        FRP reinforcement of the RC (reinforced concrete) members is being widely used be cause of its workability and good performance. However, in the case of the generally used surface bonded method, the degradation of the bonding performance, which is the most important part of FRP reinforcement, frequently happens. In order to solve this problem, the differences between the surface bonded method and the auger-drilled piling were compared and analyzed according to the bonding length for the same amount of FRP, and three subjects of the surface bonded reinforcement and three subjects of the bar-filling reinforcement, so six subjects in total, were produced and compared in this research. A bonding experiment was conducted to asses their bonding performance, and the variables were the type of filling and the length of bonding. To examine the reinforcing effects of each subject, the maximum weight, the early cracking weight, the maximum displacement and the displacement of the early cracking of each subject were measured and recorded, and according to them, the bonding length of FRP-plate and the reinforcing effect of each type of filling were analyzed. As the result, it was proved that the filled-in FRP-plate was better than the general surface bonded and reinforced FRP-plate in terms of the maximum weight and the displacement.

        FRP판을 이용한 콘크리트 보강에서 보강방법에 따른 부착성능

        Recently, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) has been widely applied in retrofit of concrete member owing to its ease construction and high structural capacity compared to other materials. External Bond Retrofit (EBR) using FRP sheet or plate is most popular method for flexural retrofit of concrete member. In strengthened concrete member using this method, however, problems such as dismantling of FRP were founded after retrofit. This causes a strength reduction of the retrofitted member. To resolve this problem, Near-Surface-Mounted Rertofit (NSMR) method was developed and being studied. In this paper, bond capacities of EBR and NSMR using FRP plate were studied experimently and results were compared each other. Main variables in the test were retrofit method, bond length and existence of shear key. From the test results, it was found that the member strengthened by NSMR had almost 1.5 times higher bond strength than that by EBR. The contribution of shear key was not observed when the splitting failure of concrete governed.

        A교육청 조직문화에 대한 구성원 인식 탐색 연구: Bolman과 Deal의 조직 프레임을 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 Bolman과 Deal(2013)의 네 가지(구조적, 인간자원적, 정치적, 상징적) 조직 프레임에 근거하여 A교육청 조직문화의 주요한 현상과 특징을 구성원들의 인식을 바탕으로 다차원적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 일반직, 전문직, 교사 등 다양한 집단을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 면담을 실시한 결과, 구조적 관점에서 교육청은 명확히 구분되지 않는 업무로 인해 부서간의 업무 떠넘기기(업무 핑퐁)가 심한 것으로 나타났고, 인간자원적 관점에서 교육청은 교육청의 구성원들이 대부분 승진 등과 같은 개인의 이익에 대한 욕구가 높은 높았으나, 전문성 개발에 관해서는 일반직과 전문직의 실천 방법이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 정치적 관점에서 교육청은 조직 내부의 직렬간, 직렬내, 부서간 구성원간의 갈등 뿐 만 아니라 조직 외부와의 갈등이 존재하였다. 상징적 관점에서 A교육청은 우리나라 교육을 선도하는 교육청이라는 데 이견은 없었으나 조직 내부에서 비전에 대한 자발적 실천은 부족하다고 지적하였다. 본 연구의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 교육청 조직문화 개선을 위해서는 우선 구조적 차원에서 추진 정책과 사업들 간의 정합성을 높여야 할 것이며, 그동안 관행으로 인정되어온 각종의 관료적 일처리 방식과 부서 간 소통을 가로막은 지침들을 새롭게 재편하여야 할 것이다. 인간자원적 차원에서는 구성원들의 역량(전문성) 개발을 위한 각종의 훈련과 연수를 지원하고 각종 정책의 추진과정에 전 구성원이 적극 참여할 수 있는 규범을 만들어야 할 것으로 보이고, 정치적 차원에서는 편가르기식 행정관행을 원점에서 놓고 재검토하고, 생산적인 갈등 관리 방법이 도출될 수 있도록 노력하여야 할 것이다. 마지막으로, 상징적 차원에서 구조적, 인간자원적, 정치적 차원에서 발생하는 문제들을 문화적으로 치유하기 위한 방편으로서 다양한 의례와 문화적 표상들을 다수 창출해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics in the organizational culture of “A” Provincial Office of Education based on Bolman and Deal’s four (structural, human resource, political, symbolic) frames. The results are as follows. From the perspective of the structural frame, it has been found that there are severe shift of responsibility between the departments due to the tasks that are not clearly distinguished. From the frame of human resource, most of the members have a specific desire for personal interests such as promotion. From the political frame, there is a conflict between the members in the office and outside the organization. From the symbolic frame, the voluntary practice of vision is lacking. In order to improve the organizational culture of the office of Education, it should increase the coherence between the implementation policy and the projects. Also, it is necessary to reorganize the guidelines to prevent communication between departments. Furthermore, it is necessary to support training for the development of competence of the employees and to make a tradition that all the members can actively participate in the decision making process. Further, it is necessary to reform the one-sided administrative practices and we need to derive productive conflict management methods. And rituals and symbols should be created so that it can become the Office of Education leading the organizational culture.
