스포츠센터 강사의 유머 감각과 동료교환 관계 및 직무 만족 간의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sports center instructors' sense of humor, peer exchange, and job satisfaction (salary, personnel policy, work). For this purpose, convenience purpose sample was collected from a total of 240(male and female) instructors working at 7 member sports centers in Seoul and the metropolitan area, and data were collected using questionnaires. The analysis was conducted using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 versions, except for 21 insincere data. Structural equation model analysis was performed on the final 210 collected data according to the research model. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, the sense of humor of sports center instructors was found to have an effect on peer interaction. Second, the sense of humor of sports center instructors was found to have a negative effect on salary and personnel policy satisfaction, and the sense of humor of sports center instructors was found to have a positive effect. Third, the peer exchange relationship of sports center instructors had an effect on job satisfaction, that is, satisfaction with salary and personnel policy, but did not affect job-related satisfaction. Therefore, it was possible to provide basic data for establishing a marketing strategy for strengthening the competency of instructors working at sports centers.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between brand assets and brand trust, behavioral and attidude loyalty of golf goods. The subjects of this study were collected 324 customers who use golf courses and golf practice fields in Gyeoggi Province and Seoul area. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The collected material was carried out by using Spss 24.0 version and Amos 24.0 version. The questionnaires for the brand assets scale had been developed by Aaker(1991, 1996), Park(2012), Lee(2008), Lim(2005), and Jo(2016), and brand trust scale had been developed by Chaudhuri & Holbrook(2001), Kim(2017), and Park(2010), and behavioral and attidudial loyalty were Oliver(1999), Chaudhuri & Holbrook(2001), Kim(2019), Kim(2010), and Jang(2003). From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions : The research theory 1 was partially adopted. More details, The study theory Ⅰ‑1, Ⅰ‑2 were adopted and Ⅰ‑3 was rejected. The research hypothesis Ⅱ was adopted. More details, The study thoery Ⅱ‑1, Ⅱ‑2 were adopted. that is, Brand trust affected behavior and attitude loyalty.
골프의류 추구 혜택과 추구 이미지 및 구매 의도 간의 구조모형 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the predicted model of between Pursuit Benefits and Pursuit Image and Intention of Purchase of Golf Clothing. This survey was conducted on a total of 317 people by selecting two golf courses in the Seoul metropolitan area and users who enjoy golf at golf practice. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The collected material was carried out by using Spss 24.0 and Amos 24.0 version. The questionnaires for the pursuit benefits scale had been developed by Kim(2013), Oh(2010), Lee(2009) and pursuit image had been developed by Han(2013), Hwang(2004), and purchase intention had been developed by Park(2012), Ryu(2014), Lee(2017), Lee et al.(2012). From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions : First, In the relationship between the pursuit benefits and the pursuit image and purchase intention of Research I, research theory 1-2. Functional pursuit influenced the pursuit image, 1-3. Activity influenced the pursuit image, 1-5. Fashion image influenced the pursuit image, and 1-7. Trend influenced the pursuit image. Then studies hypotheses 1-1, 1-4, 1-6 were rejected. Second, This research theory II has been adopted. In the relationship between the pursuit image and the purchase intention of research theory II, the pursuit image was found to affect the purchase intention.
운동선수의 체지방률과 다리 등속성 근력의 상관성 분석 : 성별 및 연령 별 비교

The purpose of this study was to investigate the analysis of correlation between body fat rate and lower limb isokinetic strength according to gender and age differences in athletes. Data collection selected elementary (male: 268, female: 99), middle (male: 816, female: 369), high school (male: 1,076, female: 519), and adults (male: 955, female: 458) athletes. All subject were tested for body fat and lower limb isokinetic strength (left extensor: LE, left flexor: LF, right extensor: RE, right flexor: RF, left extensor and flexor ratio: LEFR, right extensor and flexor ratio: REFR, extensor of left and right ratio: ELRR, flexor of left and right ratio: FLRR). The negative (-) correlate between LE, LF, RE, RF and BF of 60°/sec and body fat in male middle/high school athletes. Also, The negative (-) correlate between LE, LF, RE, RF, LEFR and REFR of 60°/sec and body fat, and LE, RE, RF and LEFR of 180°/sec and body fat in adults athletes. The negative (-) correlate between LE, LF, RE and RF of 60°/sec and body fat, and LE, LF and RF of 180°/sec body fat in female middle school athletes. Moreover, The negative (-) correlate between LE, LF, RE, LEER, FEFR, ELRR and FLRR of 60°/sec and body fat, and LE, LF, RE, RF and REFR of 180°/sec and body fat in female high/adults school athletes, respectively. These results found that body fat rate and lower limb isokinetic strength in athletes depend on gender and age.
상업스포츠센터 이용객의 성취목표성향과 자기조절 동기, 만족, 스포츠 몰입 및 재이용의도와의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among goal-oriented preference, self-control motives, overall satisfaction, sport commitment, and repurchasing intention for user of commercial sport centers. The subjects were customers from five commercial sports facilities, and 468 data were collected and 415 of them were chosen as for final data analysis. For the data, SPSSWIN Ver. 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used and after verifying the suitability of a model, each theoretical situation was confirmed. The empirical analysis concludes as follows. First, task-oriented preference out of goal-oriented preference had significant influence on introjected regulation and external regulation. Second, ego-oriented preference out of goal-oriented preference had significant influence on intrinsic regulation, identified regulation, introjected regulation and external regulation. Third, intrinsic regulation, identified regulation, introjected regulation and external regulation out of self-control motives had significant influence on satisfaction. Fourth, satisfaction had significant influence on sport commitment. Fifth, satisfaction had significant influence on repurchasing intention. Sixth, sport commitment had significant not influence on repurchasing intention.
