This thesis aims at giving a general outline of the subject on how our ancestors of Korean immigrants to Hawaii struggled against Japanese militarists, who blocked Korean Liberation and also Korean immigration to Hawaii much more unluckily.<br/> It was in Hawaii poor Koreans were at their best toward attaining Korean Liberation abroad as a base camp of accomplishing Korean Independence Movement. At first they had various difficulties in adjusting themselves to worst surroundings. Everything was so strange and new. and they had to learn how to handle themselves among enemies of Japanese powers, especially. Koreans didn't manage how to live before bitter foreign tribes. Hawaii was a land of surprising limitations. From January. 1903 to December. 1905. 7500 Koreans found their way to the islands. The emigration ceasing about this time very few have gone there since. Under such bitter conditions our Korean ancestors grew and developed very rapidly. Among various adversities, one third of all the Koreans in Hawaii was professing christians. They dominated the hard lives in the sugar camps on the islands of Oahu, Maui and Kauai where they were struggling against Japanese obstacles and diplomacy in being fallen into sympathetic hands in Hawaii and worldwide neglected Korean prestiges Out of the strongest nations.<br/> Korean ancestors exerted themselves to win Korean Liberation from the sly old fox called Japanese militarism. Park, Yong-man established warriors of Korean youngster's Military schools in Hastings, Kerney Nebraska and Ahemanu, Oahu, Hawaii expressing his brilliant Korean spirit to dispel Japanese plundering Korea on earth forever.<br/> It is so urgent for Koreans to succeed to all Korean pride and wealth, because we can not complete our Liberation and immigration entirely from the strongests surrounded us by now.

빌딩 자산관리 자격제도 도입에 관한 연구

CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and practices of building management, and to find out through a survey with the people in building and property businesses how they recognize the necessity of property management, in order to find a new way of specializing the property management for office buildings. (2) RESEARCH METHOD In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we first examined the earlier studies and literatures related to building management. Second, we analyzed the results of the survey we carried out with 322 people in the building management and property businesses located in Seoul and smaller cities (Yongin, Ansan, Cheonan). (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The finding of our study is summarized as follows: First, the property management market for buildings shows a steady growth since the financial crisis in late 1990's. However, the majority of these asset management companies remain small, providing mostly FM services, i,e. cleaning, guarding, landscaping, etc. Second, most building managers find it necessary to gain profession knowledge and receive re-education on property management on a continual basis. Third, they generally agree that the current license system for property management is not as efficient as it is supposed to be, and therefore it would be necessary to develop a new certification system. 2. RESULTS We suggest the following methods to specialize the property management for buildings. First, it is necessary to redefine the concept of property management of building. Second, it is necessary to introduce a government certification system for 'property management of building' and to put the existing institutes of training experts for property management of real estate under the government system. Third, it is necessary to introduce a registration system for building-property management companies and to make it imperative for any building more than certain scale to assign building management to a specialist of property management of building so that this can vitalize the buildings-property management market.

지대이론과 토지이용에 대한 이론적 고찰

First, rent and use of land theory based on the bid-rent theory. Second, consider theory which are manometric city and polycentric city. It found that though population, income, traffic cost effect for the urban land rent. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Rent and use of land theory based on the bid-rent theory is place a limit. And manometric city and polycentric city theory are very important. 2. RESULTS In the results of this study, Rent and use of land theory based on the bid-rent theory is place a limit. And manometric city and polycentric city theory are very important. Because population, income, traffic cost effect for the urban land rent. So we must study about variable of the urban land rent.

풍수지리와 주거입지에 관한 연구

Residential spaces that use the theory of Fengsui Jiri find ways how men can interconnect to the nature. The ideology of Fengsui Jiri derives from ecological ideas that are most suitable for natural environments and roots from accurate understanding of natural environment and socio-cultural backgrounds. For locating housing, theory of Fengsui Jiri uses several criteria. First, the flow of water shall be understood based on the idea that the freshest air is created when mountains and waters meet to exchange Yim and Yang. Second, a location with waters, lowlands, and narrow paths in front and mountains, highlands, and broad lands in the back shall be selected. Third, every Fengsui Jiri’s theory on four types of mountains, facing mountains, terrestrial magnetism, and winds shall be applied to selecting the ratio of roofs, lots, and buildings and height of walls. The ultimate purpose of applying these criteria is the harmony of natural environment and men. In result of his study, it was proved that Korea’s traditional principle of creating residential spaces was based on Fengsui Jiri’s ecological idea that, “Men and nature coexist as organically integrated bodies’ and that it is necessary to study the theory of Fengsui Jiri for its scientific utilization to meet our increasing interests in sustainable and environmentally-friendly development.

셰익스피어의 韓國受容 略史

In the history of Korean modern literature and art, new Korean cultural traditions could have been formed land developed under foreign influences. In order to make modern Korean literary history more systematic it is necessary to research the comparative approaches of Korean literature with European literature which influenced Korean literature covertly and overtly. In particular, among the western countries the developed countries literatures-England, German, France, America and so forth-had absolute influence on Korean literature. For instance, in the case of Korean new drama, Korean drama began to receive the western dramas in the course of decaying Korean classical Chang-plays by forces of Japanese New-school plays. The study of Korean acceptance of the western drama is to investigate the history of modern drama and to examine its quality and quantity. Meanwhile, because it is important to determine how Shakespeare, who contributed much to the development of drama world-wide, influenced Korea and how Shakespearean drama played a fundamental role in Korean dramas, they, too, were surveyed. In particular, because Shakespeare has had wide influence on Korean liberal education, literature and Korean dramaturgy as well as the world of Korean works, it is very remarkable to survey the concrete flow, and accentance process and influential relations. This is a study investigating the background of the Korean modern spirit. Strictly speaking, the history of modern Korean literature and art is not yet well enough arranged. Especially, these studies are not sufficient in the view of comparative literary approaches. There is a book written by Kim Byungcheol-'A study on the history of Korean modern translated literature'-but it is said that me merely arranged those materials into his book. Therefore, in the present situation it is urgent to have more concre te and profund studies in terms of important authors and countries. This dissertation intends to materially systemize the history of accepting Shakespeare from the point of view of comparative literary approaches. This dissertation adapts comparative approaches and actual proof approaches of Korean drama and drama world-wide synchronically. The reason is that it is necessary to the historical approaches as this study is to establish the history of modern Korean drama, and further the history of modern Korean literary art. Owing to the lack of existing studies in this field, it is essential to arrange the related materials in detail and to adapt the actual proof approaches of it. This study aims primarily to arrange the history of accepting Shakespeare in the above mentioned respects with explication. Furthermore, this is an attempt to look for how Shakespeare has influenced and improved the development of modern Korean drama and also how be has been influential in determining what direction Korean drama would take. Ultimately this dissertation is to contribute to the establishment of the history of Korean drama. It was just the age of englightenment and the sprouting periods in new civilization when William Shakespeare, the English dramatist, was introduced into korea for the first time. At that time, with a name that looked so strange to the korean people, Shakespeare seemed to be not a person as dramatist, but the greatest man that ever lived among the great names of history. Therefore, even his works were introduced only partially, not as a whole. Owing to these reasons, it became known for the first time after the 1919 samil Independence Movement by korean students studying in Tokyo that Shakespeare was a famo is dramatist of England. That is all very well, but, just after the Samil Movement the whole aspect of Shakespeare did not throw any light uopn Korean people. Korean students studying in Japan, who read several works of shakespeare's were interested in him and a few young literary enthusiasts versed in Chinese classics began to introduce him little by little Korea. Such a way of introducing Shakespeare has continued until it became a turniug point in modern Korean history at the time of the 1945 Liberation of Korea. For this neason, Shakespeare was quite alien to Korean people and only several of his plays were introduced with difficulty. In iact, if Shakespeare were on intimate terms with the people, it could be possible through the stage in the theatre. By the time when korean Liberation came, there was no theatrical company to digest and perform the plays of Shakespeare. This is why Shakespeare didn't take root deeply in Korea. But, after the Korean war of 1950~1953, the state of affairs was changed in a hurry. The korean war offered an oppertunity to accept European culture into Korea at first hand, and with the sudden development of colleges, Shakespeare, who can't be expelled from the western culture, came to this land without compulsion. Shakespeare became a compulsory subject in the university curriculum and professors belonging to the department of English literature had to write theses about Shakespeare. Furthermore, theatrical companies ususlly performed Shakespeare's plays regarding those abilities as the moment of making their substance stronger with the feeling for their sense of duty. Finally, they thought that a good theatrical company was able to perform Shakespeare's plays for the sake of winning publio recognition. From the starting point of the Korean war, so much like this, the situation was changed for the better so far as Shakespeare at least was concerned. For instance, as to studying Shakespeare, since the days of Choe Jae-seo, the Shakespearean of the 1950s, lots of theses were given every year, and all the works of Shakespeare had been translated by the scholars who majored in English literature. It is said that Shakespeare's works are on the list of good books, so most of the educated people should read them as required. So, to many Shakesqeare is very well known and closely related with Korean people.

"Shakespeare 受容過程硏究" 中 三·一運動期와 Shakespeare : 한국연극에 미친 영향과 관련하여 Ralating to his Influences Affected to Korean Drama

The study aims primarily to arrange the history of accepting Shakespeare in the above mentioned respects with explication. Furthermore, this is an attempt to look for how Shakespeare has influenced and improved the development of modern Korean drama and also how he has been influential in determining what direction Korean drama would take. In chapter Ⅲ, this dissertation intends to examine the March 1st Korean Independence Movement related with Shakespeare. Although they were poor retranslations, there were Hyunchol's Hamlet and Lee Sangsoo's 'Merchant of Venice' Which were translated completely without an abridgement. Furthermore, Korean theatre people within the country had started accepting Shakespeare in order to study or introduce him into korea ardently by this time. In particular Hyunchol Must be given a high assessment as a transmetteur who introduced foreign literary trends and theories. More than that, as a predecessor of the public drama movement he outshone indisputably his contemporaries. Kim Woojin(1897-1926), a leader and one of the great theatrical people who founded the 'Theatrical Art Association' With the tour company 'Dong-woohoe'fineshed his unfortunate life as a scapegoat of representing illfated ages of Korea and not only suffered from the serious problems facing the difficult situation of Korean intellectuals, but also was a dramatist who studied and introduced Shakespeare into korea ahead of anyone else in his time.

희랍悲劇과 Dionysos

하나의 연극형태로서의 비극은 서기전 5세기 내지 6세기의 고대 그리스에서 최초 눈부신 발전을 이룩했다. 희랍에서 비극의 형식은 의식적 기원으로 윤색이 되어 의식과는 분리될 수 없는 여러 가지 많은 특징을 지닌 것으로 낙인 찍혀졌다. 극의 기원은 훨씬 더 먼 과거 , 고대사회의 종교의식으로 거슬러 올라간다. 인류의 역사를 통해 신의 탄생, 죽음과 부활 묘사에서 뿐만아니라 신을 축하하기 위해 짐승 가죽을 뒤집어 쓴 제들이나 숭배자들에 의해 공연된 가무의 발자취에서 볼 수 있다. 현금에도 비슷한 의식들이 원시인들 사이에서 발견 되어진다.

Shakespeare 劇中 超自然的 要素의 考察

결론적으로 우리는 신화창조의 시학적 창의성에 대한 이상과 같은 과정에 관해 Shakespeare 자료들을 조사해 보는 일만으로는 불가능하다. 그럼으로써 이런 결론과는 대조적으로 초자연적인 것에 대한 시인의 태도는 자기 작품에 명시한대로 최소한 얼마간 광명을 이 문제에 던져넣어줄지 모른다. 셸리의 작품처럼 대중을 위해 초자연적 인물들을 창조해내는 일이 그 신뢰성을 상실하긴 했지만 근대 신화학적 이론정립의 기원에 증언할 수 있는 업적도 대단하지만 Shakespeare 작품처럼 순수한 마녀와 유령의 존재를 믿었던 관객을 위해 똑같은 업적을 남긴 것은 또 다른 성과라 하겠다. 비록 고도로 상징적인 추상개념이긴 하나 맥베드에 나오는 섬뜩한 마녀들이 극중 실제 인간 모양 생기있는가 하면 반면 셸리 작 '사슬에서 해방된 Prometheus'는 오히려 생명감이 결여된 인물로 나타나고 있다고만 말하는 것도 가치있는 평가만은 아니다. 세익스피어는 자기 관객에게 기본적 신념을 제시하면서 현실감 넘치게 불요불급한 초자연적 인물들을 창출해 냄으로써 관객의 기대감 충족을 위해 최선을 다하곤 했다. 그렇지만 비근한 노력이 형이상학적으로 배려된 열망과 지나치게 추상적이며 종교적인 감상 때문에 셸리에게서는 그런 기대감이 결핍된 것 같다.
