        The aim of this study is to find out hotel buffet restaurant user's satisfaction factors and provide useful information for the decision of its marketing policy. Also suggestions for the increased sale and effective management in the future business will be studied. Documentary and empirical studies are performed to accomplish the aim of this study. Various books, theses, papers and statistical outputs have been applied for the theory basis of hotel buffet restaurant customers' satisfaction. For the enhancement of hotel buffet restaurant customers' satisfaction degree, following suggestions are recommended. The development of distinct hotel service is needed. Also the effort for making hotel buffet restaurant not only for dining place but also customers oriented facilities, with various events and shows, is required. Periodical checking on the food quality, presenting new menu to the customers and keeping consistent food taste and quality are needed. Also, the interior of restaurant should be distinct, creative and clean for the customers amenity in the restaurant. Marketing activities such as prompt reservation system, securing parking lot and shuttle bus to the restaurant are expected. Complaints from their customers should be managed properly. The limit of this study is the restricted sampling boundary - limited to Seoul area - that could be an obstacle to the reasonable survey result. In the future, the understood limit should be supplemented to be the available study on the satisfaction of customers for buffet restaurant in hotels, through the comparison and examination studies.

        Purpose: In this study, we attempted to ascertain the proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (${1}^H$ MRS) peak characteristics of human gastric tissue layers and finally to use the metabolic peaks of MRS to distinguish between normal and abnormal gastric specimens. Materials and Methods: Ex-vivo ${1}^H$ MRS examinations of thirty-five gastric specimens were performed to distinguish abnormal gastric tissues invaded by carcinoma cells from normal stomach-wall tissues. High-resolution 400-MHz (9.4-T) ${1}^H$ nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra of two gastric layers, a proper muscle layer, and a composite mucosasubmucosa layer were compared with those of clinical 64- MHz (1.5-T) MR spectra. Three-dimensional spoiled gradient recalled (SPGR) images were used to determine the size and the position of a voxel for MRS data collection. Results: For normal gastric tissue layers, the metabolite peaks of 400-MHz ${1}^H$ MRS were primarily found to be as follows: lipids at 0.9 ppm and 1.3 ppm; alanine at 1.58 ppm; N-acetyl neuraminic acid (sialic acid) at 2.03 ppm; and glutathione at 2.25 ppm in common. The broad and featureless featureless spectral peaks of the 64-MHz MRS were bunched near 0.9, 1.3, and 2.0, and 2.2 ppm in human specimens without respect to layers. In a specimen (Borrmmann type III) with a tubular adenocarcinoma, the resonance peaks were measured at 1.26, 1.36 and 3.22 ppm. All the peak intensities of the spectrum of the normal gastric tissue were reduced, but for gastric tumor tissue layers, the lactate peak split into 1.26 and 1.39 ppm, and the peak intensity of choline at 3.21 ppm was increased. Conclusion: We found that decreasing lipids, an increasing lactate peak that split into two peaks, 1.26 ppm and 1.36 ppm, and an increasing choline peak at 3.22 ppm were markers of tumor invasion into the gastric tissue layers. This study implies that MR spectroscopy can be a useful diagnostic tool for gastric cancer.

      • 개구리 식도 섬모 운동에 미치는 Aconitine의 영향

        개구리 식도 섬모운동에 대한 aconitine의 작용과 aconitine 작용에 미치는 physostigmine, tetracaine 및 수종 전해질의 영향을 관찰하여 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. 1. Aconitine은 투여 용량에 따라 개구리 식도 섬모운동을 촉진시켰다. 2. Aconitine의 섬모운동 촉진효과는 physostigmine에 의하여 영향받지 않았다. 3. Aconitine의 섬모운동 촉진효과는 tetracaine에 의하여 현저히 억제 되었다. 4. 개구리 식도 섬모운동은 영양액내 Na^+ 감소 또는 K^+ 증가로 억제 되었고, CA^2+ 또는 MG^+ 증가로 촉진되었다. 5. Aconitine의 섬모운동 촉진효과는 영양액내 K^+ , CA^2+ 또는 Mg^2+ 증가 또는 Na^+의 감소로 억세되었다. 이상의 실험성적은 aconitine의 약리적 작용 발현에 있어 세포막에서의 ion 투과성을 포함한 세포 내외의 전해질 조성상태가 중요한 역할을 하고 있으며 또한 개구리 식도 섬모운동이 전해질과 관련된 Aconitine의 약리작용 연구에 좋은 실험 model이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.
