한국형 헬기 시제품 개발을 위한 EVMS 적용방안에 관한 연구

이 논문에는 한국형 헬기 시제품(KHP) 개발을 위한 EVMS 적용절차를 제시하였다. 무기체계의 연구개발은 사업기간이 긴 사업으로서 불확실성과 위험에 기인한 비용상승의 확률이 높다. 따라서 일정과 기술적 성능을 만족하고 초과비용을 억제하는 것이 연구개발사업을 성공하기 위한 주요 관건이다. EVMS는 성과를 활용하여 비용, 일정 및 기술적 성능을 통제하는 사업관리시스템이다. 그러므로 한국형 헬기 시제품 개발사업의 비용 및 일정을 통해하고, 기술적 성능을 만족시키기 위하여 EVMS의 적용이 요구된다. In this paper, EVMS procedure for KHP program is presented. Research and development of a defense system as a long lead program has a high probability of cost growth due to the uncertainty and risk. Therefore, meeting schedule, technical performance and preventing excessive cost overrun are the main concerning point to successful research and development program. EVMS(Earned Value Management System) is a program management system using earned value to control cost, schedule and technical performance. In order to control cost and schedule and to meet technical performance requirements of the KHP research and development program, it is necessary for us to adapt EVMS to the program.

명상훈련이 대학생의 스마트폰 중독과 스트레스에 미치는 영향

대학생의 스트레스와 스마트폰 중독은 매우 심각한 수준이다. 이러한 스마트폰 중독과 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 방안의 연구가 시급하 다. 따라서, 이 연구의 목적은 명상훈련이 대학생들의 스트레스와 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하는 데 있다. 대학생 160명을 대 상으로 실험 설계한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째‚ 명상훈련은 스트레스에 부의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째‚ 명상훈련은 스마트폰 중독에 부의 영향 을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 이 연구는 실험 설계를 바탕으로, 명상훈련이 스마트폰 중독과 스트레스에 미치는 유의한 부의 영향을 검증하였다는 점에서 이론적 기여점이 있다. 둘째, 대학생들이 명상훈련에 참여하거나, 대학교에서 명상 강좌나 훈 련 프로그램 등을 학생들에게 제공하면 긍정적 효과를 기대할 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 정부차원에서 각 대학에 명상 강좌나 명상연구소 신설시 여 러 지원을 할 필요가 있다. 그리고 이 연구의 한계와 미래 연구의 방향도 제시하였다. University students' stress and smartphone addiction are very serious. It is urgent to study how to reduce the addiction and stress of smartphone. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of meditation training on stress and smartphone addiction of university students. The results of the experiment designed for 160 college students are as follows. First, meditation training has a negative impact on stress for them. Secondly, meditation training has a negative impact on smartphone addiction. The implications of this study are as follows. First, this study has a theoretical contribution in that it examines the effects of meditation training on smartphone addiction and stress on the basis of experiment design. Second, university students are expected to have a positive effect if they participate in meditation training, or provide meditation classes or training programs to students at universities. Third, it is necessary for the government to provide various support to each university when creating a meditation lecture or a meditation institute. The limitations of this study and the direction of future research are also presented.

A Study on the Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Reinforcement in China; Focusing on Chinese Automobile Industry

Currently the requirement for Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) is more and more growing in China. Chinese Government has tried to protect natural environment and low-income employees' right by making new laws, and requires the state own enterprises(SOEs) and multinational enterprises(MNEs) do more investments for making a practical contribution to local society development, so called a quality oriented development rather than a quantity oriented one. Therefore this paper tried to examine the CSR trend change in China and to draw out its implication. Firstly this paper organized the CSR trend of China by three stages with the passage of time since the 'Open Door Policy'. Major approach for CSR in China has changed by the economic approach → institutional approach → strategic approach. The key issues for CSR have changed from the firm's profit maximization to the shareholders' value increase, and to the business & society integration. In addition this paper took the case analysis for Chinese automobile manufacturing industry in order to look at the recent condition of CSR activities in China. According to the result, more and more social issues of China are significantly affected by each firm's activities on value chain, and major issues of current Chinese society make much more effect on a firm's business activities than before.

주의집중력이 스트레스와 정서반응에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대학생들의 주의집중력이 스트레스와 정서에 미치는 영향과‚ 스트레스가 집중력과 정서에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하는 연구 목적을 설정하였다. 충남권 소재 대학에 재학중인 대학생 235명을 대상으로 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째‚ 집중력은 스트레스에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째‚ 스트레스는 부정 정서에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째‚ 집중력은 긍정 정서에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 부정 정서에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하였다. 첫째‚ 대학생들이 집중력을 증대시키는 훈련에 참여하거나, 대학교에서 집중력 훈련 프로그램 등을 학생들에게 제공하면 긍정적 효과를 기대할 것으로 보인다. 둘째‚ 대학생들의 스트레스를 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 단기특강이나 정규 학점 과정의 개설을 제안한다. 셋째‚ 대학들은 교양과목으로 명상과목을 도입하여 운영하는 것도 하나의 방안이 될 수 있다. 그리고‚ 이 연구의 한계와 미래 연구의 방향도 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of concentration of university students on stress and emotion, and the effect of stress on concentration and emotion. The results of the study are as follows: 235 college students in Chungnam area. First, concentration has a negative effect on stress. Second, stress affects positive emotions negatively, but negative emotions positively. Third, concentration had a positive effect on positive emotions and negative affect on negative emotions. Based on the results of this study, implications are suggested. First, if college students participate in training to increase their concentration, they will be helped in stress and emotional management. It is also expected that the university will have a positive effect if it provides students with concentration training programs. Second, universities propose the establishment of short-term lectures or regular credit courses that can effectively reduce the stress of college students. Third, universities can introduce meditation courses as a liberal arts subject and operate them. And the limitations of the research and future research directions are suggested.

FDI형태 중국 진출 기업의 현지화 전략이 한류이미지에 미치는 영향 : 중국정부 지원정책의 조절효과를 중심으로

최근 중국의 전승 70주년 기념행사 등을 비롯하여 중국은 1978년 개혁개방이후 약 30년간 평규 9%이 성장을 유지하며, 지속적으로 해외기업의 투자유치에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 또한 중국이 그동안 지구의 생산공장에서 가장 커다란 소비시장으로 자리매김하면서 우리나라의 기업들은 해외직접투자(FDI)형태로 중국에 진출하고 있으며, 특히 중국내 진출한 기업들은 현지화전략을 통하여 우리나라 브랜드의 이미지 제고를 위하여 노력하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라 중국진출기업의 현지화전략이 한류의 이미지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 관계를 분석하면서, 여기에 중국의 지원정책이 미치는 조절효과를 살펴봄으로써 중국의 지원정책의 영향정도를 살펴보고자 하였다. 실증 분석 결과 FDI 한국기업들은 현지화 전략에 있어서 전반적인 현지화 마케팅 전략뿐만 아니라 지역정서에 맞는 마케팅 전략을 고려해야 하고, 중국정부 또한 이러한 기업에 대하여 지속적인 혜택이나 지원정책을 펼침으로써 해외직접투자기업의 현지화 전략 및 경쟁 우위에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다 With the rapid development of China's economy and the implementation of the Western Development Policy in Xi’an, an increasing number of Korean FDI companies have localized their business in top enterprise parks in Xi’an. Therefore, this study in the light of the Western Development Policy is based on local competitive advantages, elaborates the localized strategies and explains the relationship between localized strategies and Korean Wave image. Through the investigation of asking questions and analysis, the study results are as follows: First, the study indicates that the localized marketing strategies adopted by FDI Korean companies have positive influences only on Korean Wave and Korean industries. Second, based on assumption II, supporting activities of Korean industries play an active role in increasing the images of Korean Wave, Korean industries. The study result reflects that the localization strategies of the FDI Korean companies dramatically promote the image of Korea when they are in accordance with the Chinese government’s preferable policy. Therefore, in order to localization, FDI Korean companies not only need comprehensive local marketing strategies but also combine them with local cultures. Additionally, to organizing the supporting events, FDI Korean companies should think about detailed implementation plan, and the motivation methods also should be taken into consideration. Favorable policies from Chinese government and FDI Korean companies in China create beneficial influences on the localized marketing strategies of foreign companies and competitive advantages.
