        가계재무상태 평가지표를 이용한 가계유형의 분석

        The purposes of the study were to categorize the households based on the satisfaction of the guidelines of the indexes for evaluating financial status developed based on the financial ratios, and to find out financial and socioeconomic characteristics of each household type. The data came from the 1998 KHPS. According to the data, 77.7% of the households were not satisfactory in term of both financial security and financial growth. Especially, as age of householder increased, the probability of becoming this type of household was also increased. The household type, whose financial status satisfied the guidelines of financial security indexes but did not satisfy those of financial growth indexes, was 21.4% of the total households. Their householders tended to be well educated salary men aged 30s living in Seoul. In addition to the results, some inferences could be made. The guidelines of financial growth indexes seem to be somewhat high. But in general, the results suggest that the selection and the guidelines of the indexes developed based on the assumption of sequential satisfaction of financial security and growth, were valid.

        신주거문화를 선도하는 현대산업개발

        본 연구의 목적은 신소비문화 영역에서의 현대산업개발 (주) 의 활동사례를 평가하고 분석함으로써 소비문화를 선도하고 형성하는데 있어서의 바람직한 기업활동을 모색하는 것이다. 현대산업개발의 주요상품은 아파트와 같은 공동주택으로 주거문화를 선도하고 형성하는 것과 관계된다. 따라서 먼저 새로운 주거문화의 경향에 대한 고찰을 하고 이를 바탕으로 현대산업개발의 경영철학과 활동실적을 살펴보았다. 현대산업개발은 고객제일주의의 정신에 입각하여 윤리 경영, 천환경 경영, 고객감동 경영, 내실 경영, 공익 경영, 글로벌 경영이라는 경영철학을 바탕으로 아파트 내외부공간을 차별화하며 아파트 고객의 다양한 수요에 부응하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 더 나아가서 지역 사회에 대한 적극적인 서비스를 제공함으로써 아파트주차 뿐만 아니라 지역사확주민과 더불어 사는 주거문화를 형성하는데 기여하고 있다. 환경친화적이고 건강하고 활력이 넘치며 주민 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 단자의 조성, 다양한 평민의 개발과 철저한 품질관리 시스템의 운영‘ City Innovation 을 목표로 한 지역사회에 대한 서비스 가 현대산업개발의 지속적인 성장요인이라고 할 수 있다. The purpose of the study is to find out appropriate management practices that lead and form the consumption culture. by analyzing the accomplishments of Hyundai Development Company. The study examines the new trend of housing culture. and the business philosophy and achievements of Hyundai Development Company. The company has management philosophies such as consumer-oriented. moral. environmental. substantial. public interest. and global managements. Based on such philosophies, it differentiated the interior and the exterior of apartments and satisfied the various needs for apartments. Furthermore, it provided beneficial services to the local communities by allowing, not only the apartment residents, the local community residents to meet new housing cultures. Hyundai Development Company formed complexes to activate the residential community. invented various ground plans, kept an exhaustive quality management system, and provided services to the local communities to perform city innovation. Such factors can be considered as the main causes of Hyundai Development Company's constant growth.

        개인재무설계 분야의 교육 및 연구동향과 실천적 과제

        본 연구는 우리나라에서 1997년 이후 이루어진 개인재무설계 분야의 교육과 연구동향을 살펴보고 이를 토대로 향후 개인재무설계 분야의 실천적인 과제들을 제시함으로써 가계의 재정적인 복지를 극대화하기 위한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 개인재무설계 분야의 교육과 연구의 도약을 위해서 학계에서는 관련교과목 수요에 부응하여 실용적인 교육내용으로의 확충보완이 요구되고 있다. 우리나라 대학에서도 CFP자격제도와 연계된 교과과정의 운영을 활성화함으로써 재무설계 전문인력의 확충과 저변확대를 꾀하여야 할 것이다. 연구결과의 현장시사점과 정책적시사점을 염두에 둔 실용적인 연구가 좀 더 활성화 되어야 하며, 연구자의 연구주제에 대한 관심을 지속시킬 수 있는 노력이 필요하다. 또한 연구를 뒷받침하기 위해 대표성과 신뢰성을 지닌 가계금융기초자료의 생산이 요구된다. This study was conducted to set the future direction and make suggestions in the field of personal finance area in Korea. To accomplish this purpose, existing undergraduate and graduate curricula and certificate system related to personal finance area offered in Korea were reviewed and analyzed. More than 180 research papers published during last decade in the field of personal finance were reviewed and analyzed as well. Based on the reviewed researches, curricula, and certificate system the development and cooperation of CFP Board -registered program was strongly recommended. The various collaboration methods among researchers, educators, and practitioners were suggested.

        재무비율로 평가한 우리나라 가계의 재정상태

        선행연구에서 한국 가계의 재무상태를 평가하기에 적합한 것으로 제안된 재무비율 유형과 재무비율의 준거기준을 이용하여 우리나라 가계의 재무상태를 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 대우경제연구소에서 조사된 한국가구패널조사자료 중 1998년 자료를 이용하였으며 2,468가구의 자료가 최종분석에 이용되었다. 우리나라 전체 가계 중 절반은 현재생활에 급급하여 경제적 위험대비나 가계의 경제적 성장을 위한 디딤돌을 전혀 마련하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 가계특성별 재무상태로서 가구주직업별로는 봉급생활자가계가, 가구주교육수준별로는 대졸 이상의 교육수준을 가진 가계가 가장 바람직한 재무상태를 보였다. 또한 가구주연령별 재무상태는 연령별 즉, 가족생애주기에 따라 매우 다른 재무상태를 나타냈으며, 특히 60세 이상의 가계가 매우 취약한 가계재무상태를 보였다. 주택보유형태별 재무상태는 전세가계가 자가보유 혹은 월세가계보다 바람직한 재무상태를 보였으며 이는 주택보유로 인한 자산의 유동성 결여로 나타난 결과로 해석된다. 거주지역별 재무상태는 실문자산의 규모에 있어서 유의한 차이를 보였으며 이는 실물자산의 시장가치의 지역별 차이에서 비롯된 것임을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study was to find financial status of the Korean households using financial ratios. The indexes and guidelines developed in previous study for evaluating financial status for the Korean households were utilized. The data were drawn from the Korean Household Panel Survey(KHPS) in 1988, and 2,468 households were selected for this study. The half of Korean households were not able to make any financial rooms for their financial crisis or financial base for the better financial status because of lack of income or over expenditures. The householders who were employed with regular monthly salary had more desirable financial status, and the householders with over college level also had more desirable financial status than their counter parts. The households with over sixty of householder age showed worst financial status than their counter parts. The households with rental house(normally, full refundable deposit base, not monthly payment base) showed better financial status than those with their own house or rental house(monthly payment base). The real estate level of households showed higher level in big city comparing to small city resulting from differences of market price of house.

        소비자재무설계 , 상담 , 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 연구 방향

        With increasing needs for personal finance services, it has been an important issue to develop the programs for personal finance planning, counseling, and education for both consumers and educators. The purpose of this study was to give the research directions of personal finance planning, counseling, and education for developing practical program. The programs should be developed based on researches of financial characteristics of Korean households. The programs for personal finance planning may be developed in the fields of estimation of time value of money, evaluation of liquid assets, and tax simulation etc. The contents and types of program should be different according to consumers` characteristics. The programs of personal finance counseling may be developed in detailed fields such as debt management, budgeting, and financial strategy to overcome serious financial problems. Counseling procedures, counseling management, and more effective ways for practising counseling programs were discussed. The personal finance education program should focus on not only economic point of view, but how to use money for our neighborhood or society. Further, it is necessary to have a series of personal finance education programs according to consumer`s life cycle in the long run. Today`s most commercial organizations are attempting to obtain a competitive advantage through a variety of the Web services. The impacts of corporation image based on this web environment have become increasingly significant for the business success and thus, establishing the corporation images are emerging as an important strategic issue. Therefore, this paper makes an experiment for analyzing the effects of web services quality on the corporation images. The research model includes three influential variables: the Web service quality, the communication strategy, and suffers` characteristic. Through the experiment, the variables are proved to be significant statistically in impacting on the corporation image. It is expected that the results will be employed effectively in developing Web marketing strategies.

        재무비율을 이용한 가계재무상태 평가지표개발에 관한 연구

        This study was attempted to develope the Indexes and guidelines for evaluating financial status of the household using financial ratios. Based on the review of previous studies and discussions of co-workers of this research, it was decided that household financial status should be evaluated from the points of security and growth. To evauate the financial security of the household, household surplus index, emergency fund index, risk protection index, and debt burden index were selected. Propensity to save index, popensity to invest index and liquidity index were selected to evaluate the financial growth of the household. These indexes were measured by the financial ratios. Those financial ratios and guidelines were as follows; monthly living expenditures/monthly disposable income(<0.9) as a household surplus index, financial assets/monthly living expenditures(>1) and financial assets/monthly disposable income(>1) as emergency fund indexes, monthly insurance fee/monthly disposable income(0∼0.2) as a risk protection index, monthly debt payment/monthly disposable income(<0.25), debt/financial assets(<10), debt/total assets(<0.8) as debt burden indexes, annual savings/annual disposable income(>0.1) as a propensity to save index, investment assets/total assets(0.05∼0.1) and real assets/total assets(<0.9) as propensity to invest indexes, and financial assets/total assets(>0.1) as a liquidity index.
