        "조선문조선어강의록"의 교육내용에 관한 검토 -교육내용의 발전적 측면-

        This paper considers the contents of Korean language education in the articles appeared in Lectures on Korean Letters and Language. Korean language education under the "Korean Language Encouragement Policy" of the Governor-General of Korea had been heavily influenced by the Policy, and the primary objective of the education was to prepare for various Korean language examinations. As a result, the development of the educational contents and structure followed a different route from the Korean language textbooks of the past, in terms of pronunciation, grammar, and style. In this sense, Lectures may be considered to be quite progressive, and it made possible some development in educational contents. Yet due to the policies of the Governor-General of Korea and the situation of society under the colonial rule, Korean language education provided by this organization could not have been reflected in to modern Korean language education, and remained episodic. Given this kind of historical incident, it is essential for a diachronic analysis of the contents of Korean language education to take into account the historical context, and to discuss the objective of education and social meaning of Korean language education against the historical background.

        일본에서의 한국어교육의 특징 -KFL의 정체성 재고를 위해-

        This thesis is designed to make possible an expanded discussion on how to upgrade the identity of KFL in Korea by elucidating the characteristics of Korean language education abroad, especially in Japan. Korean language education in Japan was from the first beginning the education of Korean as a foreign language, as it is not in Korea, and under the two countries` sociopolitical circumstances, there have existed various goals in Korean language education including ``government and rule``, ``specialized academic discipline``, and ``general purpose``. The current study shows that the purpose of KFL has varied with the time periods and according to public education policy, through a historical examination of Korean language education in Japan. I have also pointed out that having undergone this development, however, Korean language education is not an independent entity on the educational curriculum but has remained under the influence of the education of the other foreign languages including English, and that, unlike learners of other foreign languages, learners of Korean show characteristic aspects in their motivation. In view of such characteristics of Korean language education in Japan, a discussion of KFL in Korea could be conducted in a wider scope.

        This paper discusses the characteristics of teaching Korean grammar in Japan, focusing on the teaching environment and the content of grammar material in the college level education. In order to examine the features of teaching environment, I investigate the historical sequence of teaching Korean in Japan. I argue that the teaching environment in the current college education has problems in time restriction, class size, and instructors. The problems in the teaching content are unstandardized grammatical terms, different grammar systems between colleges, and the disagreement between learner`s expectation and their achievement. In addition, the method of teaching vocabulary and understanding-oriented learning are another problems connected to teaching grammar.

        레토르트 살균처리가 적색육 및 백색육 어류의 성분변화에 미치는 영향 -1. 함질소엑스분 및 텍스튜어의 변화-

        수산물을 원료로 한 고온가열처리 식품의 성분 및 품질변화에 관한 기초자료를 얻을 목적으로, 가다랑어육과 명태육을 각각 마쇄 균질화하여 각 3B관에 충전, 밀봉한 후 자숙처리($98^{\circ}C$, 30분) 및 $121.1^{\circ}C$에서 Fo 5, Fo 10, Fo 20에 달하는 열처리를 하여 이들 가열처리가 어육의 함질소엑스분 및 텍스튜어의 변화에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실험하였다. 가열처리에 따른 시료 어육의 일반성분 변화에서, 수분함량은 가열처리 전에 비해 가열처리 후에, 또한 Fo값이 증가할수록 약간씩 감소하였고, 조단백질 및 조회분 함량은 상대적으로 약간씩 증가하였으며, 조지방 함량은 거의 변화가 없었다. 시료가다랑어육 및 명태육의_pH는 각각 5.46 및 6.63이었고, Fo 20 시료는 5.75 및 6.82로서 가열처리에 따라 점차 증가하였고, 휘발성염기질소량 역시 가열처리에 따라 현저히 증가하였다. 히스타민 함량은 시료 가다랑어육이 6.1mg/100g, 명태육이 0.1mg/100g이었고, 자숙처리에서는 각각 11.6mg/100g 및 0.3mg/100g, Fo 20 시료의 함량은 각각 8.2mg/100g, 0.1mg/100g이었다. 가다랑어육의 총유리아미노산의 함량은 984.8mg/100g으로 histidine, taurine, alanine, leucine 및 lysine 등이 전체의 $87\%$를 차지하고 있었고, 명태육은 총함량이 282.3mg/100g이었고, taurine, alanine, glycine, glutamic acid 및 lysine 등의 함량이 많았다. 가열처리 정도가 커질수록 이들 총함량은 약간씩 감소하였고, 가다랑어육이 명태육에 비해 감소량이 많았다. 가다랑어육에서는 histidine, taurine 및 alanine의 감소가, 명태육에서는 taurine의 감소가 현저하였다. IMP함량은 가다랑어육의 142.2mg/100g, 명태육이 95.5mg/100mg으로 시료 조제 및 가열처리 중 상당량 감소하였으며, TMAO 함량은 가열처리 중 급속히 감소한 반면, TMA는 가열 전에 비해 급증하였다. Total creatinine 함량의 변화도 비교적 현저하여 Fo 20의 열처리에서 약 $10\%$ 내외가 감소하였다. 시료 어육의 경도, 질김성, 응집성 및 탄성의 변화에서 양 시료 모두 $95^{/circ}C$에서 30분간의 열처리보다 Fo 5의 열처리 쪽이 텍스튜어의 저하가 심하였다. The skipjack and Alaska pollack meat were packed in square No. 3B can, and thermally processed at $121.1^{\cir}C$ so far as to reach Fo values of 5, 10 and 20, respectively. Also the another samples which were heated at $98^{\cir}C$ for 30 minutes were prepared. We have examined the changes of nitrogenous extractives and texture by thermal processing at high temperature in both fish meats. Moisture contents of both fish meats decreased slightly with the increasing of Fo values. When the samples were heated at $98^{\cir}C$ and $121.1^{\cir}C$, pH and VBN contents increased markedly in both fish meats; increasing ratio of pH and VBN contents in skipjack meat was larger than those of Alaska pollack meat. Histamine were detected in concentration of 6.1mg/100g, 0.1mg/100g in raw skipjack and Alaska pollack meat, 8.2mg/100g, 0.1mg/100g in Fo 20 samples of these fish meats, respectively. The contents of total free amino acids in skipjack and Alaska polack meat were 984.8mg/100g, 282.3mg/100g, and these total contents decreased slightly with increasing of Fo values. Little changes were observed in free amino acid composition, but only His, Tau, Ala in skipjack meat and Tau in Alaska pollack meat decreased significantly by heat treatment. Also the degredation of IMP were Proceeded during Preparation and heat treatment of samples, and TMAO changed into TMA almost equivalently. In changes of textures, as compared with heating of 98t for 30 minutes; Fo 5 heat treatment became more softened these fish meats.

        국내시판 수산물통조림의 지방산조성

        수산식품의 가공 및 저장 중 지질성분의 변화에 대한 일련의 연구로서 현재 국내에서 시판되고 있는 14종류의 어패류통조림제품의 지방산조성을 분석하였다.<br/> 각 수산물통조림의 조지방함량은 참치기름담금통조림이 15.2%, 굴훈제기름담금통조림이 11.2%로서 함량이 많았고 그외 보일드, 토마토소오스담금, 조미어류통조림은 4.8~7.8%, 패류통조림은 1.3~3.3%범위였다. 지방산조성은 제품에 따라 상당한 차이를 보이고 있으나 전반적으로 폴리엔산의 조성비가 34.5~61.4%로 많이 함유되고 있었고 패류통조림이 어류통조림에 비해 그 조성비가 다소 높았다. 다음으로 포화산, 모노엔산 순이었고, palmitic, palmitoleic, oleic, eicosapentaenoic, docosahexaenoic acid 등이 주요구성지방산이었다. 참치기름담금 및 굴훈제기름담금통조림의 경우 면실유에서 이행된 linoleic acid가 전체지방산의 48.2%, 34.6%를 차지하고 있었다. 수산물통조림은 제조 중 고온가열처리를 받아 지질성분이 산화 및 열분해되었음에도 불구하고 전반적으로 폴리엔산의 조성비가 높았고 eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid 같은 고도불포화지방산이 상당량 장존해 있었다. The fatty acid composition of lipids separated from 14 kinds of canned fish and shellfish products from the market were examined.<br/> The crude lipid contents of canned fish and shellfish products showed wide difference (1.3-15.2%) depending on raw materials and kinds of products. Fatty acid composition of products were mainly consisted of polyenoic acid(34.5-61.4%), and followed by saturated acid(24.5-47.8%), monoenoic acid(12.4-32.0%). The major fatty acids were palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. In case of canned tuna in oil and canned smoked oyster in oil, linoleic acid was the most predominant component(48.2%, 34.6%). Judging from the results, canned fish and shellfish products were abundant of the polyunsaturated fatty acids in spite of the high temperature sterilization and long storage periods.

      • Toxoplasma 감염 가토의 임파구 아세포화 반응에 대한 연구

        This study was performed to observe the differences of lymphocyte blastogienic responses in rabbits infected with Fukaya and Me49 strain of Toxoplasma gondii. Rabbits were subcutaneously inoculated with mouse brain emulsion containing 50 cysts of each strain of Toxoplasma gondii. A total of 9 male rabbits was used. From the 1st week after inoculation, blastogenic responses of peripheral blood lymphocytes treated with concanavalin A (Con. A, 10.0㎍/ml), lipopolysaccharide(LPS, 25.0㎍/ml) and Toxoplasma lysate(20.0㎍/ml) respectively were examined by [methyl-^3H]-thymidine incorporation assay at l week interval for 8 weeks. The results obtained in this study were as follows: 1. The blastogenic responses of the Con. A-treated and Toxoplasma lysate-treated lymphocytes from rabbits infected with Fukaya and Me49 strain of Toxoplasma gondii respectively were significantly declined as compared with those of the contol rabbits(p<0.05). No significantly differences were revealed in the blastogenic responses of the experimental group each other. 2. The blastogenic responses of the LPS-treated lymphocytes from rabbits infected with Fukaya and Me49 strain of Toxoplasma gondii respectively were not significantly declined as compared with those of the contol mice. No significantly differences were revealed in the blastogenic responses of the experimental group each other. The results suggested that there were no significantly differences in the blastogenic responses to Con. A, LPS and Toxoplasma lysate of each strain of Toxoplasma gondii infected rabbits. But the experimental group was a significant depression in blastogenic responses to Con. A and Toxoplasma lysate as compared with those of control group.

        입말 내러티브 안에서의 입말 / 글말 연속체에 대한 연구 : 한국어 학습자의 입말 내러티브를 대상으로 In case of Learners of Korean as a Foreign Language

        This paper aims to analyze the oral narratives of learners of Korean as a foreign language(LKFL). As a result, we can confirm that the notion of 'oral/literate continuum' in Tannen(1982) can be applied to the narratives of LKFL. Namely, although the narratives of LKFL are organized orally, they include not only oral factors but also written factors. In addition, this paper found out that if learners repeat their narratives once again, they pay careful attention to text 'integration rather than context 'involvement' in comparison with the former narratives. I think that this kind of studies can help us to plan the more effective teaching system in teaching Korean as a foreign language, especially in speaking and writing.
