        디지털정보화수준이 온라인기반 참여에 미치는 영향:장애여부에 따른 사회자본의 매개효과에 대한 다중집단분석을 중심으로

        This study investigates disparities in the levels of digitalization and online participation, along with the degree of social capital between persons with and without disabilities. The article tests the mediating role of social capital in promoting online engagement through digitalization by separating samples of the disabled and non-disabled. The results of our analysis show that while the impact of levels of information utilization on bonding social capital and online participation is more pronounced among the disabled, the mediating effect of social capital on online participation is larger among the non-disabled. These results imply there is a need to enhance utilization levels of information technology to boost participation among persons with disabilities. Moreover, our findings illuminate the necessity of recognizing a distinct impact of bonding social capital and digital information utilization on facilitating online engagement across disability status. Consequently, customized policies that can target specific social capital types and information technology levels are important for promoting online engagement based on disability status.

        기초학력보장정책에 대한 초등교사의 인식 -대구광역시교육청 ‘학습 도움닫기 프로그램’을 중심으로-

        This study analyzes the effectiveness of the policy by examining the perception of elementary school teachers on the 'Learning Help Program (Intensive Subject Supplement Program)', one of the basic academic ability guarantee policies implemented after Corona 19, and the implications for the basic academic ability guarantee policy. It was done for the purpose of providing To achieve the purpose of the study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 5 elementary school teachers belonging to the Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education, and the conclusions based on the analysis results are as follows. The necessity of easing the operating standards of the Learning Help Program, strengthening support for physical infrastructure, developing learning applications and tools, and strengthening related training and publicity was suggested. As policy implications and suggestions for this, the need for maintenance and continuous operation of the Learning Help Program policy was mentioned, and the need for policy support, such as publicizing the results of the Learning Help Program and best practices, and providing expert consulting for each school, was suggested. 이 논문은 코로나19 이후 시행된 기초학력보장정책 중 하나인 ‘학습 도움닫기 프로그램(교과보충 집중 프로그램)’에 대한 초등교사의 인식을 살펴봄으로써 정책의 실효성을 분석하고 기초학력보장정책에 대한 시사점을 제공하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 대구광역시교육청 소속 초등교사 5명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하였으며, 분석 결과에 따른 결론은 다음과 같다. 학습 도움닫기 프로그램의 운영 기준 완화, 물적 인프라 지원 강화, 학습 애플리케이션 및 도구의 개발과 관련 연수 및 홍보 강화의 필요성을 제시하였다. 이에 대한 정책적 시사점 및 제언으로써 학습 도움닫기 프로그램 정책의 유지 및 지속적 운영의 필요성을 언급하였고 학습 도움닫기 프로그램의 설문 결과와 우수 사례의 홍보, 학교별 전문가 컨설팅 제공 등의 정책적 지원의 필요성을 제안하였다.

        안경사의 건강기능식품에 관한 섭취실태와 인식 연구

        Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data on the consumption of general and ocular health functional foods by optometrists by identifying general and ocular health functional foods, the characteristics of optometrists, and analyzing their recognition. Method: A survey of 103 optometrists was conducted by visiting opticians located in the Seoul metropolitan area. General health functional foods were reclassified into 16 of the 37 groups currently prescribed as proclaimed health functional foods, and ocular health function foods were divided into five groups, which are defined as individually recognized health functional foods. The actual consumption of general and ocular health functional foods according to the general characteristics general characteristics of optometrist was evaluated using frequency analysis. The recognition of health functional foods was analyzed using the t-test and one-way analysis of variance. Results: The number of optometrists who ate general and ocular health functional foods were 71 and 27, respectively. The most commonly consumed general and ocular health functional foods were nutritional supplements (84.5%) and lutein-containing products (66.7%). In optometrists, the recognition of ocular health functional foods was lower than that of general health functional foods. Consumption of general health functional foods was only important on working days (p≤.05), Consumption of ocular health functional foods was related to age (p≤.05), regular holiday (p≤.05), and years of practice (p≤.05). Conclusions: In this study, we confirmed the need to remind optometrists of health functional foods. This will provide the basis for correct selection and healthy consumption of general and ocular health functional foods. 목적: 본 연구는 안경사의 일반 및 안구 관련 건강기능식품 섭취실태를 파악하고 그에 따른 인식을 분석하여 안 경사의 건강기능식품에 관한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법: 수도권 지역에 위치한 안경원을 방문하여 안경사 103명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 일반 건강기능식품의 분류는 현재 식약처에서 고시 원료로 규정된 37개 항목을 16개 그룹으로 재분류하였으며, 안구 관련 건강기능식품의 분류는 개별인정 원료로 규정된 5개 그룹으로 분 류하였다. 안경사의 일반적 특성에 따른 일반 및 안구 관련 건강기능식품 섭취실태는 빈도분석(frequency analysis)을 실시하였으며, 건강기능식품의 인식 조사는 t-test, one-way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 결과: 일반 및 안구 관련 건강기 능식품을 섭취한 안경사는 각각 71명, 27명으로 섭취한 일반 및 안구 관련 건강기능식품의 종류는 각각 영양보충제 가 84.5%, 루테인 함유 제품이 66.7%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 안경사의 건강기능식품 인식은 일반 건강기능식품에 비 해 안구 관련 건강기능식품의 인식이 현저히 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 일반 건강기능식품은 일반적 특성 중 평균 근무 일수(p ≤ .05)에서 유일하게 유의하였으며, 안구 관련 건강기능식품은 연령(p ≤ .05), 정기휴일(p ≤ .05), 경력(p ≤ .05)에서 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 섭취실태 및 인식 분석을 통하여 안경사의 건강기능식품에 대한 인식을 상기시킬 필요성을 확인하였으며 일반 및 안구 관련 건강기능식품에 대한 기초 자료로의 의의를 가질 것으로 사료된다.

        An Investigation of Korean Consumers' Service Quality Perception of Imported Retail Services: Implications of Consumer Ethnocentrism

        Purpose: This study analyzes how consumers’ level of ethnocentrism influences their perceived quality on an imported service. Design/methodology/approach: In order to do so, this study firstly utilizes five measurement items to assess consumers’ level of ethnocentrism. Then, SERVQUAL (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy) is employed to evaluate consumers’ perceived quality on the imported service. Lastly, consumers’ level of ethnocentrism and their evaluation on the imported service is comparatively analyzed in order to identify the relationship between the ethnocentric customers and their evaluation on the service. Starbucks was used as the sample of an imported service. The data was collected from general Korean consumers and a total of 220 respondents participated in the survey. Findings: As a result, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy factors were empirically proved to have significant relationship between consumer’s ethnocentrism and consumer’s perceived quality of the imported service. Based on the results, this study suggests focusing on localization of Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy factors when an international company expands their market to the countries with high tendency of ethnocentrism, such as: South Korea, China and the United States of America. Research limitations/implications: The sample size that was used for this study is rather small and the survey was conducted and analyzed in relatively short time period. Also, if traditional Korean coffee shops can be compared to as Starbucks in the future study, more meaningful result will be drawn. Originality/value: By demonstrating that ethnocentrism influences consumers’ purchase intentions in the decision-making process through Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy, this study re-emphasizes the importance of localization when expanding services to countries with high levels of ethnocentrism.
