      • 고교 레슬링선수들의 체중감량이 섭취열량과 신체조성에 미치는 영향

        This study was to find out calorie intake and body composition changes in accordance with weight loss of wrestlers. The wrestlers were divided three groups : no weight loss group, 5~7% weight loss group and over 7% weight loss group, And they were ovserved three ; before weight loss, at measuring weight and before games. The following are the conclusion of this study: Before weight loss, the percentage of the daily intake to the daily energy expenditure was 57.5% For the no weight loss group, 172% For the 5%~7% weight loss group and 53.7% For the over 7% weight loss group, The calorie intake of each group per meal: the no weight loss group intake 1.118kcal be Fore weight loss, 750.9kcal before weight measurement and 1026.8kcal From after weight measurement to before games, and the 5~7% weight loss group intake 955.4kcal before weight loss, 483.1kcal before weight measurement and 880.4kcal from after weight measurement to before games, and the over 7% weight intake 959.3kcal before weight loss, 339.1kcal before weight measurement and 872.7kcal from after weight measurement to before games. The ratios of calorie intake(protein ; fat : glucose) : the no weight loss group showed 16,.7~35.1% : 20.8~23.8% : 44.1~60%, the 5~7% weight loss group showed 15.5~26.6% : 22.2~23.7% : 50.6~62.3% and the over 7% weight loss group showed 15.0~30.2% : 19.6~27.6% : 50.7~59.4%. After weight loss, weight and BMI changes in accordance with weight loss among groups slowed meaningful differences in all circumstances : Weight, before games versus at measuring weight and before weight loss versus before games(p≤0.01). In the changes of total body water, protein, mineral, at mass and at in accordance with weight loss among groups, when We compared those of before games with those of at measuring Weight, we Found that the over 7% weight loss group showed a meaningful increase over the no Weight loss group(p≤.05).

        The purpose of this study is to prove the influence on blood lactate accumulation, LDH, CPK, electrolytes, immune system pre-exercise vitamin B complex C and vitamin E intake to athlets of high intense training. Subjects are Exercise players of health and no disease who were trained for 12 weeks under diet control. Exercise program was performed 4 times a day and 3 a day during join fortes training. Pre-experiment was performed after a week food control. Post-experiment was performed after a week to examine short term variable and after 5 weeks and 12 weeks for the long term variable. The data of this study was analysed by SAS program. Average difference between pre and post group was performed by one-way ANOVA and all the data was examined under static significance a=<.05. The following results were: Blood lactate has shown significant difference in two experimental group. But there was significant change in LDH and CPK. As for the electrolytes change, there were significant influence in Na and K but no change in Cl. As for the immune, there were significant change in eosinophil in experimental group but no change in any other else.

The following are the conclusion of this study: Before weight loss, the percentage of the daily intake to the daily energy expenditure was 57,5% for the no weight: loss group and 53.7% for the over 5% weight loss group. The calorie ingesting of each group per meal: the no weight loss group intake 1.118kcal before weight loss, 760.9kcal before weight measurement and 1026.8kcal from after weight measurement to before games, and the over 5% weight intake 959.3kcal before weight loss, 339.4kcal before weight measurement and 872.7kcal from after weight measurement to before games. The ratios of calorie ingesting (protein : fat : glucose) : the no weight loss group showed 16.7~35.1% : 20.8~23.8% : 44.1~60%, and the over 5% weight loss group showed 150~30.2% : 19.6-27.6% : 50.7~59.4%. There was no significance difference in groups before and after weight loss in the change of blood lipid. But group lost more than 5% in its weight presented the increase for T-C and TG levels and the decrease for HDL-C and LDL-C ratio

        The purpose of this study was to survey the effects of Dance Spots on body composition, Cardiopulmonary function, serum lipid and leptin in the obese, normal and controlled group of the middle-aged women. The conclusion of this study is as follows : 1. Body composition 1) Body weight and % fat within these groups decreased after anise than before one in the CG end NG. In the comparison among groups, the OG decreased me significantly than the CG. 2) The LBM was no difference among these groups and within groups. 2. Cardiopulmonary function 1) In the comparison within each group, HRrest decreased significantly, In the comparison among groups, the OG and NIG decreased more significantly than the CG. 2) The HRmax, RF, VE within groups increased significantly. 3) The VO₂max mg/kg/min in the within groups increased significantly in the NG in the CG decreased significantly. In the comparison among groups, the OG and NG increased more significantly than the CG. 4) VCO₂ in the within the groups decreased significantly in the NG.

        From a theoretical research on recent investigations of endocrine disruptors, the results of this study were as follow; 1. Endocrine Disruptors means an exogenous chemical substance that causes adverse health effects in an intact organism, or its progeny, consequent to changes in endocrine function. 2. It is required that the cooperative study and research is propelled among administrative organs, scientific research companies and the common people companies for fundamental protecting about endocrine disruptors. 3. It is necessary that the network data-base and international cooperation works should be intensified. 4. Development of techniques which can distinguish and classify the endocrine disruptors, more testing and continuous monitoring are required.

      • 딥러닝에 의한 라이다 반사강도 데이터의 자연칼라 영상화

        본 연구에서는 생성적 적대 신경망(GAN; Generative Adversarial Network)기반의 딥러닝 모델을 이용하여 라이다 반사강도 데이터의 자연칼라 영상화를 수행하였다. 반사강도 데이터는 능동센서인 레이저 스캐너에 의해 근적외선 파장대에서 획득되므로 광학영상과 비교하면 물리적, 광학적, 해상도, 품질, 패턴 등 여러 측면에서 다른 특성을 가지고 있다. 특히 라이다 데이터는 중심투영의 광학영상과 다르게 정사투영에 의해 획득되고, 폐색영역과 그림자 영향이 없으므로, 라이다 반사강도 데이터를 딥러닝에 의해 고품질의 자연칼라로 영상화하면 엄밀정사영상을 효율적이고 획기적으로 생성할 수 있는 방법이라고 판단된다.

        고강도 트레이닝 운동선수의 피로도와 면역체계에 대한 비타민 B, C 복합체 및 비타민 E의 투여효과

According to the results of this study, the wrestlers lost their weights intensively in three days before games by eating less and when lean body mass was restored, the level was lower than before weight loss. Therefore, these results intake the weakness of exercise capacity, long-term weight loss plan is more helpful than short-term weight loss, and for the enhancement of exercise capacity systematic plan and training of the weigh loss should be done.
