손익구조변경공시의 흑자전환, 적자전환 정보가 주가에 미치는 영향

손익구조변경공시제도는 미확정 내부결산 정보를 신속히 공시하여 상장기업과 투자자 간 정보비대칭성을 해소하기 위한 중요한 제도임에도, 공시자료의 흑자전환, 적자전환의 정보가 주가에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 아직까지 없다. 기존의 연구는 어널리스트들의 당기순이익 전망치를 토대로 한 공시정보효과에 대한 분석에 그쳤으며, 일부 흑자전환, 적자전환 정보효과에 관한 연구가 있긴 했지만 연간데이터를 활용했기에 손익구조변경공시발표가 당일 혹은 익일 주가에 미치는 영향을 분석했다고 보기는 어렵다. 본 연구는 2020년부터 2022년까지 기간 중 손익구조변경공시를 한 상장기업을 대상으로 흑자전환, 적자전환 정보가 주가에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석한다. 상장기업을 각각 코스피기업과 코스닥기업으로 구분하고, 제조업과 비제조업으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 기존 연구들이 당기순이익정보만 이용한 것과 달리 손익구조변경공시의 또 다른 주요정보인 영업이익 정보를 고려하였다. 일별 데이터를 분석하였기에 해당일 거래량 정보도 고려하여 영업이익과 당기순이익의 흑자전환, 적자전환의 공시정보가 주가에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 연구결과 코스피, 코스닥의 모든 기업을 대상으로 한 전체회귀모형에서 영업이익정보가 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기존 공시효과연구들이 당기순이익정보에 의존한 모형의 한계점을 보여주는 결과이다. 코스피기업의 경우 당기순이익 적자전환정보의 경우만 주가에 음(-)의 관계를 보여주었고, 이는 투자자들이 당기순이익의 적자전환정보에 민감히 반응한다는 것으로 생각할 수 있다. 이는 이한재·김영빈(2006)의 당기순이익적자전환이 주가와 음(-)의 관계가 있다는 것과 일치하며, 송인만·박연희(2004)의 당기순이익흑자전환만 의미 있다는 결과와는 다소 배치된다. 반면, 코스닥기업의 경우 당기순이익은 유의하지 않게 나왔으며, 영업이익흑자전환은 유의한 양(+)의 값을, 영업이익적자전환은 유의한 음(-)의 값을 보여주었고, 이는 코스닥기업의 경우 영업이익이 투자자들에게 중요한 변수임을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 코스피의 경우 상대적으로 효율적으로 작동하여 공시정보의 효과가 작았으며, 당기순이익적자정보에만 반응한 반면, 코스닥의 경우 상대적으로 투자자들간 비대칭적으로 정보가 있었고, 당기순이익이 아닌 영업이익에 더 반응하고 있었다. 또한 코스피, 코스닥시장별로 제조업, 비제조업으로 구분하여 회귀분석한 결과, 코스닥기업이면서 제조업의 경우만 영업이익흑자전환, 영업이익적자전환의 정보가 주가에 영향을 유의하게 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이외 거래량비율은 코스피기업, 코스닥기업 구분없이 모두 유의한 양(+)의 값을 보여주었다. The profit and loss structure change disclosure system is an important mechanism aimed at promptly disclosing internal financial information that is not yet finalized, in order to alleviate information asymmetry between listed companies and investors. However, there is still no research on the impact of profit and loss transition information (from loss to profit or from profit to loss) on stock prices. Previous studies have focused on analyzing the effects of disclosure information based on analysts' forecasts of net profits, and while some research has examined the effects of profit and loss transition information, these studies have utilized annual data, making it difficult to analyze the immediate impact of profit and loss structure change disclosures on same-day or next-day stock prices. This study analyzes the impact of profit and loss transition information (from loss to profit or from profit to loss) on stock prices for listed companies that made such disclosures between 2020 and 2022. The listed companies are divided into KOSPI(Korea Composite Stock Price Index) and KOSDAQ(Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotations) companies, as well as manufacturing and non-manufacturing companies for further analysis. Unlike previous research that only considered net profit information, this study also considers operating profit information, which is another key piece of information in profit and loss structure change disclosures. Daily data is analyzed, taking into account the trading volume information for the respective day, to analyze the effects of operating profit and net profit transition disclosures on stock prices. The results of the study show that operating profit information has a significant effect according to a comprehensive regression model encompassing all KOSPI and KOSDAQ companies. This finding reveals the limitations of previous disclosure effect studies that relied solely on net profit information. For KOSPI companies, only the net profit loss transition information showed a negative relationship with stock prices, suggesting that investors are sensitive to negative net profit transition information. This result aligns with the research by Song and Park(2004) which focuses only on net profit loss-to-profit transitions. On the other hand, for KOSDAQ companies, net profit information did not show significance. Operating profit loss-to-profit transitions displayed a significant positive value, while operating profit pfofit-to-loss transitions showed a significant negative value. This indicates that in the case of KOSDAQ companies, operating profit is a more crucial variable for investors. In addition, when segmenting the KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets by manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors, the results showed that only KOSDAQ manufacturing companies demonstrated significant effects of operating loss-to-profit and profit-to-loss transitions on stock prices. Furthermore, the trading volume ratio exhibited a significant positive value for both KOSPI and KOSDAQ companies regardless of the market segment.

As the national interest in sports has been increased over time, sports facilities and sports complex are considered more than just physical environments for training athletes or watching games. Sports facilities now become symbolic spatial devices to represent the national and cultural pride of any countries. The existing national training camp located in Taenung, Seoul is gotting outdated and degraded. The polluted air in the city risks athletes' health condition. The government planned to construct the second training camp at Jincheon, Chungbuk at the area of $2,171,910m^2$. The Korea Sports Council called for proposals to envision the future training camp, and they held a design competition from August to November, 2005. The first phase was to present the masterplan for the entire site including training buildings, outdoor training facilities, dormitories, a visitor center, a research center, education and administration buildings. Considering the size of the site, the planning process required a strong relationship between landscape and architecture. This study tries to provide general explanations on the winning proposal focused on the landscape-related issues. It also attempts to have reference points for contemporary planning and design issues to situate the project in the stream of continuing design effort to avoid the dichotomy between nature and culture. The landscape proposal for the new national taming camp suggests four main strategies; 1) The camp has two intersecting and interweaving parks which represent the natural and urban order. 2) The entire site is organized and networked by the flow of landscape called landscape ribbon in terms of topography, vegetation, and water flow. 3) The landscape is choreographed through the time and process. 4) The ecological process and the digital contents are juxtaposed in the landscape. This winning proposal is the first step to portray the national vision for the sustainable environment coexisting with sports industry. Landscape in this proposal is an active agent to network various parts of the site which enables landscape to be infrastructure. Landscape design in this proposal should be considered open-ended strategies rather than determined concrete forms and its engaging further development will be tested in following Design-Build phase.

이동통신 네트워크 적용을 위한 Common Public Radio Interface 신호 압축 최적화 방안에 관한 연구

본 논문은 이동통신 네트워크 적용을 위한 CPRI 신호 압축 성능 최적화 방안에 관한 것으로 기술 방식별 CPRI 압축 알고리즘을 분석하고, 압축 파라미터 변경을 통해 압축률을 다양하게 조정함으로써 각각의 조건에서 신호 열화와 신호지연 수준을 분석용 S/W 코드를 제작하여 이론적으로 계산하였으며, 이동통신 네트워크의 특성을 고려한 최적의 적용 조건을 선정하였다. 또한 선정된 압축 조건을 적용한 CPRI 압축 실험용 모듈을 제작하여 이동통신 LTE 랩 환경 및 상용 서비스 네트워크에 적용하여 실험한 결과 50% 압축(2:1)에서 0.2% 이하의 EVM 열화 및 5μsec 수준의 신호지연이 발생하지만 이는 3GPP 의 규격을 만족하는 수준이며 데이터 속도, 접속 성공률, 호단절 발생률 등 서비스 품질에 영향이 없음을 실험적으로 확인하였다.
