        論增進韓中曆史文化相互理解合作與任務

        韓中兩國建立外交關系之後,兩國在許多領域友好往來、交流十分活躍,但在曆史問題上,兩國之間仍然存在巨大分기,嫌韓、反韓情緖問題依舊存在。韓中兩國之間在曆史問題上的糾紛起源於;00;年開始的“東北工程”,而東北工程的導火線是北韓重修高句麗古墓壁畵後;00``年申請世界文化遺産事件。雖然兩國之間的爭論是由端午節引發,但是起因却是由於兩國之間的相互理解不足。由於最近雙方進行不斷的文化交流,韓中兩國都認識在曆史文化方面相互理解、尊重的態度必將對兩國友好關系的發展起到一定影響。實際上韓中兩國之間存在的曆史懸案以及由於日本的歪曲曆史行爲使得西洋史學沒有正確理解韓國古代史,國內學界的曆史問題重重隱藏在內。而韓中兩國史學界爲解決兩國曆史懸案而作出的努力。比如,按照曆史潮流改變曆史敎育過程,還積極倡導克服自我中心主義曆史觀,尊重亞洲曆史多樣性,韓國有意願同中日韓三國的曆史學者、敎師共同編著《東亞三國的近現代史》一樣,編著“共同曆史敎科書”。通過這些努力,可以提高韓中之間的相互理解,還영得了韓中兩國曆史學者的共鳴。增進相互理解的基礎上,兩國的敎科書中需要增加正面敍述內容而努力。而爲需要介紹現有韓中敎科書中記述對方正面和友好的內容。此外作爲克服韓中曆史沖突的合作課題,建立中韓曆史共同硏究委員會和促進韓中文化交流硏究將爲韓中兩國加深相互之間的曆史文化交流提供基礎。在這樣努力工作的情況下,繼續進行共同的學術交流和硏究,韓中關系將升華爲尊重和理解對方國家曆史文化的層次。

      • 비젼센서를 이용한 도형 인식에 관한 연구

        Generally, most of machining processes are done, according to the dimension of the draft made by CAD. However, there are many cases that a sample is given without the draft because of the simplicity of the shape in the machining of 2D objects. In order to cut the same shape as the given sample, this paper proposes the method to extract the geometric information about a large sample using the robot vision and to draw the dimensional draft for the machining. Because the resolution of one frame in the vision system is too low, it is necessary to set up a camera according to the desired resolution and to capture the image moving along the contour. And the overall outline can be compounded of the sequentially captured images. In the experiment, we compared the product after the cutting with the original sample and found that the size of two objects was coincided within the allowed error bound.

        This paper deals with the head losses in various types of pipe experimentally. Experiments are carried out in various situations such as straight pipe, bend, elbow, continuous elbow and screwed elbow. In each case, loss coefficient is obtained as Reynolds number or other dimensionless parameter and compared with the results available.

      • 퍼지 학습법을 이용한 역진자 시스템의 위치 및 진동 제어

        This paper is the fuzzy learning control for an unstable and multivariable system used in many cases. Generally, it is very difficult to design the fuzzy controller for an unstable and multivariable system. The reason is that inputs and outputs are coupled and the system is more complex as the number of variables in it increase. To solve these problems we extend Chung's method to the multivariable system and apply it, this method can design fuzzy controller more easily and adapt more actively in work condition changed and obtain the best fuzzy rules. And we apply it to the inverted pendulum. The method which extended Chung's method needs conditions for the system which make stability system in initial time in an unstable system and prove the jacobian matrix of the system the monotonic function. So we make stabilization the system in initial time using 4-dimension fuzzy rules, and we prove the jacobian matrix of the system the monotonic function as experiment. Finally, we operate learning-variables in the fuzzy learning and obtain the optimal controller for inverted pendulum.

      • 전자기식 센서의 용접선 검출 특성에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 전자기식 센서의 용접선 검출 특성에 관한 연구이다. 센서의 검출 성능에 영향을 미치는 설계 인자를 실험을 통하여 결정하고 센서를 제작하였다. 제작된 와전류식 전자기 센서를 용접선에 가로지르는 방향으로 주사하여 센서의 용접선 검출능력을 확인하였다. 그리고, 냉간 압연강판 및 스테인레스 스틸, 알루미늄, 구리와 같은 다양한 재료에 대해 용접선 검출 능력을 확인한 결과 냉간 압연강판에서의 검출 능력은 가장 양호하게 나타났고 고합금강 및 비철금속에 대해서도 용접선 검출 가능성을 확인하였다. 또한, 높이 방향 제어용 센서로써의 가능성도 확인하였다. This study is a work on weld line detecting characteristriic of electromagnetic sensor arc welding. Design parameters which effect on sensor performance were determined by experiments. Then a proper electromagenetic sensor of eddy current type was made by using the determined design parameters. Detecting ability of weld line on butt joint in sheet metal was confirmed by scanning the sensor across the weld line. Experiments were also performed on a variety of materials as cold rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper and the detecting abilities were compared with each other. Experimental results have shown that the detecting ability on butt joint of sheet metal is good and the sensor can also be used for height control.
