        골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합에서 수직적 안모형태에 따른 혀와 설골의 위치 비교

        혀와 설골의 위치가 안모형태와 어떤 양태로 상관성을 갖는지 비교평가하기 위해 69명의 성인군과 63명의 성장군에서 두부방사선계측사진을 얻었다. 성인군과 성장군에서 SN 평면에 대해 큰 하악평면각을 갖는 군과 작은 하악평면각을 갖는 군으로 구분하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1.혀의 높이는, 큰 하악평면각을 갖는 군보다는 작은 하악평면각을 갖는 군에서, 성인군보다는 성장군에서 높게 나타났다. 2.설골의 수직적 높이는 큰 하악평면각을 갖는 군보다는 작은 하악평면각을 갖는 군에서, 성인군보다는 성장군에서 높게 나타났다. 3.연령과 안모형태의 수직적 분류에 따른 설골의 전후방적인 위치는 차이가 없었다. 4.두개저에 대한 설골의 기울기에 있어, 성인군보다 성장군에서 좀 더 가파른 경사도를 갖고 있었다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the position of tongue and hyoid bone in relation to vertical facial patterns in the adult and child. Lateral cephalograms taken in adults(63 cases, 11.7 years in average age) and children(69 cases, 22.6 years in average age) were traced and measured about position and posture of tongue and hyoid bone using the horizontal and vertical reference lines. The angle of mandibular plane to SN plane was employed to classify the samples into groups of hypodivergent and hyperdivergent. The comparison of the tongue/hyoid bone measurements between hypodivergent group and hyperdivergent group in the adult and child were statistically executed with Student's t-test. The results were as follows ; 1.The tongue height was lower in the hyperdivergent group than in hypodivergent group, and higher in children than in adults. 2.The vertical height of hyoid bone was higher in hypodivergent group than in hyperdivergent group and also higher in children than in adults. 3.The anteroposterior position was of no significant difference in relation to age or vertical facial pattern. 4.The inclination of hyoid bone in relation to cranial base was steeper in children than in adults.

      • 자기수업 관찰을 통한 체육 교수-학습 행동의 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study has been practiced for obtaining the basis data for searching the direction of an effective teaching behavior and the reform measure, analyzing the teaching behavior and the student's learning behaviors through the Self-Teaching Observation. In order to achive the purpose of this study, the investigator's teaching has been taken pictures two times by Video camera, and observed and wrote down the teaching-behavior that was by Video camera, and observed and wrote down the teaching-behavior that was translated Stewart's(1977) Observational Recording Record of Physical Educator's Teaching Behavior by Kim Yong-whan(1991) and the learner's behavior which was translated William and Taggart's Academic Learning Time-Physical Education Improved at Ohio State university by Yun Myeong-Hee(1991), at intervals of five second's observation and record. In the analyzed observation data, the following conclusion was obtained by comparing the interval mean value of each variation of the teaching behavior and percentage about the forty-five minutes study of converting the percentage about the forty-five minutes teaching. First, the investigator's teaching was analyzed the lower degree of effeciency when comparing 43.9%, 46.1% of the body activity with Kim yong-Whan's(1991) Study conclusion 46.2%, Son sin-Ho's(1992) 53.09%, Stewart's(1997)49.9% Second, the time percentage of the investigator's teaching behavior variation appeared in the order of the managerial teaching 33.8%, 32.9%, the lecture 16.8%, 16.2%, the direction 14.3%, 16.4%, the confleuence with the students 8.0%, 9.1%, the reform feed back 4.9%, 5.3%, the fitting technical feed back 3.8%, 4.4%, the unfit technical feed 2.6%, 2.5%, the student's setting an example 2.3%, 1.4%. Third, the interaction with the teacher and the students mainly get accomplished by the action with the whole rather than the interaction with each individual considering the learner's characteristic and learning ability. Fourth, the analyzed behavior time appears in the waiting time that have no correlation with physical exercise learning 19.6%, 18.8%, the 21.19%, no assignment learning time appears in about 27.3%, and the self teaching is analyzed to be accomplished in condition that doesn't have the thoroughly planned investigator's teaching arrangements.

        De novo assembly and transcriptome analysis of the Pinus densiflora response to pine wilt disease in nature

        Pine trees have economically and ecologically important roles. However, since the beginning of the twentieth century, a large number of trees have been seriously damaged by pine wilt disease (PWD). Although many studies have been conducted into blocking the spread of PWD, relatively few studies have been performed to examine the transcriptional responses of pine trees to the pine wood nematode (PWN). Here, we performed de novo assembly and analysis of the Pinus densiflora transcriptome by next-generation sequencing (NGS), to identify transcriptional responses that are related to the PWD infection. We identified that 586 of 71,003 assembled unigenes were differentially expressed after PWD infection. Gene ontology analysis showed that biological process terms related to defense responses (response to oxygen containing compound, response to jasmonic acid, response to biotic stimulus, cinnamic acid biosynthetic process, etc.) were significantly enriched in the DEGs after PWD infection. Our results suggested that jasmonic acid signaling is important in controlling defense response against PWD infection and is finely tuned by coordinated expression of positive and negative regulators. These findings contribute to our understanding of the transcriptional responses of P. densiflora to PWN, and could facilitate the development of biomarkers for diagnosis of PWD.
