        한ㆍ중ㆍ미 대학생 소비자의 정보신뢰성이 식품안전행동에 미치는 영향

        생명기술의 발달로 인한 새로운 물질 개발과 함께 재화의 정보가 점점 전문적이고 복잡해지고 있는 환경 속에서 정보의 신뢰성은 소비자들이 재화를 구매하는데 있어 중요한 영향요인으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 정보신뢰성이 식품안전행동에 직ㆍ간접적으로 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 정보 신뢰성의 중요성을 파악해보고자 하였다. 또한, 정보신뢰성이 식품안전행동에 미치는 영향을 중국ㆍ미국의 경우와 비교해 보았다. 이를 위하여 국내외 문헌조사를 바탕으로 측정도구를 수집한 후, 한국과 중국, 미국의 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석은 구조방정식 모형분석을 적용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 식품정보신뢰성이 정보요구도에 미치는 영향에서 식품표시 정보신뢰성은 영향을 미치지 않지만 식품안전 커뮤니케이션 신뢰성은 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정보요구도가 식품안전행동에 미치는 영향은 한국과 중국의 경우 표시정보 확인행동에는 영향을 미치지 않았으나 미국의 경우는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 보이고 있었다. 셋째, 한국소비자의 식품안전행동이 중국과 미국에 비해 정보신뢰성에 더 많은 영향을 받고 있다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 한국사회에서 정보신뢰성은 타국에 비해 매우 중요한 요인이며, 소비자 역량 또한 정보신뢰성 못지않게 중요한 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 이에 정부는 기업 대한 적절한 규제와 감시를 통하여 소비자들에게 올바른 정보가 제공될 수 있는 환경을 조성해야 할 것이며, 식품안전사건ㆍ사고 또는 새로운 식품위해에 대해서는 정확한 정보를 중립적인 자세에서 제공함으로써 소비자들의 정보신뢰성을 높일 필요가 있다. 또한 소비자 교육을 통하여 소비자의식을 함양하고 올바른 식품소비 행동 매뉴얼을 작성하여 배포 하는 등 다양한 활동을 통하여 소비자역량을 개발할 필요가 있다. Product information is increasingly professional and complicated because of bio technology development. Consumers' information reliability is major effective factor in a complex market environment when consumer purchases some goods. This study attempted to identify that consumers' information reliability affects food safety behavior directly and indirectly. In addition this research especially focused on analysing the differences for consumers' information reliability and safety behavior among Korea, China and America. The implications based on these results are as follows. Firstly, consumers' information reliability has positive effect on food safety communication reliability but not effect on food display information. Secondly, consumers' information needs positively affect food display information confirmation only in American. Thirdly, Koean consumers' food safety behavior is even more affected by information reliability than Chinese and American. Results showed that consumers' information reliability and safety competency are very important factors of Korean society compared with Chinese and American. Therefore, government should create an atmosphere which offers consumers information rightly through restricting and monitoring the corporation. In addition, food safety education and a wide variety of activities such as publishing food consumption conduct manual should aim to develop consumers competency.

        상담에 대한 내담자의 기대와 상담양식의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between clients` expectations and styles of counseling in order to find out efficient counseling helping strategies for clients to settle down their problems, Styles of counseling have been understood in terms of social/cultural perspectives, The focus of this study however, was on the differences due to dients preferences of counseling styles based on their own counseling expectancies, The expectancy of counseling is divided into three areas such as expectancy of themselves of clients, counselors, and the process and results of counseling, The style of counseling is distinguished as a directive and a non-directive approach of counseling counselor imply during counseling processes, Using the Expectation About Counseling Questionnaire (EAC) and the Counselor Rating Form (CRF), this study examined whether there were: 1) differences in expectation scores of counseling across clients` variables such as gender, experiences of counseling. and living areas, 2) differences in preference scores of counseling style across clients` variables, 3) differences in preference scores of styles of counseling across clients` expectations of counseling, Participants, consisting of 186 college students who took a course of educational psychology, completed the Expectation About Counseling Questionnaire, the Counselor Rating Form, and a Demographic Questionnaire, The SAS statistical analysis program and t-test procedure were used to examine the three hypotheses. The results of SAS statistical analysis and t-test results indicated that there were some meaningful differences between the counseling styles and the expectation of counseling. and there were gender differences on the expectation of counseling, Female students expected more on confidentiality of counseling than male students did, However, no statistical differences were found on the experience scores of counseling and across the living areas, The t-test results also revealed that there were meaningful differences on the scores of counseling preferences across clients` variables, counseling experiences, and living areas of clients, Several implications for further researches in fields of clients` expectations and styles of counseling were made.

      • 아동소비자의 소비자능력수준 및 소비자교육 요구분석 - 청주시 소재 초등학생과 학부모 교사를 중심으로 : 아동소비자의 소비자능력수준 및 소비자교육 요구분석

        This study was to measure a level of consumer competency of an elementary school student, who is a child consumer, and to provide a basic material to develop a more effective and systematic educational program for children consumers by examining what would be the educational contents and teaching method necessary in developing an educational program for children consumers through parents of students and teachers at the school. In this regard, a questionnaire survey was conducted in respect of 138 persons in the third grade and sixth grade at the elementary schools in Cheongju City in order to measure a level of a consumer competency. By implementing an in-depth interview with regard to 6 parents of students and 2 teachers, a degree of demand toward an education for children consumers was analyzed. As a result of such analysis, a level of a consumer competency in respect of children consumers was 64.8 marks out of 100 marks, showing a poor mark. The degree of recognition toward a consumer education with respect to parents of students and teachers was so low. Thus, it was found out that it is also very urgent to conduct an education for parents of students and teachers for the purpose of an effective education for children consumers.

        소비자의 식품안전 체감 및 역량척도 개발 연구

        사회가 발전하면서 소비자들은 다양한 위험에 직면하게 되었는데 건강한 삶은 안전한 먹거리에서 출발한다고 할수 있다. 하지만 근래에 들어 식품안전에 대한 문제점들이 수시로 발생하고 있으며 유통과정이 선진화 되었다고 믿고 소비했던 식품들에서도 안전성에 문제가 있음이 보고되고 있다. 이에 소비자들의 식품안전에 대한 요구는 점점 높아져 가고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 우리사회의 식품안전 수준을 객관적이고 총체적으로 파악하기 위하여 표준화된 소비자의 식품안전 체 감 및 역량 척도를 개발하여 식품안전사회 구현에 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국내외문헌조사를 바탕으로 연구의 이론적 틀을 마련하고 측정도구를 수집한 후, 전문가 자문과 델 파이조사를 수행함으로써 척도의 타당성을 확보하였다. 다음으로, 수정된 척도는 재조사법(test-retest)을 통하여 데이터를 수집한 뒤 변별력테스트, 상관관계분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 척도의 신뢰성을 확보하고 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 식품안전체감 척도는 전반적 식품안전도, 식품생산ㆍ유통ㆍ제공안전도, 식품위해우려도, 식품별 불안도, 식품표시신뢰도의 5가지 하위 차원의 총 35개 문항으로 구성되었으며, 식품안전역량 척도는 식품안전에 대한 지식, 기능, 태도의 3가지 차원의 총 35개 문항으로 구성되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 소비자의 식품안전 체감 및 역량척도는 그 사회의 식품안전 수준을 파악하고, 소비자의 식품안전요구를 조사함으로써 식품안전정책과 행정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 차후 이들 척도를 바탕으로 식품안전지향성을 지수화 하고, 시계열적으로 조사를 실시한다면 변화하는 소비자의 요구를 파악하고 미래소비자들의 요구를 추정함으로써 보다 안정적으로 식품안전사회시스템을 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. Today`s consumers confront various risks in everyday life and safety issues related to food becomes one of the major issues for consumers as food-borne illnesses and diseases increases. Since 2000, Korean consumers have had great interests in well-being and among the various aspects of well-being, physical and psychological well-being have been in the major focus of consumer lifestyle. As such consumers` interests with food safety have been dramatically increased and leaded dramatic growth in organic food industry. Recently, many food-related scandals and accidents have occurred and these scandals heighten consumers` needs for better food safety. To gauge a society`s overall level of food safety, a comprehensive approach should be adopted. So far in the literature food safety has been studied with limited scope and coverage. Consumers` food safety orientation includes two distinct components: perceived food safety and food safety competency. Consumers` perceived food safety is a key component to gauge consumers` food safety orientation because it relates to consumers` basic attitudes about food issue. However, without proper knowledge and practice consumers` could not enjoy desirable level of food safety therefore, consumers` competency is also very important. Consumers` perceived food safety refers to the level of consumers perception about food safety and it includes consumers` awareness and evaluation about food issues. Previous research on perceived food safety have examined about five subject areas of food safety issues: consumers general perception about food safety, food safety issues with production and retailing, food safety policy and administration, food safety information and education, food labeling issues, and food safety concerns. Consumers` food safety competency refers to the knowledge, attitudes, and practice to manage food related task to achieve desired levels of food safety. Consumers` food safety competency sub-constructs (i.e., knowledge, attitudes, and practice) have been studies with various consumer groups on several food categories. The purpose of this research was to develop consumers` perceived food safety measurement and food safety competency measurement to properly gauge consumers` food safety orientation of a society. The measurement will be used to further develop an index of consumer food safety orientation. To develop consumers` perceived food safety measurement and food safety competency measurement, this research utilized expert reviews, delphi study, and test-retest analyses. First, a list of sample measurement items were gathered based on a comprehensive literature review. Specifically total of 54 questions in eight sub-constructs of perceived food safety were selected from literature to get experts review. The eight sub-constructs include overall food safety perception, food production safety, food safety policy and administration, food safety information, food safety threats, food safety concerns, trustworthiness of food labeling, and food safety education. For candidates of food safety competency measurement, total of 49 questions on food safety knowledge, food safety significance, safe cooking procedure, hand washing methods in handling food, interests in food safety, food safety threats, food purchasing behavior, food safety education, and concerns about food safety were selected. These questions were sent to three experts in the area to initial reviews and evaluation. Based on the experts` review each measurement sub-constructs were reorganized. Three subconstructs( food safety policy and administration, food safety information and food safety education) from the perceived food safety have been deleted and several individual questions have been modified before the Delphi study. From the initial list of food safety competency, a new and different sub-constructs of knowledge, attitudes, and practice were formed and forwarded to the Delphi study. The Delphi study was conducted with 19 experts in the fields and the two measurements were reviewed, modified, and reorganized. Total of 35 questions in 5 sub-constructs for perceived food safety and 35 questions in 3 sub-constructs for food safety components were included in a consumer questionnaire for test, re-test reliability test. Consumer data was gathered through online survey from 300 participants with 1 week time span between test and re-test. The survey data was analyzed using correlation test, reliability test, exploratory factor analyses, and confirmatory factor analyses. Further modifications of the measurement were applied to the measurement based on the reliability and correlation tests. The factor analyses results showed desirable levels of reliability and validity of the measurement. The final measurement of perceived food safety includes 35 questions on five sub- constructs of overall food safety perception, safety in food production and retailing, food safety threats, concerns with food safety, and trustworthiness of food labeling. The final measurement of food safety competency includes 35 questions on consumer knowledge, attitudes, and practices on food safety. The food safety practice includes examination on food condition, examination on food labeling, general food safety behavior, and food purchase behavior. The measurements that were developed from this research showed proper levels of validity and reliability. Therefore, these measurements can be used to gauge a society`s level of consumer food safety orientation. Further development on food safety orientation index will be useful to push forward to better level of food safety and increased levels of consumer well-being.

        영유아 대상 물티슈 이용 소비자의 이용행태와 안전추구행동

        생활화학가정용품의 위해성은 실제로 제품이 사용되는 현장을 기준으로 안전에 대한 평가를 내려야 하며 그에 따른 안전 정책을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 소비자의 물티슈 이용패턴과 안전인식 및 안전행동을 알아봄으로써 가정용 생활화학용품의 안전기준과 정책을 수립하는 데 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과, 소비자들은 영유아의 민감한 신체부위를 닦는 용도로 물티슈를 사용할 경우 영유아전용 물티슈를 사용하는 경향을 보였다. 물티슈의 제품유형을 일반용과 영유아용으로 구분하는 표준이나 규제가 명확하게 수립되어 있지 않음에도 불구하고 소비자들이 영유아용 물티슈 제품을 더 안전한 것으로 오인할 여지가 있음을 알 수 있다. 소비자의 물티슈 이용빈도와 이용량, 이용시간을 포함한 이용패턴을 살펴본 결과 영유아의 월령이 어릴수록 더 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타나 신체적으로 더 취약한 어린 영유아가 물티슈에 더 많이 노출되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 소비자의 물티슈 관련 안전인식과 위해성 인지를 살펴본 결과 대다수의 소비자들은 물티슈의 위해성에 대해 접해본 경험이 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, 물티슈 제품에 대한 정부의 관리감독에 대해 낮게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 위해성에 대해 인지하고 있는지에 따라 물티슈 사용량에는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 물티슈 사용에 대해 소비자가 주의를 기울이는 수준이 높지 않은 것을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 소비자가 제품의 표시사항을 믿을수록 더 적극적인 안전추구 집단에 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 소비자가 믿을 수 있는 표시정보가 제공됨으로써 소비자의 신뢰를 구축하여 소비자가 제품의 안전정보를 적절히 활용할 수 있는 기반을 만들기 위한 정보의 양적 확대 및 질적 향상이 함께 이루어질 필요가 있음을 의미한다. This study aimed to examine consumers' use pattern of wet wipes for their infants and consumer safety consciousness and safety behavior. The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental research data for making safety policy of chemical household products. The results are as follows. First, when consumers wipe their infants' sensitive areas of the body, they tended to choose baby wipes which is labeled for sensitive skin of infants. It means consumers have more confidence in baby wipes than wet wipes for general use. Although there is no standard and regulation of wet wipe product types, consumers misinterpret baby wipes for infants as safer baby care products. Second, consumer use pattern including frequency, amount, and use time was higher for younger infants, since there are more needs to use wet wipes for younger infants such as changing diapers. It shows that younger infants are more explored to wet wipes, which may cause harm to their delicate body. Third, most of consumers have heard about health risk when using wet wipes, and they evaluate the regulative activities of the government poorly. Also, there is no significant effect on the amount of use regarding consumers' perception of health risk for using wet wipes, which means that consumers do not pay attention to using wet wipes. Forth, consumers perceive that there is lack of information about wet wipes. When consumers have more trust in labels of products, they tend to be clustered into the active safety pursuit behavior group. It needs to improve safety information quantitatively as well as qualitatively by achieving reliable product labelling and constructing trust of reliable product label regarding its safety issue.

      • 대학생의 돈에 대한 태도 및 물질주의 성향

        The purpose of this study was to identify money attitudes and materialism among Korean university students. For this study, questionnaire survey method was conducted and 300 university students were selected. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, and descriptive analysis were utilized. The results were as follows: First, the money attitudes were composed of six factors and they were categorized by six clusters. Most university students believed money is a tool for emotional satisfaction, while the least number of students were niggardly of money. Second, materialism were composed of two factors and they were categorized by two clusters. Generally the level of materialism among Korean university students found not to be high for the precedent outputs.

      • 편의점 PB상품에 대한 소비자인식 및 구매결정영향요인

        This study examines that how a consumer perceives and purchases the private brand goods at the convenience store. For this study, a consumer survey has been conducted in Cheongju from August 18 to August 22. 2008 and 292 responses have been used for analysis. In terms of the analysis, descriptive statistics, cross tabulation analysis, t-Test and regression, etc. have been adopted with SPSS 12.0 for Windows. The findings of this study are as follows; First, almost of the consumers who have the purchasing experience of private brand goods at the convenience store think the price is very important fact for the decision making situation. Consumers who have not the purchasing experience of private brand goods at the convenience store does not choose the PB goods for the lack of perception about PB goods. They don't have a willingness to buy the private brand goods at the convenience store. Second, preference and purchase experience are statistically effective variables to choose the PB goods at the convenience store among many independent variables like price perception, preference, purchase experience, value perception, quality difference. And the coefficient is different by age of consumers. Third, preference is the most affective factor to buy PB goods at the convenience store among the other factors to affect purchasing decision making. Value perception and quality difference are also important factors to buy PB goods at the convenience store.

        일반논문 : 개성공단의 안정적 운영과 법치경제의 모색 -고용, 임금, 분쟁에 관한 노동법제를 중심으로

        이 논문의 연구목적은 개성공단에서 노동법제의 불안정성이 지속되는 원인을 분석함으로써 법치경제의 실현을 통한 공단의 안정적 운영방안을 모색하는 것이다. 지난 10여 년간 남북 경협의 장으로서 지속되어 온 개성공단에서 임금문제를 비롯한 노동법제의 불안정성이 지속되는 원인은 무엇인가? 이 논문은 개성공단에서 운용되는 노동법제 중 1)근로자의 고용과 해고, 2)임금의 결정과 지급, 그리고 3)공단의 관리·운영과 상사분쟁을 중심으로 개성공단 노동법제의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 개성공단의 안정적 운영방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 첫 번째로, 남북은 중장기적으로 입주기업이 근로자를 직접 모집하고 근로계약을 체결하는 방안을 모색함과 동시에 노동력 공급의 문제를 해결하기 위해 근로자 숙소의 건설문제를 전향적으로 협의할 필요가 있다. 두 번째로, .개성공업 지구법.에 명시된 ‘임금의 직접불 원칙’을 이행함으로써 대외적 투명성을 보장하여야 한다. 세 번째로, 개성공단 내 행위자라 할 수 있는 남북 당국과 관리기관, 그리고 입주기업의 역할이 선순환의 구조를 형성하도록 관리·운영체제를 합리적으로 조정할 필요가 있다. This paper gives analyses on the labor legislation in Gaeseong Industrial Complex. Gaeseong Industrial Complex can be a valuable project for the formation of economic community in Korean peninsula. First of all, the labor legislation remains rigid principles in employment. Secondly, we must consolidate of direct payment system in Gaeseong. Finally, now a day, the construction of dispute resolution system is very flexible and ineffective in the Industrial Complex. South and North Korean government need to promote stability for practical purposes in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex.
