This paper describes the characteristics of power loss, and leakage currents flowing through new and deteriorated zinc oxide(ZnO) arrester elements under mixed DC and 60Hz AC voltages. The Ⅰ-Ⅴ curves of ZnO arrester elements were measured as a function of the voltage ratio K. The test specimen was deteriorated by 8/20[㎲] impulse current of 2.6[㎄]. In the case of same applied voltage, the leakage current flowing through the deteriorated ZnO arrester elements was higher than that of the new ZnO arrester elements. The cross-over phenomenon in Ⅰ-Ⅴ curves under mixed DC and AC voltages was observed. The effect of the leakage current flowing ZnO arrester elements on DC voltage is pronounced at same test voltage level.

Recently Vehicles black box for analysis of the accident, mainly the camera images are stored. But on issues such as sudden unintended acceleration type are insufficient for analysis. Because of the information collected by various sensors on the basis of analysis will be available is a vehicle accident. In this paper from inside the vehicle to get the basic information to monitor and collect data for the analysis of vehicle accidents caused by internal defects can be to build a system. This paper is using the TCP/IP communication measured of the vehicle. And remote communication using the stored vehicles were able to store data on a sever.

This paper is the study of forklift on the development of proportional control valve system. Small forklift is the transmission by the pilot pressure. So a lot of time and money is needed to adjust the sensitivity of transmission. Proportional control valve to easily adjust the clutch pressure. Proportional control valve to change the shape of the input waveform by adjusting the clutch pressure. Input waveform is changed by using the program. In this paper, we simulate the proportional control valve and the clutch pack. Proportional control valve to simulate the performance of Forklift and find ways to reduce shift shock.

In these days, Grounding system of large buildings are constructed by the combination of foundation structures and grounding grids. Because the distances between the grounding grid and auxiliary electrodes are not enough in down areas, it is very difficult to measure the ground resistance of large-scaled system. In some cases, auxiliary electrodes are located in grounding grid. It is very wrong to precisely measure the ground resistance. For this reason, this paper presents the method of measuring the ground resistance by using the vertically-placed auxiliary electrodes. The potential distribution curves between the grounding grid being measured and the current auxiliary electrode for different-sized grounding grid are calculated. The location of the potential auxiliary electrodes to measure the ground resistance with the measurement accuracy less than 5% is determined.

This paper deals with the electrical characteristics related to power loss, equivalent resistance, and leakage currents flowing through new and deteriorated zinc oxide(ZnO) arrester elements subjected to the mixed DC and 60[㎐] AC voltages. The test specimens were deteriorated by 8/20[㎲] impulse current of 2.5[㎄]. The leakage current-applied voltage(I-V) characteristic curves of ZnO surge arrester elements were measured as a parameter of the ratio of the peak of 60[Hz] AC voltage to the peak of total voltage. As a consequence of test results, in case of the same applied voltage, the leakage currents flowing through the deteriorated ZnO arrester elements were higher than those flowing through the new ZnO surge arrester elements. The cross-over phenomenon in curves of ZnO surge arrester elements measured as a parameter of the mixed ratio of DC and AC voltages was observed at the low current domain. The effect of DC voltage on the leakage current flowing through ZnO surge arrester elements is pronounced at the same magnitude of test voltages. In addition, the larger the applied number of 8/20[㎲] impulse current of 2.5[㎄] is, the greater the power loss is, in particular, the more severe the power loss increases at higher applied voltages.

The machine vision system is widely applied at automatic inspection field of the industries. Especially, the machine vision system showed good performance at difficult inspection field by contact method. In this paper, the automatic system to inspect screw/bolt shape using machine vision is developed. The inspection system uses pattern matching method that search similar degree of the lucidity, the average lucidity, length and angle of inspection set up area using a circular scan and a line scan method. This inspection system is composed of feeding device, transfer device, vision system, lighting device and computer; and the separation discharge system of the inferior product is according to inspection result. The performance experiment of this system measured the feeding speed, the shape correct degree and the separation discharge speed according to the type of screw/bolt. The performance test showed a satisfied result in whole inspection items. Presently, this inspection system is being used in the manufacturing process of screw/bolt usefully.
