The quality, quantity, color, and characteristics were found out cultured seawater pearls and freshwater pearls. In the XRF measurement Ca chemical combinations were the main elements and Sr was detected at higher levels for the sea-water pearl and Si, S, Ca, Mn, P and other elements were found at higher levels for the fresh-water pearls. Such differences is judged to be caused by the ion diluted in sea and fresh water which affects the pearl elements. Although near similar structural peak was shown for the FT-IR measurement, the fresh-water pearl showed a lower peak for the 2344 wave. For the results of PL, the peak for fresh-water measured with Hd-Cd Laser at 455 nm was higher and with the Ar-ion Laser measurements, peaks were high at 545 nm and 570 nm for fresh-water pearl and sea-water pearls respectively. 양식된 해수진주와 담수진주의 품질, 수량, 색상 등과 특성을 알아보았다. XRF 측정에서는 Ca 화합물이 주성분이며 해수진주에서는 Sr이 담수진주는 Si, S, Ca, Mn, P 등의 원소가 더 많이 검출되었다. 이러한 차이는 해수와 담수에 녹아 있는 이온이 진주성분에 영향을 준 것으로 판단된다. FT-IR 측정에서 거의 동일한 구조적인 peak를 나타내지만 2344$\textrm {cm}^{-1}$에서 담수진주의 흡수대가 나타났다. 광원으로 He-Cd Laser 사용으로 455 nm에서 peak는 담수진주가 높았고, Ar Laser 사용으로 담수진주는 545 nm에서 해수진주는 570 nm에서의 peak가 높았다

Recently with a development of new technology of the cultured pearls in China, she produces the bigger, round, luster and various colored cultured bread pearls than ever. There is no great difference in the appearance between the cultured freshwater pearls and cultured`seawater pearls. Accordingly, it could be done for the specialist to distinguish the differences. In this study, we develop how to distinguish two kinds of pearls, that is, we take advantage of fluorescence on the spectrophotometer, and investigate the difference of the inner structure of the pearls, the surface roughness between two of them by using SEM. As the result of XRD analysis, the cultured freshwater pearls show the mineral atomic structure of aragonite. The result of the ICP-AES analysis shows that much amount of P and Mn was found in freshwater pearls, and much amount of Mg and K was found in seawater pearls. 최근에 중국에서는 진주를 양식하는 기술이 진보되어서 예전보다 크고, 둥글며, 광택 있는 다양한 색상의 담수 양식진주를 다량으로 생산하고 있다. 시중에 유통되고 있는 구형의 담수진주와 해수진주는 외견상 큰 차이가 없다. 따라서 이들을 구별하기란 전문가가 아니면 쉽지가 않는데, 분광분석법의 형광성이 감별에 도움을 주고, 외관 검사에 의한 내부 구조적 모습도 차이가 있으며, SEM을 이용한 표면구조는 해수 양식진주와 구분되게 담수 양식진주에서 비교적 거친 모습을 볼 수 있었다. XRD 분석 결과, 담수 양식진주는 아라고나이트(aragonite) 광물의 원자구조였다. 해수진주와 담수진주를 ICP-AES 분석하여 비교한 결과, 담수진주에는 P와 Mn이 많이 들어 있고, 해수진주에는 Mg와 K이 많이 들어 있음을 알 수 있었다.
건설사업 제 단계에서 시공성(Constructability) 개념의 적용 방안에 관한 연구

The application of constructability is increasingly required not only in the construction phase but in the whole project process, because each project developer needs to cooperate and share their knowledge to adjust themselves to the complicated construction project these days. However, constructability concepts in our country are more related workability than the concept of optimum construction process, and besides it has difficulty in establishing the application of constructability in our current situation owing to the lack of comparative studies relating to constructability, design-review, value engineering, constructability review, and application time, and concept difference between domestic and foreign countries. Therefore this study presents the most clear definition of the constructability concept after doing the comparative study relating to the constructability, design-review, value engineering, constructability review, application time, and cases. In addition, this study suggest the basic direction to the application of constructability in domestic construction industry after researching and analyzing the constructability application in our current construction industry.
