        The surface changes due to urban development and the increase of artificial heat releases have brought significant climate changes such as heat island phenomenon in urban area. Furthermore, these changes also have brought serious problems such as air temperature increase, wind changes, and air pollution in urban area. Comprehensive analytical technologies considering various effects are required to analyse complicated mechanism of climate changes, and review the efficient measures. In this research, we have studied the influence of climate upon the surface change by urban development in Tokyo and Bangkok area which have heat island phenomenon. By using CFD, we have studied urban development and the mechanism of global warming and wind change in those two cities. As a result of numerical research, the surface changes of city could bring the environmental changes in urban area.

      • 건축재개발에 따른 바람길과 열환경의 변화

        This study is based on heat island effect due to the redevelopment of apartment. Wind Road is countermeasure of heat island in the city. However, it is difficult to evaluate heat island by wind road only. In this study, we calculate two cases. The one is to calculate wind only. The other is to calculate wind including temperature. A lot of factors affect climatic changes in an urban area. Temperature increase due to urbanization is mainly caused by the following factors: 1) increase in artificial heat releases due to energy consumption, and 2) increase in the area covered with artificial materials (asphalt, concrete, etc.). Various urban planning measures have been proposed to minimize these impacts, e.g. urban planting, the use of water permeable materials, etc. In this study, we show the different results of different two ground materials too.

        폭염 시 건물 외부공간의 온열환경 평가를 위한 지표의 수정회귀식에 대한 연구

        Purpose: PMV and UTCI are key indices encompassing all major factors for assessing human thermal comfort. However, due to the complexity of calculations and significant errors arising from the inclusion of all these factors, there is a need for research on simpler indices that can be more easily applied. Therefore, in this study, we propose a modified formula for analyzing and evaluating thermal comfort in outdoor spaces during heatwaves, based on data collected in actual outdoor environments. Method: Employing the Stepwise method in multiple regression analysis, we analyzed existing PMV and UTCI to derive a modified regression model. Temperature (Ta), radiant temperature (Tr), relative humidity (RH), metabolic rate (Met), and clothing insulation (Clo) were used as variables. Result: The PMV equation demonstrated 99.3% explanatory power, while the UTCI equation showed 99.7%. The significance of deriving these formulas lies in the fact that they are based on data collected from outdoor environments rather than theoretical values. Especially considering the high accuracy but challenging usability of PMV and UTCI as evaluation metrics, once the reliability of the modified regression equations is confirmed, they are expected to be widely utilized in future research.

        공공건축물 그린리모델링 사전조사의 수행과정 및 활용에 따라 발생되는 장애요인 진단

        As Government endeavor to accomplish NDCs, discussion of green-remodeling (GR) which main reduction policy of greenhouse gas emission for old buildings stoke is also activated. To integrate green remodeling into private housing market, in green-remodeling project, early stage that judge whether green-remodeling is proper to old building is important. The purpose of this paper is that present hindrance during the early stage of green-remodeling project. For this, error issues related to pre-audit and its application are extracted from the results of public green remodeling project that have been operating by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport since 2020. The issues are classified depend on work phase, and then reclassified by influence factors modified from HFACS. As a result, planning green-remodeling phase is the most controversial phase for all of work flow, and systematic factor is recognized as the most influential factor to hinderance issues. To smooth proceed of green-remodeling project, these are need to; 1) schedule whole project progress as consider existence or nonexistence of blue-print, 2) make purpose of construction programming clearly. Additionally, collaboration public management in local government and resident’s understanding of green-remodeling are required.
