      • 성장인자 함유매개체로서 탈회된 치근면의 의의

        치주조직 재생에 중요한 역할을 미치는 성장인자의 여러 가지 적용방법 중 탈회된 치근면에 성장인자를 도포시 성장인자 함유매개체로서 탈회된 치근면의 효과와 성자인자의 유리기간을 알아보고자 본 실험을 실시하였다. 교정치료를 목적으로 내원한 환자의 소구치 부위의 정상 치은을 절제하여 치은섬유아세포를 분리, 배양하였고, 중정도의 치주질환에 이환되어 발치된 치아를 철저히 치근활택술을 시행후 시편을 제작하였다. 치근면 처치를 하지 않은 시편을 대조군으로, 구연산과 테트라사이클린으로 탈회시킨 시편을 실험군으로 하여 각 군을 100ng/ml PDGF-BB에 5분간 침수시킨 후 각 시편에 치은섬유아세포를 접종 후 6시간, 24시간, 48시간, 72시간 배양하여 각 절편의 단위면적당 부착세포수와 증식세포수를 측정하였다. 또한 탈회된 치근면에서 성장인자의 유리기간을 측정하기 위한 용출액을 이용한 세포배양은 위의 방법으로 시편제작후 치근면 처치를 하지 않고 배양액에 5분간 침수시킨 군과 200ng/ml PDGF-BB에 침수시킨 군을 대조군으로, 테트라사이클린과 구연산으로 치근면 처치후 200ng/ml PDGF-BB에 5분간 침수시킨 군을 실험군으로 하였다. 침수 후 각 시편을 다시 1ml 배양액에 넣고, 1일, 2일, 4일, 6일, 8일째 배양액을 채취하여, 72시간 배양후 증식 세포수를 측정하여 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 세포의 부착, 증식에 관한 실험에서 부착, 증식 모두에서 치근면 탈회후 PDGF-BB 적용군이 치근면 탈회없이 적용시보다 많은 부착과 증식을 보였으며, 모든 군에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이(P<0.01)를 보였고, 구연산과 테트라사이클린 상호간 비교에서는 부착과 증식 모두에서 테트라사이클린 처리군이 더 많은 부착과 증식을 보였으며, 통계학적으로 유의한 차이(P<0.01, 0.05)를 보였다. 용출액을 이용한 성장인자 유리기간 측정에서도 탈회후 PDGF-BB 도포한 군의 용출액에서 더 많은 세포증식을 보였고, 통계학적으로 6일째 용출액까지 유의한 차이 (P<0.01, 0.05)를 보였으며, 이의 결과로 미루어 탈회된 치근면에 도포된 PDGF-BB의 유리기간은 6일정도로 생각되며, 역시 탈회 물질 상호간의 비교에서 테트라사이클린으로 치근면 탈회후 PDGF-BB를 도포한 군이 구연산 처리후 PDGF-BB를 도포한 군보다 우수한 효과를 보였다 It is known that growth factors function as potent biologic mediators regulating numbrous activities of wound healing via cell proliferation, migration and extracellular matrix formation and they also promote periodontal regeneration. But, method of growth factor application is controversial yet. So purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of demineralized root surface as one of method of growth factor application. The ginigival fibroblasts were primary cultured and fifth or sixth subpassages were used in these experiments. In first experiment, root surface blocks demineralized with 100mg/ml tetracycline for 5 minutes and pH 1 citric acid for 3 minutes(experimental groups) and non-deminerilized root surface blocks (control groups) were placed in 100ng/ml PDGF-BB for 5 minutes. Then the cells were seeded on each root surface blocks and cultured for 6, 24, 48, 72 hours. In second experiment, root surface blocks deminerlized with tetracycline and citric acid and non-demineralized root surface blocks were placed in 200ng/ml PDGF-BB for 5 minutes and another non-demineralized root surface blocks were placed in DMEM without PDGF-BB. At 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 days, the cells were seeded in 24-well plate and using of each eluent, cultured for 72 hours. The results of the four determinants were presented as mean and S.D.. The results were as follows: The attachment and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast on root surface were more increased when PDGF-BB was applicated on root surface demineralized with tetracycline or citric acide than non-demineralized root surface. And, in comparision tetracycline with citric acid, there were more attachment and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast on root surface demineralized with tetracyclin than citric acid, and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast on demineralized root surface was increased time dependently 1 day to 3 days. In second experiment using eluent, proliferation of human gingival fibroblast was more increased to 6 days when human gingival fibroblast was cultrured in eluent that PDGF-BB was applicated on demineralized root surface than two control groups, and degree of proliferation was decreased time dependently 1 day to 6 days. Proliferation of human gingival fibroblast on demineralized root surface was increased time dependently 1day to 3day. In second experiment using eluent proliferation was cultured in eluent that PDGF-BB was applicated on demineralized root surface than two control groups, and degree of proliferation was decreased time dependently 1day to 6days. proliferation of human gingival fibroblast cultured in eluent without PDGF-BB was constant 1 day to 6 days. After 6 days, degree of proliferation of human gingival fibroblast was similar in four groups. This means that release duration of PDGF-BB from demineralized root surface is 6 days. And in comparision tetracycline with citric acid, there was more proliferation of human gingival fibroblast in tetracycline-treated group than citric acid. In conclusion, demineralized root surface as primary site for PDGF-BB application, especially demineralized with tetracycline has important roles in attachment and proliferation of human gingival fibroblast, and may be useful clinical applications in periodontal regenerative procedures.

        무장데이터링크의 효과적인 운용을 위한 고려사항 고찰

        U.S. and the allies attacked chemical weapons sites in Syria in 2018, and verbal battles are carried out about the effectiveness of the air strike. Syria claimed 13 missiles were shot down, and Russia claimed 71 missiles were shot down while the U.S. released pictures of completely destroyed targets, only. It led controversy about the effectiveness of missile defense system. If there is a method to observe mission success rate of the air strike, it can not only improve combat awareness but also can be a good sales strategy in military industry. This paper describes effects and considerations of a Weapon Data Link(WDL) technology which can be used as a smoking gun of effectiveness. The paper describes WDL abilities such as In-Flight Track Update, Loiter, and Bomb Hit Indication etc., and presents examples of expected effectiveness of the WDL. In addition, this paper briefly summarizes operational consideration for better performance.

        경로생성 및 지형차폐를 고려한 통신영역 생성 방법

        Recent complex battle field demands Network Centric Warfare(NCW) ability to control various parts into a cohesive unit. In path planning filed, the NCW ability increases complexity of path planning algorithm, and it has to consider a communication coverage map as well as traditional parameters such as minimum radar exposure and survivability. In this paper, pros and cons of various propagation models are summarized, and we suggest a coverage map generation method using a Longley-Rice propagation model. Previous coverage map based on line of sight has significant discontinuities that limits selection of path planning algorithms such as Dijkstra and fast marching only. If there is method to remove discontinuities in the coverage map, optimization based path planning algorithms such as trajectory optimization and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) can also be used. In this paper, the Longley-Rice propagation model is used to calculate continuous RF strengths, and convert the strength data using smoothed leaky BER for the coverage map. In addition, we also suggest other types of rough coverage map generation using a lookup table method with simple inputs such as terrain type and antenna heights only. The implemented communication coverage map can be used various path planning algorithms, especially in the optimization based algorithms.

        무장데이터링크 메시지를 이용한 기동표적 타격평가 연구

        The Network-Centric warfare over weapon data link networks has been developed for the recent decade. Since the US navy had begun to develop tactical digital information chain, it has gradually transformed into weapon data link technology. As data link network system and its protocol have been advanced into high-technology, focusing and targeting on moving targets become possible in net-enabled environments. However, it is difficult to identify the primary information from numerous battlefields and understanding approaches to damage a target in a timely manner. In this paper, to better understand the targeting assessment, we suggest a specific solution: Bomb Hit Indication(BHI) using information in weapon data link messages. In order to prove our suggestion, we implement the BHI solution and apply it into the weapon data link integrating system.

        유도무기 임무 분석을 위한 레이더 성능 모델

        In M&S, radar model is a software module to identify position data of simulation objects. In this paper, we propose a radar performance model for simulations of air defenses. The previous radar simulations are complicated and difficult to model and implement since radar systems in real world themselves require a lot of considerations and computation time. Moreover, the previous radar simulations completely depended on radar equations in academic fields; therefore, there are differences between data from radar equations and data from real world in mission level analyses. In order to solve these problems, we firstly define functionality of radar systems for air defense. Then, we design and implement the radar performance model that is a simple model and deals with being independent from the radar equations in engineering levels of M&S. With our radar performance model, we focus on analyses of missions in our missile model and being operated in measured data in real world in order to make sure of reliability of our mission analysis as much as it is possible. In this paper, we have conducted case studies, and we identified the practicality of our radar performance model.

        해상환경에서 MITL 시스템을 활용한 VTG 기반 기동표적 추적성능 개선 기법

        In this paper, we suggest the tracking method of moving multi-objects in maritime environments. The image acquisition is conducted using IR(InfraRed) camera sensors on an airborne platform. Under the circumstance of maritime, the qualities of IR images can be significantly degraded due to the clutter influence, which directly gives rise to a tracking loss problem. In order to reduce the effects from the clutters, we introduce a technical approach under Man-In-The-Loop(MITL) system for enhancing the tracking performance. To demonstrate the robustness of the proposed approach based on VTG(Valid Tracking Gate), the simulations are conducted utilizing the airborne IR video sequences: Then, the tracking performances are compared with the existing Kalman Filter tracking techniques.
