There has been a surge of interest in all aspects of service management in recent times. Today's businesses realize the importance of adding value to their service by giving customer satisfaction. These service can become essential part of operating a business because high service quality will induce the positioning advantage in the market and get customer loyalty to company. As a results, finding out where their service products belong to service industry is very important. This study examines that service businesses is classifying by customer involvement level. And this study presents to realize that when customer buy service products, how much service expectation occur on classifying service business by customer involvement and how much demographic factor influence customer involvement.

Organization characteristics is very important factors which raise the employee`s Empowerment and Job Attitude improve the service quality in service firm. The goal of this study is an effect of Organization characteristics such as Leadership, Followership, Empowerment, Job Attitude and Service Quality in service firms. Data has been collected from 247 respondents during March of 2007. The questionnaire method was adopted to collect the data for this study. The research was conducted by using SPSS 12.0. It was found that as follows: First, the Leadership was partly related positively to Empowerment and Job Attitude. Second, Followership was related positively to Empowerment and Job Attitude. Third, Empowerment was related positively to Job Attitude. Forth, Job Attitude was related positively to Service Quality. Thus, It also provides a core starategy that can effectively employee`s improve Job Attitude and service quality in service firm.

Since the pioneering study on JIT manufacturing system in the late of 1970s, many research papers have appeared in the literature on the philosophy and application of JIT. As a production strategy, JIT system works to reduce manufacturing costs and markedly improve quality by waste elimination and more effective use of existing company resources. JIT system cuts across all the managerial functions in the manufacturing field and offers numerous benefits such as ; low inventory and scrap cost better quality, faster response to design change, and enhanced productivity, and so on. This paper has attempted to review the stave of the art of JIT system and its literature has been categorized and issues relating to JIT highlighted. The major premise of this study is to ; (1) Classify JIT implementation literatures into conceptual studies, empirical studies, and mathematical models and/or simulation approach of JIT. (2) Identify and classify the implementation issues aspect of JIT. (3) Develop a strategic elements which are most commonly found to be critical issues to JIT implementation. (4) The role of culture in successful JIT implementation is proposed.
