조사 강도에 따른 출력 광강도의 변화를 측정한 결과 자외선 강도가 클수록 출력 광강도도 증가하고 포화시간은 단축됨을 알 수 있었다.
