        유소년 태권도 선수들의 칼슘량, 신체구성, 등속성 근기능 간의 상관성 및 수련정도별 재변인의 차이

        본 연구는 초등학교 남학생 총 40명을 대상으로 골 성장의 지표인 칼슘량과 신체구성, 등속성 근기능 간의 상관성을 살피고, 태권도 수련정도에 따라 3집단(트레이닝 1년 집단, Tx1; 트레이닝 2년 집단, Tx2; 트레이닝 3년 집단, Tx3)으로 분류하여 태권도 수련경험이 없는 통제군의 칼슘량, 신체구성 및 등속성 구심성/원심성 근수축 변인들과의 차이를 분석한 결과 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 칼슘량과 지방량, 근육량 간의 편상관성을 조사한 결과 칼슘량은 지방량과 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관(r=-0.350, p=0.031)을, 근육량과는 양의 상관(r=0.470, p=0.002)을 나타내었다. 둘째, 칼슘량과 등속성 근기능의 편상관을 조사한 결과 칼슘량과 구심성 근수축 변인 간에 통계적으로 유의한 상관성을 보인 변인들은 우측 굴근의 TWB와 APB로 나타났고, 좌측 굴근의 경우는 모든 변인들에서, 좌측 신근에서는 TWB와 APB에서만 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 칼슘량과 원심성 근수축 변인 간에는 우측 굴근의 PTB만을 제외하고는 모든 변인들에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관성을 나타내었다. 셋째, 칼슘량과 신체구성의 차이를 조사한 결과 칼슘량은 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한(F=3.615, p=0.023) 차이를 나타낸 반면, 지방량과 체지방률 및 근육량에서는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 넷째, 구심성 근수축시 양측 하지의 굴근과 신근의 변인들은 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 다섯째, 원심성 근수축시 우측과 좌측 굴근의 변인들은 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았으나, 우측 신근의 경우는 APB(F=2.874, p=0.050)에서만 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었고, 좌측 신근의 경우는 PTB(F=6.624, p=0.001), TWB(F=5.203, p=0.005) 및 APB(F=3.726, p=0.020) 모두에서 집단 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 궁극적으로 성장하는 아이들에게 골의 건강을 위해서는 근육량이 매우 중요한 요인이며, 태권도 수련을 적어도 3년 이상 지속하되, 트레이닝의 형태를 구심성 근기능의 형태 보다는 원심성 근기능의 형태로 프로그램을 작성하여 제공하는 것이 골 성장에 바람직한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of calcium mass, body composition, and isokinetic muscular functions and to demonstrate the effectiveness of Taekwondo training carriers on calcium mass, body composition(measured with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry), and isokinetic muscular functions in 30 young men (Tx1: training duration 1 year group, n=10, Tx2: training duration 2 year group, n=10, Tx3: training duration 3 year group, n=10) compared with 10 young men (control group), who didn`t experience the Taekwondo. In the results, at first, a significant negative relationship(r=-0.350, p=0.031) was found between calcium mass and fat mass, whereas a significant positive relationship(r=0.470, p=0.002) was found between calcium mass and muscle mass. At second, there were statistically significant correlated between calcium mass and isokinetic concentric contraction factors-TWB and APB of right leg flexor, all variables of left leg flexor, and TWB and APB of left leg extensor. As these results, there were statistically significant correlated among calcium mass and all of the variables in isokinetic eccentric contraction factors except for PTB of right leg flexor. At third, only the calcium mass out of body composition was significantly(F=3.615, p=0.023) different among four groups. At fourth, although the concentric contraction factors of both legs were not significantly different among four groups, almost of variables in Tx3 were higher than those of the other three groups. At last, there were not significantly different in eccentric contraction factors of both leg flexors, however, there were significantly different in APB(F=2.874, p=0.050) of right leg extensor and PTB(F=6.624, p=0.001), TWB(F=5.203, p=0.005), APB(F=3.726, p=0.020) of left leg extensor. In conclusion, I found that if young men achieved an ideal bone health through Taekwondo, an exercise duration should be continued for more or less 3 years, and a training type should be involved in eccentric muscular concentric factors.

        대학생들의 자기 주도적 운동 적용을 위한 운동자각 및 건강관련체력에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 대학생들의 자기 주도적 운동 자각 및 건강관련체력에 대하여 연구하고 이러한 기초자료를 제시하여 대학생들에게 자기 주도적 운동에 도움을 주고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 강원도 춘천의 “H”대학교의 교양체육 수업을 수강하는 대학생 822명(남자: 444명, 여자: 378명)을 대상으로 자기주도적 운동 적용을 위한 운동자각 및 건강관련체력을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료들은 SPSS Windows 20.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 각 항목별로 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과 자기주도 학습 준비도를 측정하는 척도인 SDLRS (Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale) 결과로는 자기주도적인 운동은 미래지향적임을 인지하고 있지만 운동의 독립성, 운동애착, 운동기회개방성, 운동기술은 평균적으로 보통 미만으로 나타났다. 또한 남학생과 여학생의 결과에서는 남학생이 대부분 높게 나타났다. 신체조성은 남자의 경우 BMI, 체지방률에서 평균보다 높은 수치를 나타냈다. 건강관련체력검사에서는 근력, 근지구력, 심폐지구력에서는 평균으로 나타났으나 순발력, 유연성에서는 연령평균 보다 낮은 수치를 나타냈다. 여성의 경우 BMI는 평균이었으나 체지방률이 평균보다 높게 나타났다. 건강관련체력에서 근력은 평균으로 나타났으나 근지구력, 순발력, 유연성, 심폐지구력은 평균보다 낮은 결과를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 아직 대학생활의 문화에 의하여 자기주도적인 운동을 실시하지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 운동을 통하여 건강의 중요성을 모르고 있는 것으로 생각되어 대학생들의 건강인식을 개선하여 자기 주도적으로 운동을 실시할 수 있게 추후 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. This Study is intended to examine the self-directed motor self-perception of the university students and the health-related physical fitness and to give some helps for the self-directed exercise of university students by suggesting such basic data. To do this, the motor self-perception and the health-related physical fitness were measured for applying the self-directed exercise of university students while targeting 822 university students (male: 444 and female: 378) who took the cultural physical education course at “H” university in Chuncheon, Gangwon-do. The average and the standard deviation of each item from the collected data were calculated by using the statistical program, ‘SPSS Windows 20.0’ and the following conclusion was deduced. As the results from this study, even though it is recognized that the self-directed exercise is future-oriented as the results from the SDLRS(Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale) as a scale for measuring the self-directed learning readiness of learners, it was found that the independence of an exercise, exercise attachment, openness of exercise opportunities and exercise skills were less than normal on average. In addition, according to the results from the study targeting the male and female students, in most cases, it was found that the values of male students were high. Regarding to the body composition, in case of males, it was found that the values of BMI and body fat percentage were higher than the average. From the health-related physical exam, it was found that the muscular strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance of the males were on average, but the ability to react and flexibility of the males were lesser than the average in their age bracket. In case of females, the BMI values of them were on average, but the body fact percentage were higher than the average. As far as the health-related physical fitness is concerned, it was found that the muscular strength of the females were on average. However, it was found that the muscular endurance, ability to react, flexibility and cardiovascular strength of them were less than the average. Since it is considered that such results show that the university students don’t know about the importance of health to be maintained by exercise as well as they don’t do any self-directed exercises at all due to the conventional culture of the Korean universities, it is assumed that many studies in the future will be required in order for such university students to do their self-directed exercises by improving their awareness of health.

        정주대학(Residential College)스포츠여가 참여와 웰니스, 생활만족과의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between life satisfaction and wellness of sports leisure activity participants among residential college students. The number of participants for this study is 220 from “H University” in Kangwon-do. The participants were selected from sports leisure activity participants residing in residential colleges. After target population was selected, one of the non-probability methods, purposive sampling method was applied. Questionnaires for this study were distributed to 220 students of the “H University” and 214 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS 14.0. As a result, the following results were found. First, statistically significant relationship wellness was found between participants’ characters; physical health(sex, grade, number of days to participate in leisure, length of time spent for leisure, health degree), emotional health(sex, number of days to participate in leisure, length of time spent for leisure, health degree), psychological health(grade, length of time spent for leisure, health degree), social health(grade, health degree), intellectual health(number of days to participate in leisure, health degree). Second, statistically significant relationship life satisfaction was found between participants’ characters; sex, number of days to participate in leisure, length of time spent for leisure, and health degree. third. the influence of life satisfaction on wellness were found to be statistically significant; physical health and emotional health.

        축구참여의 재미요인이 운동지속과 심리적행복감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the enjoyment factors and, the psychological well-being and the exercise adherence of the soccer participation. The subjects of this study were 478 people that is generality more than 20 years old and exercise as a soccer club member in 4 areas (Chuncheon, Wonju, Gangneung and Sokcho) across Gangwon Province as of September 2008. For the statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis(EFA), confirmatory factor analysis(CFA) and structural equation model(SEM) were employed. The Results of this analysis were as followed: First, the enjoyment factors gave positive impact to the exercise adherence directly[0.97(t=18.46). Second, the enjoyment factors gave positive impact to the psychological Well-being directly[-1.60(t=-2.40)], indirectly[2.25(t=3.37)] and totally [0.65(t=13.17)]. Third, the exercise adherence gave positive impact to the psychological well-being directly[2,31(t=3,44)].

        윈게이트 운동직후 세 가지 유형의 회복방법이 유도선수들의 혈중젖산농도와 중앙주파수에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 무산소성 윈게이트 운동직후 세 가지 유형의 회복방법이 근육의 피로정도를 어느 정도 회복시키는지를 알아보고자 12명의 유도선수들을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 세 가지 회복방법으로는 전신진동(whole body vibration, VibTx), 능동적 회복(dynamic recovery, DyTx) 및 수동적 회복(passive recovery, StaTx)방법을 이용하였다. 선수들의 생리적 회복정도를 파악하기 위하여 안정시, 운동직후, 운동 후 10분 및 운동 후 30분에 각각 혈중젖산농도와 근전도 상의 중앙주파수(median frequency)를 분석하였다. 실험결과, 젖산농도는 StaTx와 비교하여 VibTx와 DyTx에서 유의하게 감소하였고, VibTx와 DyTx에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 중앙주파수는 StaTx와 비교하여 VibTx와 DyTx에서 유의하게 증가하였고, VibTx와 DyTx에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 무산소성 운동 후 회복방법으로 휴식과 같은 수동적인 방법보다는 가볍게 움직이거나 진동플레이트로 회복을 유도하는 것이 근피로 회복에 더욱 바람직하다고 결론지을 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of three recovery methods on blood lactate and median frequency after anaerobic wingate test. Twelve Judo athletes were conducted to undergo whole body vibration recovery (VibTx), dynamic recovery (DyTx), passive recovery (StaTx) by random assignment after anaerobic test using the wingate cycle tests on one week interval. Blood lactate concentration and electromyography`s median frequency of the subjects were measured immediately before and after the tests, 10 min and 30 min after the experiment. Blood lactate concentration was significantly decreased in VibTx and DyTx compared to StaTx. And median frequency of electromyography was significantly increased in VibTx and DyTx compared to StaTx. However, there was no significant difference of blood lactate concentration and median frequency in VibTx and DyTx after wingate cycle tests. In conclusion, we suggest that VibTx and DyTx may be more effective than StaTx in shortening the recovery time of muscle fatigue.

        패러글라이딩 동호인의 참가정도가 운동지속 및 운동중독에 미치는 영향

        This study is based on adults, both male and female paragliding club members over 20years old in ‘Gyeonggi?do’ and ‘Gangwon?do’ for examining how the degree of participation of paragliding club members influences between exercise adherence and addiction, and it is finally used 232 copies of survey as a demonstration study out of 242 sampling which was used systematic stratifies cluster random sampling. In this study, by using SPSS 14.0 Version, it carried out inspection such as frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis: EFA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis for date-processing and analysis. The results of this study are following. First, the result appeared that the degree of participation (period and frequency) influences the ability of exercise, the environment of exercise, the habit of exercise and the interest of exercise that are the subordinate factor of exercise adherence. However, there is only the frequency difference in the partner of exercise. Second, the result appeared that the degree of participation (period and frequency) affects the desire of exercise which is the subordinate factor of exercise addiction, but there is merely the difference in the withdrawal symptom. Last, the result appeared that the exercise adherence (the ability of exercise, the environment of exercise, the habit of exercise, the interest of exercise and the partner of exercise) influences the feeling attachment which is the subordinate factor of exercise addiction, and the environment of exercise, the habit of exercise and the interest of exercise affect the desire of exercise. The habit of exercise and the partner of exercise also influence the withdrawal symptom.

        노인의 생활체육 참여가 우울증, 성생활 및 건강관련 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to show basic data and to give advice on the physical activity of senior citizens by examining how regular exercise influences sexual activity, depression, and health related fitness. This study is based on 669 males and females over 60 years old in ‘K’ province, and was executed through a questionnaire (on both sexual activity and depression) and a SFT (Senior Fitness Test). The results (p<.05) of this study, which according to analysis, are statistics (Chi-Square Analysis, T-test) created by using the SPSS version 12.0 : First, the rate of depression appeared low in the exercise group, for women(p=.001) in the Sex Group and in the 65-74 years old age group (p=.026). Second, sexual activity appeared high in the exercise group (p=.002) and in the 65-74 years old range, in the case of males. Sexual problems appeared low in the exercise group (p=.006) for both men and women; for women (p=.046) in the 65-74 years old, sex grouping (p=.019) in the age group. Last, health related fitness showed a superiority in the Grip Strength, 30Sec Chair Stand (p=.000), Arm Curl (p=.000) and the Two Minute Step Test (p=.013) respectively in the case of males. In the case of women, the Back Scratch [Right] (p=.000) was excellent, [Left] (p=.000) as well as the Chair Sit & Reach [Right] (p=.042). So the exercise group was generally superior and there was a significant difference in the Arm Curl (p=.012) for males and 30Sec Chair Stand (p=.041) for females.

        성인 남성의 하지 등속성 근력과 점프수행능력 간의 상관관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between lower limb(such as hip, knee, and ankle joint) isokinetic strength and jumping performance(such as squat jump, counter movement jump, and rebound jump) in male. Total thirty subjects were volunteered to lower limb isokinetic strength test in dominant foot and jumping performance test on three types. The Pearson correlation test was used to determine the relationship between lower limb isokinetic strength and jumping performance. The extensor isokinetic strength of the hip, knee, and ankle joint had a significant correlation with jumping performance(excluded between knee extensor isokinetic strength and rebound jump performance). and The significant correlation between knee flexor isokinetic strength and squat jumping performance. These results suggest that extensor strength important for jump performance, and then knee isokinetic strength can used indirectly prediction of jump performance.
