본고는 디지털화 된 정보의 유통으로 인한 저작재산권 특히, 복제권의 보호를 위하여 개발 또는 운영되고 있는 저작권관리시스템을 유형별로 설명하였다. 그리고, 우리의 여건에서 가장 바람직한 저작권관리 방안을 제안하였다. This paper is described copyright management system for protection of the economic right to relate distribution of the digitised information. And the paper proposed the best method of copyright protection.

템플스테이 체험관광 참가동기와 선택요인이 만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 한국의 대표적인 문화 체험 관광 상품으로써 정신적 휴식 제공과 다양한 체험활동으로 사회적 관심이 증가하고 있는 템플스테이의 참가동기와 선택요인이 만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 규명하기 위해 서울 근교 템플스테이 운영 사찰 두 곳을 대상으로 실시하였다. 2015년 6월부터 8월 사이에 진행하였으며 총 270부의 설문지 중 유효표본 251부를 최종 분석하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 18.00을 사용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성 및 타당성 검증, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 템플스테이 체험관광 참가동기와 선택요인은 만족에 유의한 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 참가자의 템플스테이 체험관광 만족은 재방문의도에도 유의한 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 최근 급성장하고 있는 템플스테이 체험관광의 질적 성장과 또한 대한민국을 대표하는 문화 체험 관광 상품으로서의 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. The purpose of this study is to identify the influential relationship of temple-stay experience tourism motivation of participation and choice factors on satisfaction and revisit intention as the temple=stay is one of the korea's leading cultural heritage tourism products. In order to achieve the research objective data was collected from 227 participants. Then the data and hypotheses were examined using multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysish using SPSS 18.0. The result of this study is as follows. First, temple-stay experience tourism motivation of participation had a significantly influential relationship with satisfaction. Second, temple-stay choice factor had a significantly influential relationship with satisfaction. Finally, experience tourism satisfaction had a significantly influential relationship with revisit intention. For future research, a variety of new domestic and foreign tourism products in South Korea for cultural experience of depth and detailed study will need to be performed. Also, korean government and temple in more interest in temple-stay promotion program and marketing strategies using korea cultural image such as special experience in traditional korean life.

우리 정부가 1999년 12월에 개정한 저작권법 중 도서관에서의 복제 및 온라인 전송과 관련 한 용어 및 규정을 검토하였다. 그리고, 디지털 환경에서 원문정보를 제공함에 있어서 관계되는 저작권법과 도서관의 대응방안을 검토한다. The regulations relating to online transmission and reproduction in the library on the copyright law revised in December 1999. In this aspect it examines to relate terms and regulations for digital information and online transmission. And it reviews information center's role and copyright law of the document delivery service in the digital environment.

도서관이 정보센터로 변화해 가는 사회환경에서 정보의 축적 및 이용형태도 디지털화되고 있다. 이런 관점에서, 디지털 정보의 이용과 저작권의 개념에 관하여 검토하고, 정보전문가로서의 역할을 재조명한다. Information storage and it's usual patterns are digitised within the changes of the social environment to the information center from the library. In this aspect, it examines to use for digital information and a concept of copyright. And it reviews a role as information specialist in the digital era.

문화적응 스트레스와 대학생활 적응과의 관계에서 사회적 지지의 조절효과: 관광관련 전공 국내 대학 외국인 유학생을 대상으로

본 연구는 국내 경기도 소재 4개의 대학에서 유학하고 있는 관광 관련 전공 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 그들이 타국생활 적응과정에서 겪게 되는 문화적응 스트레스와 대학생활 적응과의 영향관계를 파악하고 그 영향을 미치는 과정에 있어서 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증함으로써 외국인 유학생들의 어려움을 이해하고 건강한 유학생활의 지침 마련과 문화적응 스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 분석결과, 문화적응 스트레스 중 지각된 차별감, 향수병, 언어능력은 대학생활 적응에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 사회적 지지는 문화적응 스트레스와 대학생활 적응간에 부분적으로 정(+)의 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 국내 외국인 유학생들의 문화적응 스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 예방 및 근거와 대학생활에 도움이 될 효과적인 개입 방안을 마련할 수 있도록 기초자료를 제공해 줄 것이며 한국 대학의 교육서비스 품질 개선 및 다문화시대에 국내 소수집단의 심리적 사회적 적응을 돕기 위한 이론적 기틀을 마련하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between acculturation stress and university adjustment and moderating role of social support in Foreign students majoring tourism at universities in korea. Data was collected from 250 Foreign students. Then the data and hypotheses were examined using multiple regression analysis and hierarchial regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. The result of this study is as follows. Acculturation stress was negatively related with university adjustment and social support positively moderate the relationship between acculturation stress and university adjustment. Social support is suggested to reduce the negative results of acculturation stress and had a positive direct effect on university adjustment. Findings were this study provide a comprehensive understanding on university adjustment for Foreign students studying in korea. also, acculturation stress, university adjustment and social support were significant variable of institutional attachment. Finally, this study suggested that the university should develop international students program based on cultural difference and more studies are need to identify additional different factors that affect acculturative stress as well as to develop students intervention program for physical and psychological support.

도서관 정보전문직의 저작권 인식에 관한 조사연구

This paper has attempted to identify use status of information reproduction in the library and information center. At the same time, it investigated how information experts understanding about the copyright protection and information experts' knowledge to relate items of the copyright law. 본 연구는 도서관 정보센터에서 정보를 복제의 방법으로 이용하는 현황을 조사하였다. 동시에 정보제공 업무를 담당하는 전문직의 저작권 보호에 관한 이해 정도와 저작권법 중 관련 규정에 대한 지식과 준수 현황을 검토하였다.

문화적응스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -국내항공사 외국인 객실승무원을 대상으로-

본 연구는 국내 항공사에 근무하는 외국인 객실승무원을 대상으로 그들이 서비스 업무를 수행함에 있어 서로 다른 문화차이로 인해 발생되는 문화적응스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 외국인 객실승무원의 문화적응스트레스에 국적은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로, 근무년수는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족에 국적과 근무년수는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외국인 객실승무원의 문화적응스트레스는 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 자신의 나라와 다른 새로운 문화차이에서 오는 스트레스를 줄여줄 수 있는 방안과 조직 내에서 외국인 객실승무원과의 커뮤니케이션에 좀 더 다가갈 수 있도록 이들에 대한 좀 더 효율적인 제 도가 필요하겠다. The purpose of this study is to find out Acculturation Stress that impact on job satisfaction focus on foreign cabin crew working in korea airline. the analysis showed the statistically significant meaning nationality had influence on acculturation stress. while working years had not influence on acculturation stress. also nationality and working years had not influence on job satisfaction In addition, acculturation stress had a negative influence on job satisfaction. Based on this study results, it required alternatives for job stress reducing as well as job accomplishment. and it is highly considered nationality differences and we should concentrate on effective system.

발도르프교육의 생태적 요소와 생태교육적 의미

본 논문은 발도르프교육이 여러 가지 위기에 봉착한 현대 사회에서 인간성 및 생태계 보호를 추구하는 생태교육과 관련성이 있는지를 밝히는 목적으로 발도르프교육이 지닌 생태적 요소 및 생태교육적 의미를 고찰하였다. 발도르프교육학에는 우주적 존재로서 지구와 불가분의 관계를 지닌 인간과 자연(지구)과의 관계를 기초로 하고 있다. 생태적 요소에는 어린이 본성에 따른 발달에 충실한 교육, 자연친화적인 교육환경, 자연과 어우러지는 교육방법 및 교육과정, 통합적인 사고를 기르는 교육방법, 교사의 생태적 삶을 들 수 있다. 이를 통해 도출된 발도르프교육의 생태교육적 의미는 인간, 세계관, 교육학 자체가 생태적이고 모든 민족에게 보편적이며 조화와 균형을 통해 인간성과 생태환경 보호를 추구하는 것이다. 발도르프교육은 자 연과 인간과의 관계가 필연적이라는 것이 전제되어 있고, 교육방법 자체가 생태적이며, 인간과 세계에 대한 책임감을 길러주기 때문에 생태교육학의 근거로서 기여할 수 있다. 그리고 독일의 “지속가능발전교육”에서 추구하는 바와 같이 모든 교과에 생태교육의 원리가 통합된 교육으로서 지구적 관점을 포괄한다. Diese Arbeit beschaeftigt sich mit der oekologischen Elemente und Bedeutung der Waldorfpaedagogik, damit ihre Beziehung zur oekologisch orientierte Erziehung deutlich gemacht wird, die sich auf den Schutz der Menschlichkeit und Umwelt vor der Gefahr von der modernen Gesellschaft richtet. In der Waldorfpaedagogik sind die Menschen als kosmisches und auch irdisches Wesen dargestellt, und ihre Entwicklung und die Entwicklung der Erde sind voneinander abhaengig. Demzufolge kann man die umweltfreundlichen Elemente in der Lebensgestaltung mit der Natur und im Lebensraum in der Erziehungspraxis finden. Die oekologisch orientierten Elemente sind erstens die Erziehung, die sich ganz auf die Entwicklung des menschlichen Wesens orientiert, zweitens der mit der Natur zusammenhaengende Lebensraum, das Leben und Lernen, drittens die ganzheitliches Denken foerdernde Bildung, und viertens das oekologisches Leben des Erziehers selbst. Die Waldorfpaedagogik ist insofern oekologisch, in dass ihr Menschenbild, Weltanschauung und Erziehung selbst oekologisch sind. Sie ist rassenuebergreifend und global, und dient zur Gleichgewicht und Harmonie in Menschen bzw. zwischen der Menschen und Umwelt. Die Menschen werden sich fuer Selbst und Umwelt verantwortlich erzogen. Daher kann die Waldorfpaedagogik eine Grundlage fuer die oekologisch orientierte Erziehung sein. Ihre Didaktik kann zur fachuebergreifenden Bildung fuer nachhaltige Entwicklung beitragen.

박물관 전시에서 디자인의 역할과 협력에 관한 연구

The museum exhibition is the most effective way among museum activities to communicate with visitors. And the characteristics of museum exhibition are very specific in terms of curator, visitor and articles on exhibition. Therefore the exhibition design is one of the important position in museum but there is no exhibition designer in most of national and public museum. Also the system to cooperate between curator and designer is not set up. This study intend to understand the role of design and designer in museum exhibition and also study present condition of museum organization and process for museum exhibition. As the problems of lack of exhibition designer in museum and little understanding about professionalism of exhibition design need improvement. And cooperation between curator and designer from planning to evaluation stage can help the improvement of the exhibition.
