Sloped-LOM 방식 3D 프린터를 이용한 비정형 EPS 거푸집 제작 공법 개발

Recently, free-formed construction technology is becoming a new measure of representing technological superiority and sociocultural ingenuity. However, the CNC processing technology utilizing the existing wood and iron form has limitations in terms of the manufacturing time and material cost. Therefore, in this study, the method and process of manufacturing free-formed EPS form using S-LOM-based 3D printing technology were suggested. Furthermore, through the mock-up test, a comparative analysis of the manufacturing time and precision with CNC milling technology was conducted. The results show that S-LOM-based 3D printing technology has reduced manufacturing time about 57.4% compared to CNC milling technology during the free-formed EPS form manufacturing process. In addition, compared to the design drawings, the maximum error value was 20.5mm, proving the applicability of S-LOM-based 3D printing technology. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the improvement of S-LOM method and the activation of S-LOM method by verifying the applicability of S-LOM-based 3D printing technology. 최근 비정형 건축물이 한 나라의 기술적 우월성을 나타내는 새로운 척도로 부상하기 시작하면서 비정형 건축물을 효율적으로 제작하는 기술이 중요해지고 있다. 하지만 기존의 목재, 철재 거푸집 등을 CNC 기술로 가공하여 비정형 거푸집을 제작하는 방식은 제작시간과 재료 비용 측면에서 한계점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 S-LOM 방식의 3D 프린팅 기술을 통한 비정형 EPS 거푸집 제작 공법을 개발하고 제작 프로세스를 제시하였다. 또한 실물 모형 시험을 통해 기존 CNC 밀링 기술과의 제작시간 및 정밀도에 대한 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, S-LOM 방식의 3D 프린팅 기술을 활용할 경우 CNC 밀링 기술 대비 약 57.4%의 제작시간 단축 효과가 있었다. 또한 S-LOM 방식의 3D 프린팅 기술의 경우 설계도면 대비 약 20.5mm의 오차의 최대 절댓값이 발생하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 거푸집 제작시간과 정밀도 측면에서 S-LOM 방식 기술의 현장 적용 가능성을 확인하여, S-LOM 방식 기술의 개선 및 공법 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Although the importance of the construction lift is increasing, no improvements are being made to its operating system. This study proposed an optimal call-response algorithm of the construction lift for high-rise building construction by using image sensing technology, height measuring sensor, and load cell. This algorithm makes turn-around decision of the construction lift by considering the information and the number of user. It occurs when the call comes from a floor where the construction lift already have passed. The purpose of this study is to reduce the total latency of the construction lift user. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent delay in construction duration by carrying out a priority operation of the construction lift for the critical workforce.
투자권유규제와 업무위수탁, 투자권유대행인 및 투자광고제도와의 상호관계

최근 서울고등법원은 증권회사에 의한 투자일임계약상품 판매에 있어서, 투자일임업자가 운용하는 투자일임계약상품을 소개 내지 권유해 준 증권회사에게 자본시장법 제46조 이하의 투자권유규제 위반을 들어 투자자에 대한 손해배상책임을 인정하였다(2013나2009367판결(손해배상(기) 판결). 원심인 서울고등법원 및 제1심인 서울중앙지방법원은 이 사안을 자본시장법 제46조 이하에 따른 투자권유에 중점을 두어 다루었다. 현재 대법원에 계속중인 사건이고 제1심 및 제2심 사건 진행에 대하여도 판결문에 드러난 이외의 당사자들의 자세한 주장을 파악할 길은 없는 것이나, 원론적인 측면에서는 자본시장법 제46조 이하의 적합성?적정성의 원칙 및 설명의무는 실제로 투자권유 행위를 하는 자를 규제하는 것이지 해당 투자일임업자로부터 기관 차원에서의 위임을 받을 것을 요건으로 하지는 않으므로 증권회사 직원의 개인 차원에서의 행위라고 하더라도 단순 소개의 차원을 넘는 경우에 투자권유규제를 받는다는 점은 부인하기 어렵다. 다만, 이러한 투자권유행위가 적정하였는지 및 이러한 투자권유행위를 한 직원이 근무하는 증권회사가 책임을 부담하는 것이 타당한지는 보다 거시적인 접근 및 검토와 관련된 것이다. 즉, 이 문제는 자본시장법 제42조의 업무위수탁, 자본시장법 제52조의 투자권유대행인 문제, 자본시장법 제57조의 투자광고규제 등이 적용될지의 경계선에 있는 문제로 보이고, 이러한 제반 규정들을 동시에 중첩적으로 적용하고자 할 경우 현재의 제도 운영상으로는 당해 규정의 수범자인 금융투자업자로서는 해당 업무의 처리 방안을 찾기가 용이하지 않은 문제인 것이다. 만일 금융기관이 해당 업무의 수범자로서 적법한 업무 처리 방안을 파악하기 어렵다면 추후 관련 법규를 개정하거나 적어도 제도의 운용을 개선하여 적절한 감독 하에 업무를 적법하게 처리할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고 이러한 방향으로 유도하는 것이 금융시장의 건전한 발전을 위하여 바람직하다. Recently, Seoul Appellate Court made a decision that renders tort liability to a security company asserted to have provided solicitation or recommendation of financial product managed by other discretionary investment company on the reason the security company breached its obligation during investment recommendation under Article 46 of Financial Investment Services and Capital Market Act (“FISCMA”). (Court Decision No. 2013 Na 2009367). Seoul Appellate Court and Seoul District Court, the lower level court of Seoul Appellate Court, treated this case focusing on the regulation of investment recommendation under Article 46 of FISCMA. It is hard to decide whether the court’s decision was justifiable because it is not allowed to review detailed motions, briefs and related evidences due to protection of such information of the continuing case. However, such decision seems to be principally proper since the regulation under Article 46 and followings of FISCMA regulates actual recommenders and does not require entrustment of such recommendation business from a discretionary investment company, thus any individual act of an employee of a security company can be scrutinized under investment-recommendation regulation. However, more macroscopic approach and review are needed to decide whether such security company which employs the recommender shall be liable for such employee’s act. In other words, this issue is to be solved by considering all the issues of business entrustment under Article 42, investment solicitor under Article 52, investment advertisement of Article 57 of FISCMA, and we reach the conclusion that compliance of all the regulation under FISCMA is very difficult under current practical application of FISCMA. Thus, it is recommended to revise related regulations or applications for financial institutions to find legitimate way to perform their business under proper regulations by supervisory institutions, in order to secure the sound development of the capital market of Korea.
ARENA를 활용한 3D 프린팅 기술 기반 거푸집 공사의 생산성 분석 시뮬레이션 모델 개발

The technology of manufacturing freeform molds with S-LOM based 3D printer has advantages in the production period and the curvature range. However, there is no any support tool about productivity analysis of S-LOM technology because S-LOM technology is early-stage technology. There can be problems about increase of construction time and cost without any decision support tool like productivity analysis models etc. Therefore, in this study, the productivity analysis simulation model for freeform formwork based on S-LOM technology was developed using ARENA software. The process and logic of manufacturing freeform molds can be easily visualized in this model. Futhermore, the resource like labor, equipment and material can be easily optimized with this model. As a result, it can contribute to preventing the increase of construction time and cost in formwork with further productivity analysis.
건설현장 내 작업자 실내측위를 위한 지구자기장 보정 범위 도출

Although various studies about indoor positioning systems, such as beacon and Wifi, have been conducting for indoor positioning of workers at construction sites, these systems have limitations in terms of accuracy or economics. To overcome these limitations, geomagnetic field sequence-based indoor positioning technology can be a good alternative. However, it is necessary to correct the geomagnetic field near the construction material stocking area since the geomagnetic field can be distorted near construction materials such as rebars. Therefore, this study conducted an experiment for identifying correction range of geomagnetic field near the construction material stocking area. It was analyzed that the geomagnetic field should be corrected up to 60cm in the horizontal direction from the stocking point if the height of stocking area for rebars is 40cm or more. This study can be used for important reference for development of geomagnetic field sequence-based indoor positioning technology suitable for construction sites.
노후 학교건물의 개축 타당성 평가를 위한 경제성 분석 모델 개발

Although there are many old school buildings that is more than 40 years in Korea, it is difficult to rebuild all of them due to limitations in budget management. Therefore, objective feasibility evaluation criteria are necessary to determine which school buildings should be rebuilt preferentially among the numerous old school buildings. One of the rebuilding feasibility evaluation items, economic evaluation generally requires documents such as construction statements and facility drawings. However, because most buildings older than 40 years do not have these documents, an economic analysis model that requires only basic building information should be developed. In this study, the economic analysis model that can be used for evaluating the rebuilding feasibility only with the number of years, total floor area, and structural information of school buildings was established. This model can contribute to the objective feasibility evaluation of old school buildings because it can evaluate numerous buildings on the same criteria based on basic building information.
