태풍타입별 피해 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 활용한 태풍피해예측모델 개발 연구

태풍은 인류에 큰 피해를 주는 재난재해로 몇몇 선진국에서는 태풍으로 인한 건축물 피해액 사전예측 모델에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 국내에서도 해외 연구를 토대로 국내에 적용시키는 연구가 진행되었지만, 태풍의 특성이나 크기 등이 차이가 나므로 국내에 적합한 모델이 필요한 실정이다. 또한, 국내의 연구는 태풍의 특성, 지역적 특성만을 고려하여 진행 하였으나, 태풍은 복합재해로서 태풍의 특성, 지리적 특성만이 아닌 태풍의 진로, 건설환경, 등 다양한 요인을 고려하여야한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내에 영향을 미친 태풍을 7가지 타입으로 분류하여 건물피해액 영향인자를 도출하고, 회귀분석을 실시하여 태풍 타입별 건물피해율 예측모델을 개발 목적으로 한다. 이는 선진국의 자연재해 예측모델들과 같이 국내의 상황에 맞는 태풍에 따른 피해를 예측하기 위한 모델 개발을 위한 자료로 활용 될 것이다. Since typhoon is a critical meteorological disaster, some advanced countries have developed typhoon damage prediction models. However, although South Korea is vulnerable to typhoons, there is still shortage of study in typhoon damage prediction model reflecting the vulnerability of domestic building and features of disaster. Moreover, many studies have been only focused on the characteristics and typhoon and regional characteristics without various influencing factors. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze typhoon damage by path and develop to prediction model for building damage ratio by using multiple regression analysis. This study classifies the building damages by typhoon paths to identify influencing factors then the correlation analysis is conducted between building damage ratio and their factors. In addition, a multiple regression analysis is applied to develop a typhoon damage prediction model. Four categories; typhoon information, geography, construction environment, and socio-economy, are used as the independent variables. The results of this study will be used as fundamental material for the typhoon damage prediction model development of South Korea.

Objective Insomnia is a common symptom among cerebral infarction patients. The purpose of this study is to report a case which showed sypmtoms improvement after treatment with Hyeongbangsabaek-san. Method To evaluate the results of this treatment, Insomnia severity index(ISI), Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI), Korean version of Beck depression inventory(K-BDI), Sleep dairy results were measured. Result The patient who suffered from severe insomnia after cerebral infarction attack was treated by Hyeongbangsabaek-san and acupuncture therapy for about 3 weeks. She refused to take Western medicine for insomnia, and after treated with Hyeongbangsabaek-san and acupuncture, her sleep quality showed improvement. Conclusion This study suggests that using Sasang constitutuional medical treatment is effective for Soyangin patient with insomnia after cerebral infarction attack.
신경근육질환으로 인한 호흡곤란을 호소하는 소음인환자 치험 1례 보고

Objectives Dyspnea due to neuromuscular disease is very rare in the complementary medicine field. The purpose of this study is to report a case which showed sypmtoms improvement after treatment with Sohaphyang-won. Methods To evaluate the results of this treatment, number of days which the patient had dyspnea, results of an Arterial blood gas analysis, and the patient's lab reports were measured. Results The patient who suffered from severe sudden dyspnea and applying mechanical ventilator, was treated by Sohaphyang-won and acupuncture therapy for about 2 months. He had been diagnosed as dyspnea caused by neuromuscular disease, which in Western medicine there was no specific treatment. But after treated with Sohaphyang-won and acupuncture, his frequency of dyspnea decreased. Conclusions This study suggests that using Sasang constitutuional medical treatment is effective for Soeumin patient with dyspnea induced by neuromuscular disease.

형상기억합금 트러스 구조물을 이용한 스텐트의 설계 및 해석

Recently, many patients related to heart disease have surgical operation by expanding a blood vessel to treat the angiostenosis. So far most angioplasties have been performed using balloon-dilative stent made of stainless steel. Some researchers are studying the stent made of shape memory alloy (SMA) to operate the angioplasty more easily. and there are several papers which introduce the angioplasty using SMA. However, most of the analysis models for stents are constructed using solid elements. So much computing time is required to solve the analysis model. In this study, we suggest the SMA stent model using 1D truss element which is much faster than stent model using 3D solid element. To represent non-linear behavior of SMA, we apply 1D SMA constitutive equation of Lagoudas’. Pseudo-elastic behavior of stent structures is presented as a numerical example.
