생약복합제제(生藥複合製劑)(사물청간장(四物淸肝腸))의 흰쥐 약물성(藥物性) 간(肝) 장해(障害)에 대한 보호작용(保護作用)

This study was attempted to investigate the effects of Composite Preparation (Samulchungkan-Tang) extract (SCTE), Scutellarias Radix extract (SRE), Artemisiae iwayomogii Herba extract (AIHE), Artemisia capillaris Flos extract (ACFE), Paeaniae Radix extract (PRE) and Gardeniae Fructus extract (GFE) on the activities of GOT, GPT, ALP and LDH, and Content of total cholesterol in serum of $CCl_4$ and ${_D}-galactosamime$ intoxicated rats, and bile flow in rats. 1) In $CCl_4-intoxicated$ rats-The activities of S-GOT and S-GPT which were elevated by $CCl_4$ were significantly decreased in dose of SCTE 450 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg and GFE 300 mg/kg, respectively as compared to $CCl_4$ intoxicated rats. ALP activity increased by $CC1_4-treatment$ was markedly decreased in dose of SCTE 450 mg and 600 mg/kg, SRE 400 mg/kg, AIHE 400 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg and PRE 300 mg/kg, and LDH activity in SCTE 450 mg and 600 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg and GFE 300 mg/kg, respectively compared to $CCl_4$ treated rates. ACFE 400 mg/kg and PRE 300 mg/kg decreased the content of total cholesterol increased by $CCl_4$, the liver weight in all sample administered groups was decreased significantly as compared to $CCl_4$ treated groups. 2) In ${_D}-galactosamine$ intoxicated rats-Sample of SCTE 450 mg and 600 mg/kg, SRE 400 mg/kg, AIHF 400 mg and 600 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg, PRE 300 mg/kg and GFE 300 mg and 500 mg/kg decreased the activities of S-GPT, ALP and LDH which was increased by ${_D}-galactosamine$ intoxication, compared to ${_D}-galactosamine$ intoxicated groups. In S-GOT activity elevated by ${_D}-galactosamine$ was significantly decreased by SCTE 450 mg/kg, ACFE 600mg/kg, AIHE 600 mg/kg, PRE 300 mg/kg, GFE 300 mg and 500 mg/kg. However, SCTE 600 mg/kg, SRE 400 mg/kg, and AIHE 400 mg/kg were not effected significantly. 3) In bile secretion-SCTE 450 mg and 600 mg/kg, ACFE 600 mg/kg and GFE 500mg/kg increased significantly the amount of bile secretion as compared to normal groups, but AIHE 400 mg/kg, SRE 400 mg/kg, and PRE 300 mg/kg did not effected significantiy.
영지(靈芝)버섯(Ganoderma lucidum)의 소화기계(消化器系)에 대한 약효연구(藥硏究)

This study was attempted to investigate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum extract on digestive system in experimental animals. Ganoderma lucidum water extract (GWE) was found to be promoted the charcol transport rate in the small intestine of mice. GWE exhibited the augmentation of spontaneus movement(motility) and contractile response(tension) in the ileum and colon strips of rabbit, and these action were inhibited by atropine. GWE given intraduodenaly(i.d.) exhibited the significant increase of gastric acid secretion in pylorus-ligated rats. GWE inhibited the formation of some experimental gastric ulcers(pylorus ligation ulcer i.d., indomethacin-induced ulcer p.o., i.d. and aspirin-induced ulcer p.o.) in rats, which are considered to relate to a protective action. GWE and EtOH extract(water soluble phase) were remarkably increase of bile excretion, when administration of i.d., intravenation(i.v.) and per os (p.o.) compared with normal-control group. GWE was observed antibacterial activity aginst several intestinal microoganisms and others bacteria in vitro test.
소풍호혈탕의 약효에 관한 연구 : 진통, 항염증 및 혈압에 미치는 효과에 대하여

This study was attempted to examine the acute toxicity and the effect of Sopunghwalhul-Tang water extract(SHTE) on analgesic action in mice, anti- . inflammatory action in rats and blood pressure in rabbits. The results were as follows; SHTE showed 10%o mortality at 2,000 ㎎/㎏(p.o.), had significant analgesic activity - in the pain caused by 0.7% acetic acid and was shown to have significant antiinflammatory activity in the edema-induced by 5% acetic acid at 450 ㎎/㎏. SHTE given into a ear vein of rabbits produced a dose-related vasodepressur responses. SHTE-induced hypotension was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with atropine, but was not affected by chlorisondamine, phentolamine, propranolol, and dephenhydr atnine. These results suggest that SHTE had analgesic, anti-inAammatory action and hypotensive action through stimulation of peripheral cholinergic muscarinic receptor.

This study was attempted to examine the effect of Sopung-Tang extract(STE) on anti-inflammatory action in rats, analqesic action and the acute, subacute toxicity in mice. In anti-inflammatory activity in rats, STE was shown to have significant preventive effect in the edema induced by Freund's conplete adjuvant and 5% acetic acid. In analgesic activity in mice, STE was shown to have significant analgesic action on the writhing syndrome in mice induced by 0.7% acetic acid. In acute toxicity test in mice, STE showed 10% mortality at 2000㎎/㎏ . and 1200㎎/㎏ i.p. In subacute toxicity test in mice, STE was not showed for 19 days. Serum uric acid in treated by adjuvant method rats were slightly decreaced by comparing with the control group. During the administration of extracts the body weight increased, but the liver and spleen weight was not changed.

Experimental studies were conducted to investigate for the effect of Daeganghwal-Tang(DHT) extract on the anti-inflammatory activity, analgesic activity, subacute toxicity and acute toxicity. The following results have been obtanied ; In the anti-inflammatory activity in rats, DHT extract (300,600㎎/㎏ p.o) was shown remarkable preventive effect in the edema induced by Freund's complete adjuvant and 5% acetic acid. In analgesic activity test in mouse, DHT extract(300,600㎎/㎏ p.o) was shown significant analgegic activity in mouse induced by 0.7% acetic acid. In acute toxicity test in mouse, DHT extract showed10% mortelity at DHT extract 1.200㎎/㎏ i.p. and 2,000㎎/㎏ p.o.. In subacute toxicity test in mouse. DHT extract was not showed toxicity for 19 day. Uric acid in the serum of the treated rats by Freund's complete adjuvant were slightly decreased by comparing with the control group. During the administration of DHT extract, The body weight increased, but the liver and spleen weight was not changed by comparing with the control group. .

This study was attempted to investigate the effect of "Equiseti Herba extract" on the acute toxicity in mice, S-GOT, S-GPT activities and level and level of triglyceride phospholipid total-cholesterol β-lipo-protein and total-lipid in serum of experimentally induced hyperlipemic rats. In acute toxicity test in mice, the death rate was not observed in 300, 500㎎/㎏(p.o.) 10% in 1000, 1500㎎/㎏(p.o.) for two weeks. The activities of S-GOT and S-GPT were remarkably decreased in 300, 500㎎/㎏(p.o.), when compared with the control group(high lipid diet). The level of trighyceride phospholipid total-lipid and total-cholesterol were significantly decreased in 300, 500㎎/㎏(p.o.), when compared with the control group. The body weight of the rats decreased in control group was significantly increased more than normal weight on the administration of sample extract. The liver weight of the rats increased in control group was not shown reduced on the administration of sample extract.
