In this paper, the PLC controlling system is implemented on web browser for FA(Factory Automation) application. Bidirectional communication protocol of PLC is written and set to the administration system of Web server with Active-X controlling program. The client system for the monitoring on Web browser sends some commands to the server system which guards and controls the PLC system. As a result, we confirmed that step motor connected to PLC is correctly operated according to the commands which are given on the web browser of the client compute.
Shearography를 이용한 타이어 내부결함의 정량평가 및 진전 모니터링

In recent years, shearogrpahy has significantly improved capabilities in the areas of unbond and separation detection in tires. Although shearography has many advantages for qualitative evaluation, the technique remains the problem of quantitative analysis of inside defects, because shearography needs several effective factors including the amount of shearing, shearing direction and induced load, which exist as barrier for the quantitative analysis of inside defects. In this study, the factors were optimized and the size of cracks inside of tire has been quantitatively determined. Since the factors are highly dependent on inspectors skill and also affect the in-situ workability.
면외변위의 정량적 계측을 위한 ESPI 와 Shearography의 비교

The paper described the quantitative measurement of Out-of-plane by Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry(ESPI) and Shearography. Shearography is used widely for non-destructive inspection because of less sensitivity to environmental disturbance and simple interferometer. However, it is difficult to determine the defect size quantitatively because there are so many effect factors- shearing distance, shearing direction, and induced load, which depend on operators skill and crack information. These effective factors in Shearography are optimized for quantitative analysis and the size of crack is determined. And also, ESPI is used for determination of crack size quantitatively.
ESPI에 의한 레이저용접 조건에 따른 진동 특성 분석

This paper describes the variations of resonance frequencies and vibration mode shapes of laser welded cold rolled carbon steel plate(SCPI) induced by thermal loading during laser welding processing. The characteristics of those are analyzed with stroboscopic ESPI. Electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) that the electronic processes were added to SPI is one of the very powerful method in the experimental vibration analysis field. Stroboscopic ESPI to make it reliable are compared with theory and experimental method: Finite Element Method(FEM) and Scanning Laser Doppler Vibrometer(SLDV). The results of stroboscopic ESPI are well agreed with SLDV and also the comparison with theory give good agrement within 5%.
