크고 적응적인 생략인자에 의한 비디오 영상 장면의 고속 추출

본 논문은 비디오 연속영상에 크고 적응적인 생략인자를 적용하여 신속하게 장면의 변화를 찾아내는 것을 목적으로 한다. 일반적으로 기존의 방법들은 비디오 장면변화 검출을 위하여 이웃한 모든 프레임쌍을 비교 분석한다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 비디오 영상의 방대함으로 인하여 많은 계산량의 문제점을 드러낸다. 본 논문은 장면변화 검출에 있어서 바로 이웃한 프레임을 비교하는 것이 아니라, 비교적 많은 프레임을 건너뛴 다음의 프레임을 비교함으로써 신속하게 장면변화를 추출을 할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법은 이등분할에 의한 순환적인 처리를 함으로써 정확한 위치를 알아낸다. 또한 앞서 처리한 장면의 통계적 자료를 이용하여 다음 장면에 사용될 생략인자를 결정하는 적응적 방법도 제시한다. 실험결과는 장면변화의 추출실패없이 약 10배 이상의 속도 향상을 보여준다.

The limitations of randomized clinical trials (RCTs) have been highlighted in regulatory decision-making. Thus, the requirement for real-world data (RWD) and real-world evidence (RWE) is growing. However, the definition of RWD is ambiguous in domestic laws and regulations, and drug safety management systems that use RWD are insufficient. We conducted focus group interviews (FGIs) regarding the definition of RWD and the approaches national institutions or industries must adopt to introduce RWD/RWE in regulatory decisions for the entire drug life cycle. Experts from academia, industry, government, and medical fields who have experience with RWD/RWE research were requested to participate in FGIs by email. The participants were classified into three groups (academia, industry, and government and medical professionals). Online discussions were conducted for each group. A total of 16 stakeholders were recruited for the FGIs: five from academia, seven from industry, three from government agencies, and one from the medical field. Most participants agreed with the opinion that RWD has not been collected through traditional clinical trials and should be defined comprehensively. The experts also suggested that national institutions and industries should prepare guidelines and infrastructure regarding RWD collection, RWE generation, and RWD/RWE management. In conclusion, national institutions and industries should set short- and long-term goals to introduce RWD/RWE in regulatory decision-making.

Recently, many a multimedia software is introduce named CD-title due to equipment of multimedia environment. This paper describes design and implement of multimedia program for guidance of cultural assets and a way of use possessed in a national Chonju museum. Our system use ToolBook as authoring tools, designs system for convenience of user to the highest degree considered. Different point from others provides image enlargement and image processing ability for more delicate observance about surface of cultural assets. Image enlargement is composed of five steps, provides image processing such as bright control and edge enhancement and implement interface through combination of C-routine and ToolBook.

This study addresses strategic issues related to the question of "how can a supply chain become more competitive?" We examine several cases of manufacturing supply chains. Results show that each constituent firm is required to maintain different manufacturing capabilities and to play different roles by its position (up/mid/down-stream) in a chain. Furthermore, there are patterns of required capabilities by the positions in a chain. These findings imply that the "position in a chain" should be treated as one of the strategic factors when discussing the buyer-seller relationship. It is also shown that different action programs are required for building different manufacturing capabilities of individual firms in a supply chain. Additionally, we argue that some programs need to be done simultaneously, by all the members of the chain, while some need to be carried out by only a small group or an individual firm. Finally, we propose a direction for a theoretical framework for analyzing supply chain structures and strategies.
