In this paper, we proposed the robust watermark diminishing distortion of the original data inserting the watermark in specific coefficients of the frequency domain. In case the alpha is more than 0.5. we found that proposed watermark is detected by experiment of MP3, FFT, Cropping and Echo attack. Our proposed method improved the Cox's method in the SNR aspect. 본 논문에서는 공격에 강인하면서 원본데이터의 변형을 작게 하는 워터마크삽입 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 스프레드 스펙트럼 방법을 이용하여 워터마크를 삽입시 주파수 계수가 큰 값 순이 아닌 특정 범위의 값에 워터마크를 삽입함으로써 고음질의 워터마크가 삽입된 데이터를 얻을 수 있었으며, 워터마크가 삽입된 데이터에 MP3 압축, FFT 필터링, Cropping 및 Echo등의 공격을 가한 후 워터마크 추출실험을 해 본 결과 모든 공격에 대해 α가 0.5이상인 경우에는 워터마크 추출이 가능하였다. Cox가 제안한 방법보다 SNR면에서 훨씬 좋은 성능을 보였다.
하나의 절개선에 의한 전두근 전이법을 이용한 안검하수증의 교정

Many and various approaches to the treatment of ptosis of upper eyelid have been reported. In patient with absence of levator function, the choice of treatment was frontalis sling operation. In recent, procedure using frontalis muscle directly through two incisions was replaced by, but the problem such as incision scar still was not resolved. So, through single incision, frontalis muscle transfer technique was tried out with aesthetically better results. Therefore the authors used single incision technique for satisfactory results. The results obtained were as follows; 1.No scar line on infraeyebrow area was obtained without damage to hair follicles. 2.Compared with normal eye in unilateral blepharoptosis, both eyes were symmetric postoperatively. 3.In patient with Marcus-Gunn phenomenone, jaw-winking was subsided. 4.There was little difference in complications, such as lagophthalmos, lid lag and hypesthesia on forehead compared with double incisions technique.

While many companies facing IT outsourcing are approaching the decision to changeor maintain their vendors, previous research has focused mainly on the decision factors for initialoutsourcing and individual outsourcing types. Although some studies have been conducted on IToutsourcing, they have been limited to specific quality or threat factors. This study identifieddecision factors from the perspectives of IT outsourcing service users and providers and analyzedthe frequency and importance of decision factors among respondent groups. In addition, toimprove service quality, the weights between decision factors were calculated and prioritized, andthe Mann-Whitney U test was conducted to confirm the differences in weights between the twogroups. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the individual perception items of IToutsourcing service experience were categorized into 17 outsourcing decision factors. Second,differences in outsourcing decision factors were found between user groups and service providergroups. Third, the importance of the identified decision factors was confirmed through decisionanalysis. The IT outsourcing decision factors derived from this study will be helpful for decisionmakers who need to maintain or change vendors through outsourcing contracts.
인간배아줄기세포를 이용한 췌장세포의 유도 분화 및 당뇨병의 세포치료

최근 제 1형 당뇨병을 치료하기 위하여 인슐린-분비성 세포를 이식하는 세포대체요법이 새로운 치료법으로서 주목받고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 췌장세포 이식술은 이식원의 절대적인 부족으로 인해 광범위한 시행이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 무한증식과 전분화능을 보유하는 배아줄기세포는 이식할 $\beta$-세포의 부족을 해결할 수 있는 잠재적 세포공급원이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 종설에서는 인간배아줄기세포로부터 췌장 $\beta$-세포로의 유도분화방법에 관한 최근 동향을 살펴보고, 당뇨병 치료에 세포 이식술을 적용함에 있어 고려해야할 문제점 및 극복방안들을 소개하고자 한다. Replacement of insulin-producing cells represents an almost ideal treatment for patients with diabetes mellitus type 1. Transplantation of pancreatic islets of Langerhans is limited by the lack of donor organs. Therefore, generation of insulin-producing cells from human embryonic stem cells represents an attractive alternative. The present review summarizes the current knowledge on the differentiation of insulin-producing cells from human embryonic stem cells and their application to the cell therapy for treating diabetes mellitus.
