        본 연구는 후 소아마비증후군(Post-Polio Syndrome: PPS)과 관련된 선행연구를 중심으로, 우리나라 소아마비장애인의 현실에 맞는 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)의 인식 수준을 측정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하고, 이를 활용하여 측정한 후, 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)이 중·장년층 소아마비장애인의 자아존중감과 우울에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 탐색적으로 규명하고자 하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서 다음과 같은 연구문제를 제시하였다. 첫째, 중․장년기 소아마비장애인들의 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)에 대한 인식 수준은 어느 정도인가? 둘째, 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)의 인식 정도에 따라 소아마비장애인의 심리적 안녕감(자아존중감과 우울을 중심으로)의 수준은 차이가 있는가? 본 연구의 분석에 사용된 종속변수는 연구대상자인 중·장년층 소아마비장애인의 심리적 안녕감의 한 요인인 자아존중감과 우울이며, 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 조사방법을 사용하였다. 이를 위해 소아마비협회와 지체장애인협회 그리고 자조(自助)모임을 통해 서울 및 수도권에 거주하는 40세 이상의 장애인 중 소아마비장애인을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 124개의 자료를 수집하였다. 총 124개의 사례가 분석에 사용되었고, 집단비교를 위해 t검증, 자아존중감과 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 위계적 다중회귀분석방법을 실시하였으며 분석 결과 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 중․장년층 소아마비장애인의 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)의 정도가 비교적 높고, 자아존중감 정도도 비교적 높고, 우울 정도는 약간 높은 것으로 나타났다. 교육수준(p<.01)과 가구소득수준(p<.01), 혼인상태(p<.05)에 따른 중․장년층 소아마비장애인의 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)은 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 여성(평균값=72.48)이 남성(평균값=68.17)보다 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)의 정도가 약간 높은 것으로 나타났다. 교육수준(p<.001)과 혼인상태(p<.001), 가구소득수준(p<.01)에 따른 중․장년층 소아마비장애인의 자아존중감은 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 여성(21.91%)이 남성(28.68%)보다 자아존중감의 정도가 약간 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 혼인상태(p<.001)와 가구소득수준(p<.001), 교육수준(p<.05), 장애급수(p<.05)에 따른 중․장년층 소아마비장애인의 우울은 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 여성(평균값=44.67)이 남성(평균값=44.16)보다 우울의 정도가 약간 높은 것으로 나타났다. 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)의 정도에 따라 자아존중감과 우울감에는 별다른 영향이 나타나지 않았고, 혼인상태와 교육수준, 가구소득수준에 따라 자아존중감과 우울에 영향을 미치는 결과가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자료를 분석한 결과 교육수준과 가구소득수준이 높은 소아마비장애인의 빈도가 높아 대표성을 띠기에는 부족한 면이 있었기 때문이라 할 수 있다. 또한 아직은 우리나라에서 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)에 대한 소아마비장애인 당사자들의 인식이 낮기 때문이라 할 수 있다. 현재 실제적으로 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)으로 신체적으로 고통을 겪고, 그로인해 심리적 안녕감에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 소아마비 장애인이 발생하고 있고, 또한 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)의 가능성이 있는 소아마비 장애인의 인구 비율이 점점 높아지고 있어, 후 소아마비증후군(PPS)에 대한 정확한 연구가 필요하다고 생각한다. 실천현장의 전문가들은 소아마비장애인의 지지망을 사정하고 이에 개입하는데 필요한 지식과 기술을 갖출 필요가 있다. 이러한 지지망들이 정서적 지원뿐만 아니라 장애인들이 생활하는데 필요한 실질적이고도 구체적인 지원을 하는 기술도 필요하다. 장애인의 생계보장 등의 사회적 지원이 부족한 우리나라의 현실을 고려해 볼 때 가족이나 주변의 사회적 지지가 부족한 소아마비장애인들의 심리적 안녕감은 상대적으로 부정적인 영향을 미칠 가능성이 높다. 따라서 현재 장애인의 직접적 소득보장의 기준이 되고 있는 장애정도와 소득수준이라는 두 가지 선별주의적 할당기준을 완화하여 사회적 지지망이 부족한 장애인들까지로 대상의 폭을 확대할 필요성이 있다. 주요어 : 장애인, 소아마비 장애인, 후 소아마비증후군(Post-Polio Syndrome), 자아존중감, 우울 The study is developed from previous research on Post-Polio Syndrome(PPS) and suggests a barometer to measure the levels of PPS which is realistically met with the people with polio disability in Korea. The purpose of this study is to make a close examination of how PPS affects middle-aged people with polio disability in self-esteem and depression. Two research questions are explored in this study. First, to what extent is PPS prevalent among middle-aged people with polio disability? Secondly, are there differences in psychological well-being(focusing on self-esteem and depression) depending on the experience levels of PPS? A survey method using structured questionnaire was used to collect data. Study samples with polio disability aged 40 or over living in Seoul and metropolitan areas were recruited from the help of Korea Polio Association, Korea Association of Persons with Physical Disabilities and self-support clut (volunteering assemblies for achieving special purposes for some peer groups). I used 124 responses in total for analysis. T-tests for group comparisons and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed to examine factors affecting self-esteem and depression. Major results from the analysis are the followings. For middle-aged people with polio disability, the PPS was comparatively high, self-esteem was comparatively high, too, and depression was a little high. Their PPS level has meaningful differences according to the educational background, marital status and family income level The females' PPS (average value = 72.48) was a little higher than the males' PPS (average value = 68.17). Their self-esteem has meaningful differences according to the educational background, marital status and family income level The females' self-esteem(21.91%) was a little lower than the males' self-esteem(28.68%). Their depressive symptoms were statistically significantly different by the educational background, marital status and family income level. The level of depression for females (average value = 44.67) was a little higher than that for males (average value = 44.16). Depending on the extent of PPS, I cannot see much influence on self-esteem and depression, but depending on marital status, educational background and family income level, I can see much influence on self-esteem and depression. The consequence of the data is that the frequency of the people who had higher education and higher family income level was high among people with polio disability so it is hard for the research to have representation. Also, people with polio disability don't have a lot of awareness of PPS. Currently the number of people with polio disability who suffer from PPS, and it gives them negative influences on their psychological well-being. The number of people with polio disability with potential PPS are getting larger in population. The awareness of this syndrome has potential for welfare policy and practice for those with physical disabilities and further research with advanced measure of PPS and representative sample are needed. need more precise study for PPS.

      • 現實治療集團商談프로그램이 中學生의 憂鬱感과 自我尊重感에 미치는 影響

        본 연구는 중학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 現實治療 集團商談프로그램이 憂鬱感 감소와 自我尊重感 향상에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 중학교 1학년은 초등학교의 어린이라는 입장을 벗어나 청소년이라는 시기를 막 들어서고 사춘기의 과정에 입문한 시기이다. 변화가 가능한 시기의 학생들에게 개인의 선택과 선택에 대한 즐거움을 강조하는 現實治療 集團商談 프로그램은 학생들의 憂鬱感 감소와 自我尊重感 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 대상 그룹은 안산시 상록구에 소재하는 00중학교 1학년 학생들 중 10명을 통제집단으로 하고, 안산시 상록구에 위치한 00보습학원 중학교 1학년 학생들 중 10명을 실험집단으로 하였다. 실험집단은 정규 수업이 끝난 평일 오후 1시간가량 8일 동안 8회분의 現實治療 집단 프로그램을 실시하였다. 효과에 대한 검증방법으로는 실험 및 통제집단에게 憂鬱感과 自我尊重感 검사를 事前, 事後로 실시하여 비교하였다. 우울감과 自我尊重感의 事前 검사는 프로그램 실시 전날 이루어졌고, 事後 검사는프로그램 종료 7일 후에 실시하여, 集團商談 프로그램 실시 전·후로 나누어 비교하였다. 연구의 가설은 첫째, 現實治療 집단 프로그램 실시 후에 실험집단은 통제집단보다 憂鬱感 감소에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 둘째, 現實治療 집단 프로그램 실시 후에 실험집단은 통제집단보다 自我尊重感이 유의미하게 상승할 것이다. 연구 도구는 憂鬱感 검사와 自我尊重感 검사를 사용하였다. 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 現實治療 프로그램에 참가한 실험집단은 통제집단보다 憂鬱感이 유의미하게 감소하였다. 둘째, 現實治療 프로그램은 실험집단의 自我尊重感을 향상시키는데 유의미하게 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구를 통해 現實治療 프로그램이 학생들의 憂鬱感을 감소시키는데 효과가 있었고, 自我尊重感을 향상시키는데 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 끝으로 논의와 결론으로는 본 연구의 시사점과 의의, 향후 연구방향에 대해 제언하였다. In this study, I used melancholy sentiments in place of melancholia which is usually considered as somewhat abnormal symptom. It is based on hypothesis can be changed by choice and action of self. And the purpose of this study is aimed at youth of transitional period entering into puberty from primary kids, especially first year in middle school students. I came into operation Reality Therapy group counselling program emphasizing students' individual selection and pleasure. And it is to verify its effect on the decrease of melancholia and the rise of self-esteem. To inspect its effect, I made a practice and the experimental or control group compared with pre-inspection and ex post facto inspection. The hypothesis of this study is as follows : 1st, experimental group will be more influence on the drop of melancholy sentiments than control group after exercising Reality Therapy group program. 2nd, the self-esteem of experimental group will rise more meaningfully than control group. The important result of this study is as follows : 1st, The melancholy sentiments of experimental group participated in Reality Therapy Program dropped more than control group. 2nd, Reality Therapy program influenced on going up self-esteem of experimental group. By this study, I confirmed that Reality Therapy program had an effect on decreasing students' depression and rising self-esteem. Lastly, I proposed a suggestion, meaning, limit of study and direction of this study hereafter.

Cause consumer's desire is changing continually, enterprise is using advertisement to promote efficiently on sales activity. One of these purpose advertisement, choose typography media of advertisement. Researched problems of photography on magazine advertisement and one's applications, especially photography's role and the way of expression by analyzing into <Esquire>for man, and <VOGUE>for woman. Fashion ad. photo is connoting that not only encourage enterprise's image and promote one's profit, but also to make rise in position as give an impression of good brand image. For fashion ad photo's devising creative strategy, classified Image formation, express formality and techniques, analyzed these things and theoretical inquiry as well. Remarkable difference between magazine for woman and for man, as the result of research, magazine for woman's thickness and ad. occupying rate on magazine was higher than for man but recently magazine for man is developing more than woman's quantitatively as well as qualitatively. Above all, expression by image constitutional fact, It was found out that indoor photographing and dynamic pose is more general than location and static pose. sensuous and aesthetic ad. was expressed by model's eyes, conscious face.. There is a problem, rely upon foreign model nevertheless magazine is domestic. magazine for man focused on directly selling product, on the other hand, magazine for woman focused on model centered advertisement's image. In general, more over 80% of expression formality were the way directly present product, situation form, sensuous image expression form. At last, in camera position close up and medium shot occupied more over 80% , so the aim was make an objective observation to show product's reality through consumer's visual concentrate effect. The most famous method in fashion ad. photo is background out focused image by telephoto lens, compare with mono tone and color, color intend to raise visual effect universally, seasonal atmosphere, product's image and brand image by color expression. Therefore, present followings to express effectively on magazine ad. image. Fashion ad.'s image expression should have persuasive to consumer as creative image. Don't be biased by sensitive expression, should express product's quality and image, should be recognized to consumer by consistent image. Exuviate from copying habitude and be required creative view to deviate from limited expression and camera technique. Should offer various and new image by technical development, correct application of computer compound image. On the other hand, withered printing media by appearance of digital technology that is, the Fashion magazine should be specialized as a individual creative. Finally, to deal with rivalry advertisement era, should reflect characteristic situation of the brand and consumer's peculiarity at the same time, make a distinction between ad.'s formality, type and technique in various fact as the fashion trend.

        This study aims to examine and review how adequate secondary school teacher appointment examination is for the purpose of evaluating quality and ability required to be a Korean teacher by analyzing question items in appointment exam for Korean education. For its goal, this study is targeting on grammar questions of teacher appointment exams between 1997 and 2013, including sample questions for the exam in 2014 as subjects of study. And it investigates the relation between its subjects and following three criteria. For the first criterion of analysis, this study takes 'Teacher Qualification Criteria' and 'Elements of Evaluation Areas and Contents' presented by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation. Next, this study analyzed question items of appointment exam with high school textbooks on grammar as the second criterion. It is for the purpose of checking if the secondary school teacher appointment examination appropriately includes 'knowledge on Korean' that will be taught in real education context. Finally, the main goal of a teacher appointment examination is to select a teacher with the ability to teach knowledge, but not just with knowledge itself. That is, knowing how to teach something is every bit as important as knowing it. With this point, the third criterion is the proportion of questions related to how to teach Korean in appointment examination compared to knowledge on Korean. As the result of item analysis, it is founded that the secondary school teacher appointment test has given too much emphasis on specific elements of evaluation contents and areas in light of all the proposed criteria above. This imbalance in set question areas must be an obstacle to achieving the objective of teacher appointment examination and having validity and reliability on the evaluation. Therefore, research suggests the following specific improvement plans. First, 'Teacher Qualification Criteria' and 'Elements of Evaluation Areas and Contents', the evaluation standards presented by Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation need to be reset. When resetting them, the number of subcategories of evaluation areas and contents must be rearranged by their importance and 'Two Dimensional Classification of Test Objectives' have to be made openly. With these suggestions, the unequal distribution of evaluation contents and areas can be relieved and various elements of evaluation contents and areas will be able to be evenly reflected in the examination. Finally, there are some following effects with the efforts discussed above. The Educational Institution as an evaluation committee can achieve the objective of teacher appointment examination that is to select prospective teachers who can teach something effectively. And examinees can take the reliable exam that is suitable for the objective and range for evaluation. Teachers can refer to the teacher appointment examination as an example for good evaluation. In addition, it can have a positive influence on constructing curriculum of Korean education in the College of Education and will be a tool of checking and improving teachers' quality and ability.
