The calcium concentration level in seepage could be reduced from approximately 426 to 7 ㎎ /L with soda ash softening. Initial permeate flux (feed and bleed system, 85% water recovery) was 1.2 L/m^2·h. Permeate flux, however, dropped rapidly in the beginning of the run and then remained approximately constant to the end of the run. Nitrate and ammonia nitrogen were reduced from 2,781 and 99㎎ /L to 403 (86% removal) and 12㎎ /L (88% removal), respectively. Chromium(VI) and fluoride were reduced from 180 and 82 ㎎ /L to 0.4 (99% removal) and 3.2 ㎎ /L (96% removal), respectively. COD removals varied between 60 and 83%. No phenolics, however, could be effectively removed ($lt;0.2㎎ /L) from the RO permeate with hydrogen peroxide oxidation or ion-exchange treatment.
Vol.1990 No.3
N/A Effect of rejection rate due to change of flow volume was investigated as little difference in three sample. But it was showed high rejection rate due to adsorption organic matter to PAC in the case of adding PAC. In the effect of pressure to permeate flux and rejection rate, permeate flux increased as pressure and pore size increased. Washing effect was high in long backflush time, but it was low in long operating time due to membrane fouling.
폐수처리를 위한 TiO_2/UV 공정과 Photo-Fenton 반응
윤영재,김희정,강태구,노성희,김선일 한국공업화학회 2002 응용화학 Vol.6 No.2
Application of photochemical waste water oxidation UV and/or visible light, especially TiO_2/UV and the Photo-Fenton reaction (Fe^2+/H_2O_2/LJV-VIS), have been investigated. Degradation results of 4-Chlorophenol and some other model compounds at laboratory scale are discussed. A photoreactor with immobilized TiO_2 has led to a higher quantum efficiency than the suspension treatment. Experiments with different waste waters(e.g. landfill leachates, plastics industry, etc.) using the Fe^2+/H_2O_2/UV-VIS system in a photoreactor prototype are reported.
