Pipe section of bending part at the arch type pipe-house showed an ellipse with oblateness of 0.076 on the average. Flexural rigidity of bending part decreased by average 6.3% than that of an original round shape section. The deflection of arch type pipe-house measured by model experiments showed much bigger than the result of structural analysis. In case of arch type pipe-house, we supposed that the decrease of flexural rigidity for the bending part of pipes had an effect on deflection of roof under the working load. This effect should be considered in the structural analysis. Bending resistance of gable type pipe-house used a prefabricated connector which developed in this study showed about $1.5{\sim}1.8$ times stronger than that of the existing arch type or gable type processed bending. Therefore, we supposed that the gable-roofed prefabricated pipe-house is safer than arch type or bent gable type in case of heavy snowfall. According to house scales and section properties of steel pipe in use, safe snow depths and rafter intervals were presented for design of gable-roofed prefabricated pipe-house. Their standards were established in the range of the durable models recommended by RDA, and the comparative examinations were conducted by means of structural analysis. It was evaluated that the developed greenhouse model had a high applicability in the field.
무선전력전송효율을 높이기 위한 자성매질이 결합된 소형 공진기의 설계

본 논문에서는 무선전력전송을 위한 자성매질 결합 소형 공진기를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 설계법에 따라 13.56MHz에서 동작하는 직경 200mm의 송신 코일과 수신코일사이에 자성매질인 페라이트(Ferrite)와 헥사페라이트(Hexa Ferrite)를 배치하여 무선전력전송 시스템을 구성하였다. 정확도가 높은 EM시뮬레이션을 통해 13.56MHz 대역에서의 무선전력전송효율을 확인하였으며, 확인 결과 전달율은 기본구조에서 ?4.79dB인 것이 페라이트와 헥사페라이트를 삽입한 구조에서는 -0.5dB로 향상되었다. In this paper, we designed a magnetic material-combined compact resonator for wireless power transfer. Following the design approach, we placed the ferrite and hexa ferrite between the tranmission and reception coils operating at 13.56MHz, and diameter of coils is 200mm. Through the full-wave EM simulation, we confirmed the wireless power transfer efficiency at 13.56MHz, where the transmission ratio changes from ?4.79dB with the conventional set up to ?0.5dB with ferrite combined with hexa ferrite.
정적연소기내 CRSP 설계인자에 따른 연소특성에 관한 실험적 연구

Natural gas is a promising alternative fuel to meet strict engine emission regulations in many countries. A natural gas engines achieve low emissions but the demand is for better fuel consumption, increased ratings. This study focuses on a cylindrical Constant Volume Combustion Chamber(CVCC) was used to investigate the combustion characteristics under various Combustion Radical Spark Plug(CRSP) design parameters and different equivalence ratio. The maximum combustion pressure and mass fraction burned of combustion was effected by the CRSP orifice diameter, volume ratio and equivalence ratio. This paper shows optimum parameters of CRSP according to combustion characteristics with design parameters.
정적연소기내 예연소실 설계인자가 연소특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

천연가스는 최근 세계적으로 강화되고 있는 배기가스 규제를 만족시키기 위한 연료이다. 가스엔진개발에 있어 적은 배기가스와 보다나은 연료 소비효율이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 정적연소기 내에서 예연소실 설계 형상인자와 당량비에 따른 연소 특성을 연구하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 특히 예연소실 설계인자 중 오리피스 직경, 체적비와 당량비가 연소 최대압력과 질량연소분율에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구 하였다. 본 논문은 예연소실 설계인자에 따른 연소 특성을 분석하여, 최적의 예연소실 설계인자를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. To develop natural-gas engines, low emission, efficient fuel consumption, and increased power ratings have to be realized. In this study, a cylindrical constant-volume combustion chamber (CVCC) was used to investigate natural-gas combustion characteristics for different prechamber design parameters and equivalence ratios. In particular, the maximum combustion pressure and mass fraction of the burned gas were evaluated by considering orifice diameter, volume ratio of prechamber and equivalence ratio. Using this result and by analyzing the changes in combustion characteristics with variations in design parameters, the optimum prechamber parameters were determined.
군위성 송수신기용 기존 금속 도파관을 대체하는 DNG형 기판적층 도파관 공진기의 설계

A new and significantly small guided and resonant structure is suggested to take over bulky metallic hollow waveguides used in military satellite transceivers. Below Ku-band, the conventional waveguides resulting in quite heavy transceivers will be replaced by the low profile SIW(substrate integrated waveguide) structures that are distinguished from the others in that the suggested ones have much lower cut-off frequencies by the circuital configuration of DNG(dobule negative) constitutive parameters and become even smaller than the other SIWs. The design scheme is validated by the circuit and full-wave simulations from the guided, resonant, and coupled structures. Besides, a bandpass filter as the suggested coupled structure is fabricated with a cheap substrate in a low-budget fabrication process and its frequency response is measured as verification of the purpose of the design.

The maximum combustion pressure and mass fraction of burned gas was evaluated in particular by the orifice diameter, volume ratio of pre-chamber, equivalence ratio and swirl intensity. This result could provide combustion characteristics with variation of swirl intensity.
