In this paper, a simple method to improve the power factor of the conventional LED exit light with a flyback converter was proposed. Conventional flyback converters are applied to LED exit lights, which are constant loads, and 4.8[V] batteries are connected in parallel at the output stage. Therefore, by adding a passive filter between the rectifier circuit part and the primary side of the transformer, it is possible to minimize the change of the conventional circuit and improve the power factor. As a result of changing the duty ratio of the flyback main switching device from 25% to 56%, the power factor showed a high result from 95.5% to 98.3%.

In this paper, techniques for estimating the capacitance was proposed for diagnosing the capacitor state of the DC-Link stage of the SIV installed under the metro line 4 urban railroad vehicle in the metropolitan area. There are various estimation techniques, but considering the situation in which the current flowing through the capacitor and the inverter input current cannot be measured realistically due to the structure of the SIV, two methods based on the BPF and the inverter output line to line voltage were proposed. The estimation methods were verified through simulation, and as a result, it was confirmed that the methods were estimated within an error range of 1.7~3.7% based on the BPF technique and 1.2~1.7% based on the 3-phase inverter output line to line voltage.

According to the increase of required load capacity for the low-voltage AC system, compact current detection modules are required to secure the safety of electric systems. In particular, low-voltage infrastructure is required due to the increase in electricity demand for intelligence, customer convenience, and safety in the railway sector. In this paper, design consideration of inductive coil sensor for 3-phase current detector is proposed to expand linearity and improve measurement precision. The design method considering the limited space and practical implementation constraints was studied. To verify the proposed method, a 150A-class prototype was designed. Several induction coil sensor output variations with different specifications were verified through experiments.

전 세계에서 빠르게 성장하고 있는 국내 유아용 애니메이션은 <뽀로로> 등과 같은 실질적인 결과물들을 만들어 내기에 이르렀다. <뽀로로>를 필두로 한 국내 유아용 애니메이션은 세계 시장뿐만 아니라 국내 내수시장에서도 성장세를 계속 유지하여 왔으며, 애니메이션 산업뿐만 아니라 부가 산업에도 많은 영향력을 미치고 있다. 그러나 이러한 성장에도 불구하고 국내 애니메이션 산업은 균형 잡힌 발전을 이루지 못하고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 그 이유를 유아 애니메이션으로의 집중화 현상으로 인한 장르 편중 때문이라 보았고, 이에 대한 분석을 행하였다. 집중현상의 개념과, 집중현상의 상대적 개념으로서의 미디어 다양성 논의를 이론적 배경으로 활용하였다. 분석을 위한 자료는 애니메이션의 투자자, 제작자, 방송 관계자와 같은 다양한 연관 분야 전문가들과의 심층 면접을 통해 수집하였다. 자료의 분석 결과, 국내 유아 애니메이션의 집중화 현상은 완구와 같은 부가 산업의 종속관계로 시작되어 방송의 다양성 저하로 고착화된 것을 알 수 있었다. 또 다른 집중화 현상을 연쇄적으로 일으킴으로써 ‘집중에 의한 재집중 현상’을 야기하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 집중화 현상의 고착화는 최종적인 애니메이션 유통과정에도 영향을 미침으로써, 방송의 애니메이션 장르 다양성 약화의 원인이 되고 있다는 사실도 알 수 있었다. This study analyzed the concentration phenomenon on the domestic infant animations, which have been occurring in the Korean animation industries. The Concentration Phenomenon On The Domestic Infant Animations consists of the main concept of this study, and on the other side, The Discussions On The Media Diversity were also used to the theoretical background of the study. Data for the analysis were gathered through in-depth interviews with many experienced experts from various related fields in the animation industries, such as investors, animation productions and broadcasting systems. Through those researches, I found that the domestic concentration phenomena on the infant animation have not only been limited in themselves, but also caused and reinforced the re-concentrations to the others, vice versa. Consequently, it has been enhancing more focuses on the concentrations of the infant animations, and by extension, was concluded to the process of re-concentrations. The interventions from the value-added industries and distribution processes in relation with the concentration phenomenon brought fixation on the re-concentrations for themselves. They affected the animation distributions and resulted lack of diversities for genres in the animation broadcasting industries. The diversity of the animation genres on the broadcasting systems were directly decreased and weakened by the animation industry’s subordinative relationships with the secondary value-added industries and broadcasting industries.
