This study suggests how to forbid an overspeed drive within the particular precincts. In the residential area or school zone, many drivers doesn t have reduced a speed. Overspeed vehicle is very dangerous for pedestrian and children. Few kind of residential area or school zone had speed bumps but the speed bumps does not overspeed protection. Because the speed bumps shape, height, distance are not optimization. So in this study, suggests the overspeed protection using fuel cut. Fuel cut system decelerate the vehicle speed and recognize the driver that the vehicle located on residental area of school zone. Fuel system consist of the relay and the control board. In this study, fuel system verified through experimental result.

Broad bean wilt virus 2 (BBWV2), genus Fabavirus, subfamily Comovirinae, family Secoviridae, causes damage in many economically important horticultural and ornamental crops. Sequence alignments showed several conserved sequences in 5' non-coding regions (5' NCRs) of RNA 1 and RNA 2 in all BBWV2 strains characterized so far. Based on this observation, we generated a hpRNA construct (pIR-BBWV2) harboring an inverted repeat containing a 210 bp cDNA fragment homologous to 5' NCR portion of BBWV2 RNA 1 to investigate the silencing potential for its ability to interfere with a rapidly replicating BBWV2. Agrobacteriummediated transient expression of the IR-BBWV2 had a detrimental effect on BBWV2 infection, showing no distinct symptoms in non-inoculated leaves of the agroinfiltrated Nicotiana benthamiana plants. BBWV2genomic RNAs were not detected by RT-PCR from tissues of both the inoculated leaves and upper leaves of the agroinfiltrated plants. Accumulation of virus-derived small interfering RNAs was detected in the inoculated leaf tissues of N. benthamiana plants elicited by transient expression of IR-BBWV2 indicating that RNA silencing is responsible for the resistance to BBWV2.

A filamentous virus was isolated from taro (Colocasia esculenta Schott) showing mosaic and chlorotic feathering symptoms in Chuncheon, Gangwon province in 2002. Based on ELISA, its appearance in electron microscope, serological relationships, and RT-PCR using specific primer and nucleotide sequence analysis of the CP gene, the isolated virus was identified as Dasheen mosaic virus (DsMV) and designated as Korean isolated (DsMV-Kr). DsMV was not serologically related to Zantedeschia mosaic virus (ZaMV), which has been reported to infect an Araceae plants. Since the coat protein revealed electrophoretic heterogeneity, about 42 kDa, 39 kDa and 31 kDa by SDS-PAGE, an improved purification method was established for the production of antisera against DsMV-Kr. The purification method used in this study may be effectively applied to the purification of other filamentous viruses.

추진시스템 전자 제어장치는 추진시스템 내부의 각종 센서신호를 입력 받아 신호처리를 통해 제어알고리즘을 수행하는 장치이다. 기존의 아날로그 센서를 이용한 시스템에서는 센서와 전자제어장치의 전송에 의한 영향으로 신호감쇄가 일어나고 노이즈에 민감한 단점이 있었다. 디지털센서는 센서와 AMP, AD Converter가 하나의 모듈 안에 포함되어 있어 전송선에 의한 영향을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 전자제어장치에서 별도의 S/W 필터를 적용할 필요가 없어 제어 알고리즘의 수행시간을 단축시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털센서를 사용한 전자제어장치의 회로설계 및 제어알고리즘 적용에 따른 신호처리 방안에 대한 내용을 기술하였다. Electronic control units for propulsion systems are devices which compute control algorithm by processing the systems" internal sensor signals. Due to the effect of transmission between sensors and a control unit, previous analog systems have drawbacks of signal attenuation and susceptibility to noises. However, a digital sensor can be less influenced by the electrical cable line as it includes sensor, AMP, and AD converter in one module. In addition, it can reduce the process time for control algorithm because extra S/W filtering process is not needed. The current study shows how to process signals for an electronic control unit using digital sensors.
