        대학운동부 학부모들이 지각하는 지도자 이미지와 지도자 신뢰, 지도자 만족, 관계품질 개선에 관한 실증연구

        This paper analyzed the relationship among leadership image, leader trust, leader satisfaction, and related quality recognized by the parents of university sports team and attained the conclusion as follows. First, the factors including qualification and speciality as leader image had a significant effect on perception trust and behavior trust as leader trust, and the factor of attitude including leader image had a significant effect on behavior trust as leader trust. Second, the factors including attitude, qualification, and speciality as leader image had a significant effect on leader satisfaction as leader satisfaction. Third, the factors including qualification and speciality as leader image had a significant effect on relationship satisfaction and relationship trust as relationship quality, and the factors including attitude and speciality as leader image had a significant effect on relationship absorption as relationship quality.

        대학의 교양체육 수업에서 교수의 지도행동유형과 학생들의 내적동기, 성취목표지향성, 수업만족도의 관계 분석

        This study analyzed the relationship between of the professor"s instruction behavioral Pattern and student"s inner motivation, purpose accomplishment orientation, and classwork satisfaction in cultural physical education classwork at universities. First, the training direction behavior factor of guidance behavior pattern had a significant effect on interest efforts of inner motivation, the democratic behavior factor of guidance behavior pattern had a significant effect on capability interest of inner motivation, and democratic behavior, authoritarian behavior factor of guidance behavior pattern had a significant effect on tension of inner motivation. Second, training direction behavior, democratic behavior factors of guidance behavior pattern had a significant effect on assignment target, self-target of accomplishment target orientation, and authoritarian behavior factor of guidance behavior pattern had a significant effect on self-target of accomplishment target orientation. Third, training direction behavior factors of guidance behavior pattern had a significant effect on physical satisfaction, educational satisfaction of classwork satisfaction.

        인터넷 자료 및 국내 연구에서 바라본 태권도 해외 취업 동향 및 견해

        This study is an analysis of the trend and view on the taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment, based on internet material and native study. First of all, the internet article mostly deals with the news of instructor’s employment, as for taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. Concretely, the contents are mostly the education for taekwondo leader foster, the way to help taekwondo specialist employed and dispatched overseas, and ‘the contents of mutual cooperation concerning instructor dispatch’. The article not concerning the instructor doesn’t appear on internet. So, the opinion is suggested that information has to be supplied and that employment procedure has to be known about the overseas jobs except instructors. As for the inquiry and counseling related to taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment written on internet blog, mostly the contents were related to taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. They wanted to be employed as instructors as well as to immigrate abroad. It was a limitation that the specialists couldn’t but be employed as an instructor, though they wanted to immigrate abroad. That is, the field and scope concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment has to be expanded as soon as possible. In our country, the study about the persons majoring in taekwondo is not executed so many. As for the study trend, the studies were progressed, concerning the ability, behavior and anxiety of the persons majoring in taekwondo due to employment and concerning the education program for overseas employment improvement. The study was not enough, concerning the kinds, success case, employment procedure, and development strategy. The study applied actually was not so many. A for the trend, based on the contents described on internet material native study, first, the kind was not presented at all, concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment field, second, the field and scope were only the instructor, concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. Third, the actual material was not so many, concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment and information supply. Last, the views described as follows in order to improve taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. First, it is necessary to expand and apply employment field of native takwondo. second, the other kind has to be searched, except taekwondo employment which links employment centering physical education. Third, the propelling and fruits of the study to be publicized on-line and off-line, related to trusted subjects and policy subjects about employment field expansion, application, and efficiency of employment in native taekwondo field. Fourth, on the basis of native case, overseas employment strategy and method have to be found. Fifth, in the level of Kukkiwon or the Korea Taekwondo Association, taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment has to be propelled with active concernment.

        COVID-19 상황에서 대학 운동선수의 운동스트레스가 정서적 요인에 미치는 효과 : 운동몰입 및 탈진을 중심으로

        This study aims at clarifying the effect on university student player’s sports immersion and exhaustion due to COVID-19 in the area of elite sports. So, this study leaded to the conclusion as follows. First, the factors of lead stress, course stress, and training stress had a significant effect statistically on perception immersion of sports immersion. Leisure stress factor had a significant effect statistically on behavior immersion of sports immersion. Second, all factors of sports stress didn’t have a significant effect statistically on psychological-physical reduction of exhaustion related to sports stress. The factor of course stress had a significant effect statistically on achievement lack of exhaustion. The factors of course stress and training stress had a significant effect statistically on value loss of exhaustion.

        체육계열 대학생의 전공연계 봉사활동 참여 동기에 따른 전공만족도, 직업가치관 형성, 진로준비행동의 관계 분석

        This Dissertation analyzes the relationship among satisfaction with majors, establishment of job values, and behavior for course preparation, depending on university student"s participation motivation in voluntary service activity related with Majors. First, the factors of self-development motivation and great cause motivation, parts of participation motivation, had affirmative effects on satisfaction with subjects, satisfaction with relationship, and satisfaction with recognition. Great cause motivation, a part of participation motivations, had an affirmative effect on satisfaction on lessons. Second, the factor of leisure motivation, a part of participation motivation, had an affirmative effect on course recognition, a part of job values, and the factors of self-development motivation, great cause motivation, and leisure motivation, parts of participation motivations, had an affirmative effect on job selection a part of job values. Third, the factors of self-development motivation, a part of participation motivation, had an affirmative effect on preparation behavior, a part of course preparation behaviors, and the factors of self-development motivation and leisure motivation, the parts of participation motivation, had an affirmative effect on exploration activity, a part of course preparation activity.

        초등학생 태권도 수련의 재미요인이 신체적 자기효능감, 또래관계, 사회성 발달에 미치는 영향

        This paper aims at analyzing the effect on physical self-effectiveness, peer relation, and sociality development of interest factor in elementary school student"s Taekwondo training. First, the factors of escape usual life, human relation and competitiveness, as factors of interest, had an affirmative factor on recognized physical ability, physical self-expression confidence, as physical self-effectiveness. Second, human relation factor, as factor of interest, had an affirmative effect on have-or have-not of friend in peer relation, continuity of company, adaptation to friends, and life in community, competition factor for win, as factor of interest, had an affirmative effect on have-or have-not of friend in peer relation, continuity of company, adaptation to friends, and the factors of escape usual life, as factor of interest, had an affirmative effect on adaptation to friends in peer relation, and life in community. Third, human relation factor, as factor of interest, had an affirmative effect on responsibility, sociality, cooperation, control, and planning, development of sociality, and factor of winning competition, as factor of interest, had an affirmative effect on responsibility, sociality, cooperation, and control, and the factors of escape usual life, as factor of interest, had an affirmative effect on sociality, cooperation, and control, development of sociality.

        체육학과 교수의 멘토링 역할에 따른 학생들의 셀프리더십, 학업적 자기효능감, 대학생활만족의 관계 분석

        This paper analyzed the relationship among the mentoring role of department of physical education professor, self-leadership, academic self-effectiveness, and satisfaction with university life of the student and drew the conclusion as follows. First, the career development function factor, role model function factor of mentoring role had a significant affect on the behavior strategy, recognition strategy of self-leadership. Second, the physiosocial function, role model function of mentoring role had a significant affect on the task difficulty level preference, confidence of academic self-effectiveness, and the career development function factor, role model function factor of mentoring role had a significant affect on the self-control effectiveness of academic self-effectiveness. The role model function of mentoring role had a significant affect on the overall university life, educational quality of satisfaction with university life, and the physiosocial function factor, career development function factor, and role model function factor had a significant affect on the administrative welfare services of the satisfaction with university life.

        운동재활종사자들의 운동재활에 대한 인식 및 활용 정도

        This study is to verify how specialists engaged in rehabilitation exercise understand rehabilitation exercise itself, and to know how precisely they are aware of the effectiveness, based on the necessity of rehabilitation exercise and difference with existing rehabilitation activity, and utilize their knowledge. For the study, we conducted survey targeting specialists engaged in rehabilitation exercise and performed in-depth analysis with their experimental aspect. The study suggest the followings. Those engaged in rehabilitation exercise understand that rehabilitation exercise includes preventive and enhancement activity for normal person as well as the process of rehabilitation of patient by enhancing their body problem. Which means, they are fully aware of the necessity and scope of rehabilitation exercise. But, in reality, the rehabilitation exercise has been heavily focused on patients group. Meanwhile, for normal person, the rehabilitation exercise which can be conducted for illness/injury prevention and health improvement has not been actively made.

        대학의 교양체육 실기 교과목 선호도 분석

        This study is considered by subjective position to explore the factor that preference analysis, practical subject of liberal Physical Education for University students. First, in order to achieve this purpose, this study conducted the process by extracting preliminary items, two items(first: preceding research / second: expert group), and rated the fit of items and tested the content validity of items. Finally I extracted the statements composed of the 63 final Q items. Also in this study I selected P-Sample of 24 students who had an experiences participated in liberal Physical Education and were majoring in one department except Physical Education. According to Q-sorting classification method, 21 students’ data was classified by force in the Q-Sorting Chart. 3 students’ insincere or unfaithful answers were excepted. I coded Q-Sample classified to distribution chart to accord point and carried into effect Principal Component Analysis through the QUANL, PC program. The conclusions of this study were derived as follows. First, three types were analyzed in exploring preference of practical subject at University Liberal Physical Education. In this analysis, it was verified that types I was an individual event chaser, types II was ball and group event chaser, types Ⅲ was a trend event chaser. As a result of analyzing coincident items among three types, the descriptions showed affirmative consent by ‘Bowling’, ‘Archery’, ‘Tennis’, ‘Hiking’ and ‘Camping.’
