This paper described strength development of concrete using agents for enduring cold climate produced in our and foreign country. According to experimental study, slump, air content and chloride content of concrete using agent for enduring cold climate have little variation compared to those without agent for enduring cold climate. Agents for enduring cold climate is shown to accelerate the setting time of concrete cured at 5℃ and drop the freezing temperature. As for strength development of concrete using agent for enduring cold climate, it gains high strength in concrete cured at -5℃. In case of concrete cured at -5℃ for specified age since it cured at 5℃ during 45DD of early maturity, it does not shows remarkable strength gain without agent for enduring cold climate, while concrete using agent for enduring cold climate gains comparable strength level of concrete cured at 5℃.

Currently, in apartment house, the regulation stipulates that a balcony with more than 2m of width should be equipped with landscape facilities. Accordingly, many construction company provide small garden, but, plants do not grow well due to bad permeability. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop permeable polymer concrete blocks. According to test results, combination 6% of polyester resin as binder, filler and type C aggregates with continuous grade distribution show not only high strength gain, but, good permeability and low cost.
동섬유 및 팽창재의 혼입률 변화에 따른 공동주택 바닥용 시멘트 모르터의 기초적 특성

The objective of this study is to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of cement mortar under various contents of copper fiber and expansive admixture. According to test results, as copper .fiber contents increase, compressive and tensile strength are enhanced, while they decreases with increase of expansive admixture contents above 9%. Thermal conductivity increases with the increase of copper fiber contents, while it shows opposite results with increase of expansive admixture. As copper fiber and expansive admixture increase, drying shrinkage shows to be reduced 0.9%, of copper fiber contents and 9% more or less of expansive admixture are recommended in order to prevent the cracks and improvement of temperature distribution of floor of apartment.

In the previous study a segregation-reducing type superplasticizer has been developed by combining normal super -plasticizes with viscosity agents and AE admixtures with an appropriate ratio. This study is to present the properties of the developed admixtures when it is used for normal concrete to produce high fludity concrete. The experiment results show that concrete performs the satisfactory properties in fludity, segregation resistance, setting time and compressive strength when admixtures are added at 0.8% far W/C of 0.3 and 1.0% for W/C of 0.4 by weight of cement.

In this paper, prescription on the architectural standard specifications between China(CASS) and Korea(KASS) are compared focused on the part of transportation, placing, compacting and curing. According to the research, there are a lot of differences between KASS and CASS. In CASS, time limitation from discharging concrete to completing placement of concrete, transportation, placing and continuous placing time limit are provided in accordance with strength level such as below C30 and above C30. There are no provisions related to special purpose concrete in CASS.
