Scheduling Jobs to Minimize Total Completion Time in Three-machine Assembly-like Flowshop

본 논문은 3대의 기계로 구성되는 유사조립흐름라인(assembly-like flowshop)에서의 일정계획 문제를 다루고 있다. 유사조립흐름라인에서는 첫 번째 단계의 선행기계들에서 구성품들을 생산하게 되고 이를 다음 단계에 위치한 조립기계에서 조립함으로써 전체 제품을 완성하게 된다. 본 논문의 목적은 이러한 조립라인에서 총 작업완료 시간을 최소화 하는 작업일정계획을 찾는 것이다. 분석에서 SPT순서를 활용한 발견적 해법이 제안되고 이에 대한 오차한계(error bound)가 제시된다. 또한, 그리디(greedy)형태의 3가지 다른 발견적 해법이 제안되고, 수치실험을 통해 이에 대한 성능평가가 제시된다.

사회과교육의 자연과학적 접근 필요성과 가능성

복잡하고 급변하는 현대사회가 되면서 사회현상을 이해하고 사회문제를 해결하는데 있어서 개별 분과 학문적 접근은 한계를 보이고 있다. 사회과학을 배경학문으로 두고 있는 사회과교육은 이런 점을 고려하여 통합적인 접근을 시도해 왔으며, 이제는 지식의 현실 타당성에 강점을 보이는 자연과학적 접근에 주목하는 단계가 되었다. 인간사회와 자연의 관련성, 학생 경험의 총체성, 학문 연구의 혼성화 및 그로 인한 새로운 지식 창출, 내용지식의 토대 확장 및 현실적합성 제고 등을 통해 사회과교육에 대한 자연과학적 접근의 필요성을 인식할 수 있다. 또한 인간사회와 자연의 유사성, 그리고 이것을 기반으로 하는 방법론의 교차적 사용, 자연과학적 방법의 활용, 자연과학의 개념 및 이론의 활용 등을 통해 사회과교육에 대한 자연과학적 접근의 가능성을 인정할 수 있다. 이러한 사회과교육에 대한 자연과학적 접근은 사회과교육의 현실 적합성을 높여주고, 교과교육의 통합적 접근을 발전시킬 것이다. Because of the complexity and sudden change of the contemporary society, the separative approach can’t understand the social phenomena and solve the social problems. Therefore, social studies education has tried to do the integrative approach, and then, especially, begin to be concerned about the natural scientific approach having an advantage of the relevance of knowledge. We can be aware of the necessity of the natural scientific approach to the social studies education through the relationship between human society and nature, the wholeness of the experience of student, the hybridization of research, the knowledge creation from it, and expanding the foundation and enhancing the relevance of content knowledge. And we can accept the possibility of that through the likeness between human society and nature, the cross use of methodology, the use of the natural scientific method, and the use of the natural scientific concept and theory. The natural scientific approach to the social studies education will make sure of the relevance of it, and develop the integrative education.

최근에, 스마트 기기를 이용한 다양한 선 주문 시스템이 나오고 있다. 선 주문 하고, 일정 기한동안 수령하는 현재의 선 주문 시스템에서 발전하기 위해 필요한 정보는 사용자의 도착시간이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선 주문 시스템 내에서 사용자의 도착시간을 예상하는 방안을 제안한다. 이를 통해 선 주문 시스템은 더욱 다양한 영역으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

일본문학의 한국어번역에 관한 통사적 고찰

What has been Japanese literature for Korean readers? A few Korean writers adopted modern Japanese Literature for modernization of Korean Literature more than half a century. At the first stage, Japanese novels had been translated or adapted into Korean from the late 19th century to 1910. But during the Japanese occupation of Korea, modern Japanese literature was normative one no longer a foreign literature. There was very few translations of Japanese novel and poetry in Japanese colonial rule, because most educated readers read Japanese literature in the original. After Syngman Rhee's stern anti-Japanese policies which prohibited the introduction of Japanese culture, Japanese novels translated into Korean appeared again in bookstores and gained popularity in 1960th. Many literary critics and writers who had sense of crisis due to the advance of Japanese novels were outspokenly critical of unethical characteristic of it. It is a matter of consequence that details of criticism of Japanese literature have been applied in the opposite direction to constitute ideal types of Korean post-liberation literature.

6시그마 성공요인의 중요도 분석

현재 6시그마 대한 연구는 실증연구보다는 기술적인 분석을 통한 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 또한 대부분의 6시그마 관련 실증연구들이 성공요인을 추출하거나, 추출된 요인이 기업성과에 유의한지 여부만을 조사하는데 그치고 있으며, 성공요인들의 중요도 및 우선순위를 객관화하는 연구는 아직 미흡하다. 본 연구에서는 기존문헌에서 추출된 성공요인들을 대표적인 요인으로 축소하고, 축소된 성공요인들 간의 중요도 및 우선순위를 계층적 분석방법(AHP: Analysis Hierarchy Process)을 활용하여 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 6시그마 성공요인을 크게 조직문화, 경영전략, 운영방법, 지원체계로 구분하고 이들에 대한 각 평가요소와 그 하위 평가요소를 계층적으로 구조화하여 이들의 상대적 중요도를 측정하였다. 또한 6시그마 실행 주체별, 업종별, 기업의 규모별, 벨트 종류별로 차이를 분석함으로써 6시그마를 도입 또는 추진 중인 기업들에게 성공을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구의 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 연구 결과, 컨설턴트는 기업전략과의 연계성을, 내부전문가는 성과에 대한 평가 및 보상이 가장 중요하다고 평가함으로써 두 집단간에 차이가 있음을 밝혔다. 또한 제조업 업종간의 비교, 대기업과 중소기업간의 비교, 제조업과 서비스업, MBB와 BB, 시행기간별 비교에 따른 중요도 분석을 실시함으로써 6시그마 성공요인의 중요도 및 우선순위에 대한 다양한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. Until now there are a lot of researches and literatures about successful factors of 6 Sigma. However, most of researches are to extract successful factors or investigating whether successful factors are notable or not to company. There is hardly study to analyze the importance and priority order of successful factors for 6 Sigma. The object of this paper is to grasp priority order of successful factors to get successful results for company which want to introduce 6 Sigma or introduced already. Second object is to find out successful factors that company shall apply according to the driving people, external consultant or inner expert as BB and MBB, proceeding with 6 Sigma. Third object is to compare to by scales of company and by type of business about successful factors and present proper factors to be exposed to company. As the results of the analysis, consultants said that factor to be most important in 6 Sigma is ‘coordination to company strategy’. On the other hand, inner experts emphasized factor of ‘evaluation and reword for outcome’. And, we knew that there were also difference between electronic and car and oil·chemical industry, between large enterprise and medium small company. However there are no significant differences in comparison between manufacture and service industry, between BB and MBB, between not more than 3 years and more than 4 years.

과학기술사회에서 요구되는 시민성 탐구

현대사회에서 강력한 영향력을 행사하는 과학기술은 사회과교육과 이중적 관계를 맺고 있다. 과학기술은 잠정성(불확실성)과 구성성(맥락성, 가치비중립성)을 갖고 있어서, 과학기술에 대한 비판과 시민의 참여가 요구된다. 또한 현실 적합성을 중시하는 과학기술의 방법과 지식을 사회현상의 이해와 사회문제 해결에 활용할 필요가 있다. 전자는 사회과 밖을 향하는 과학기술 시민성으로, 후자는 사회과 안을 향하는 과학기술 시민성으로 표상된다. 사회과 밖을 향하는 과학기술 시민성에는 과학·기술·사회의 상호작용 이해, 과학기술의 본성 이해, 서로 다른 관점과 전망의 고려 및 종합, 맡기고 개입하기, 과학기술의 민주화에서 역할 수행, 그리고 사회과 안을 향하는 과학기술 시민성에는 사회현상의 과학기술적 이해, 사회과 지식 평가 및 생성 능력, 사회를 바라보는 개방적 태도 등의 자질과 덕목이 있다. 이와 같은 과학기술 시민성을 학생들이 함양하기 위해서는 통섭적인 사회과교육이 실시되어야 한다. Science and technology(S&T) need to be democratized because of temporality and constructivity. We need to use the method and knowledge of S&T to understand social phenomena and solve social problems. The former is extrospective scientific and technological citizenship(STC), the latter introspective one. The quality and virtue of the former consists of understanding the relationship between S&T and society, understanding the nature of S&T, consideration and synthesizing of different standpoints and prospects, entrustment and involvement, and role performance in the democratization of S&T. That of the latter consists of understanding social phenomena by S&T, generating new knowledge in the process of evaluating the existing one, and openness toward diversity. In order to facilitate STC, it is necessary to implement consilient social studies education.
